Lowongan Kerja – Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI) yang merupakan bagian dari PT Merdeka Copper Gold, Tbk. dan beroperasi di Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah beberapa waktu lalu membekali pengemudinya dengan pengetahuan tentang keselamatan mengemudi. Fabio Silap, Health and Safety Superintendent MTI menyatakan bahwa hal tersebut penting mengingat pengemudi dari MTI setiap hari harus beroperasi melalui dua tipe lalu lintas, yaitu lalu lintas di area industri dan lalu lintas jalan raya yang tentu saja membutuhkan pendekatan yang berbeda dalam melakukan tugasnya sehari-hari.

PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI), perusahaan gabungan PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (80%) dan Eternal Tsingshan Group Limited (20%). Pabrik MTI akan didirikan di kawasan Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP), Sulawesi Tengah.

Lowongan Kerja PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia

1. Warehouse Officer

Warehouse Officer will be responsible for supporting daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate stock records to ensure smooth workflow. This role contributes to efficient warehouse management and supports compliance with safety and operational standards in a high-demand industrial environment.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical field (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
• At least 2 years of proven experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations, preferably in the chemical industry or a metal processing plant.
• Basic proficiency in report writing, Microsoft Excel, and warehouse documentation.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, or other warehouse/logistics software is an advantage.
• Understanding of inventory control procedures such as stock counting, reconciliation, and discrepancy reporting.
  Fluency in English is preferred; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.

2. Electrical & Instrument Superintendent

As an Electrical & Instrument Superintendent, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of all electrical assets within the Smelter Department. You’ll lead a large electrical maintenance team and play a critical role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and safety of our electrical infrastructure, including HV substations, PLCs, VSDS,
and more.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferable).
• 10 years minimum of leadership experience in steel plant, cement, or smelting industry.
• Extensive knowledge of asset maintenance systems and processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and implement impactful changes (experience in handling big teams >50 people is preferable)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Resilient, motivated, and driven to deliver results.
• A passion for safety and operational excellence.
• Fluency in English is preferred; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
