Fabio Silap, Health and Safety Superintendent MTI menyatakan bahwa hal tersebut penting mengingat pengemudi dari MTI setiap hari harus beroperasi melalui dua tipe lalu lintas, yaitu lalu lintas di area industri dan lalu lintas jalan raya yang tentu saja membutuhkan pendekatan yang berbeda dalam melakukan tugasnya sehari-hari.

PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI), perusahaan gabungan PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (80%) dan Eternal Tsingshan Group Limited (20%). Pabrik MTI akan didirikan di kawasan Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP), Sulawesi Tengah.

1. Electrical & Instrument Engineer

Electrical & Instrument Engineer is responsible for providing engineering support, technical analysis, system optimization, and continuous improvement for electrical, instrumentation, and control systems across fixed plant operations. The role focuses on ensuring electrical and instrumentation systems are designed, operated, and maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner to support plant performance and operational targets.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or related engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering within fixed plant industries.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical, instrumentation, automation, and process control systems including PLC, DCS, SCADA, power distribution, protection systems, and field instrumentation.
• Experienced in engineering analysis, troubleshooting, commissioning, system optimization, and continuous improvement within industrial fixed plant operations.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, loop diagrams, P&ID, control philosophy, and other engineering technical documents.
• Familiar with industrial engineering standards and codes such as IEC, IEEE, ISA, and NFPA, including project support and plant modification activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple engineering tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is highly prioritized

2. Reliability Electrical & Instrument Engineer

Reliability Electrical & Instrument Engineer is responsible for improving the reliability, availability, and performance of electrical and instrumentation systems across fixed plant operations. The role focuses on reliability improvement, failure analysis, maintenance optimization, condition monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and support safe and efficient plant operations.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or related engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in electrical, instrumentation, or reliability engineering within fixed plant industries.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control systems including PLC, DCS, SCADA, power distribution, protection systems, and field instrumentation.
• Experienced in reliability engineering methodologies such as RCA, FMEA, RCM, Weibull Analysis, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring techniques.

• Familiar with CMMS/EAM systems such as Pronto, SAP, or similar maintenance management software, including technical reporting and data analysis.

3. Mechanical Reliability Engineer

Mechanical Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving the reliability, availability, and performance of mechanical equipment across fixed plant operations. The role focuses on reliability improvement, failure analysis, maintenance optimization, condition monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and support safe and efficient plant operations.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in mechanical maintenance or reliability engineering within fixed plant industries.
• Strong understanding of industrial mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and material handling equipment including pumps, compressors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and lubrication systems.
• Experienced in reliability engineering methodologies such as RCA, FMEA, RCM, Weibull Analysis, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring techniques.
• Capable of handling troubleshooting, failure analysis, and reliability improvement for critical mechanical equipment in fixed plant operations.
• Familiar with CMMS/EAM systems such as Pronto, SAP, or similar maintenance management software, including technical reporting and data analysis.

4. Emergency Response Team Officer

Emergency Response Team Officer is responsible for handling emergency response activities including fire, medical, rescue, and other emergency incidents to support site safety and operational readiness. The role also ensures emergency preparedness through inspections, drills, equipment monitoring, and emergency response training activities.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Nursing, Emergency Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in Emergency Response, preferably in smelter or large-scale industrial projects.
• Good understanding and experience in firefighting systems, rescue operations, emergency preparedness, evacuation procedures, confined space rescue, hazardous material handling, emergency drills, inspections, training programs, emergency equipment readiness checks, and overall incident response management.
• Certified in Basic Firefighting, First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Emergency
• Response, or other related emergency certifications, with nursing certification or medical emergency background considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is considered as advantage.

Additionally, they will manage administrative tasks, process permits, and address site-related concerns to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma degree in any major.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a related role (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Proficient in Mandarin across speaking, listening, writing, and reading.
• Certified Mandarin proficiency, with a minimum of HSK 4.

The role also acts as a liaison with Chinese-speaking parties by utilizing Mandarin communication skills while ensuring compliance with company
procedures and logistics requirements

Requirements:

• Proficient in Mandarin across speaking, listening, writing, and reading.
• Certified Mandarin proficiency, with a minimum of HSK 4.
