Lowongan Kerja PT Shritech Energy Indonesia

1. QC

As a QC, you should ensure the quality control operations in the CNC Manufacturing area are implemented effectively to meet standards, customer specifications, and ISO requirements.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Control within a CNC manufacturing environment.
• Able to operate and program CMM (e.g., Mitutoyo, Zeiss, Hexagon, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Experience in handling QC documents and records, including Inspection Reports, First Article Inspection (FAI), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Calibration records.
• Familiar with precision measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of ISO Management Systems, particularly ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
• Understanding of CNC machining processes and machining tolerances.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

2. Document Controller

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Document Controller in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a CNC machining or metal manufacturing company.
• Proven experience in managing documented information under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Familiar with QMS, EMS, and OH&S documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, risk assessments, environmental aspects, and HSE procedures.
• Experience supporting internal audits, external certification audits, and customer audits.
• Knowledge of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) documentation and management review records..
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with Production, QC, Engineering, HSE, and Management.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance related to environment and occupational health & safety is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security of sensitive company documents.

• Strong ability to control, maintain, and update documented information in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Consistent application of document numbering, version control, distribution, retention, and archiving procedures.
• Ensures availability and use of the latest approved documents across all CNC production and support processes.
•  Solid understanding of Quality Management System principles and documentation structure.
• Strong competency in preparing, organizing. and presenting documents for internal audits, external certification audits, and customer audits.
• Demonstrates integrity in handling confidential technical, quality, environmental, and safety documents.
• Ability to guide users on proper document usage and compliance requirements.

3. Production Executive

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in CNC machining or the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes (Milling. Turning, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/engineering.
• Basic knowledge of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and QC processes
• Familiar with CNC-related software (e.g.. CAD/CAM such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Capable of ensuring production targets, quality, and delivery timelines are met
• Ability to manage manpower and optimize machine utilization
• Strong awareness of workplace safety (HSE compliance)
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

4. Sales Coordinator

Job Requirements:

• Handle and respond to customer inquiries related to CNC machining, milling, and fabrication services.
• Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in CNC machining, fabrication, or precision engineering industry.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and project progress.
• Coordinate with the Production, QC, and Purchasing teams to ensure accurate delivery schedules and material availability.
• Maintain customer records, job orders, and pricing data in the company system.
• Proficient in MS Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint, Ms.Outlook) and CRM tools.
• Support sales reporting and maintain updated sales performance data.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals based on customer drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards in all sales documentation.
• Assist in organizing client visits, factory tours, and marketing activities.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of machining processes (turning, milling, fabrication) is an advantage.
