Lowongan Kerja – PT Citra Palu Minerals (PT CPM) adalah perseroan terbatas yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia dalam rangka Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA). PT CPM merupakan pemegang Kontrak Karya (KK) Generasi VI di bidang pertambangan umum untuk bahan galian logam dasar, yang ditandatangani oleh Menteri Pertambangan dan Energi untuk dan atas nama pemerintah Republik Indonesia pada tanggal 28 April 1997 sebagaimana telah disetujui oleh Presiden RI berdasarkan Persetujuan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor B.143/Pres/3/1997, tertanggal 17 Maret 1997.

Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT Citra Palu Minerals

1. Medical Doctor

Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with the Mining and Environmental Safety Management System (SMKPL) in aspects of occupational health in mining, in accordance with the guidelines, regulations, and HSE standards of PT Citra Palu Minerals. Responsible for managing Occupational Health services, including emergency clinic facilities, employee health, provision and supervision of first aid kits, promotion of occupational health, and handling of medical emergencies resulting from work accidents, occupational diseases (PAK), and incidents resulting from worker illnesses (KAPTK). This role also includes analyzing health data, developing promotional, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative programs, and ensuring the readiness of the medical team in supporting safe and sustainable mining operations.

Qualification :

• Minimum education of Bachelor of Medicine from an accredited university.
• Possess a valid Doctor Registration Certificate (STR).
• Possess a Medical Practice License (SIP) or be willing to apply for a SIP in accordance with the place of work.
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a company/clinic/hospital doctor. Experience in the mining or industrial sector is preferred.
• Additional training in occupational health and safety (K3) is preferred.
• Proficiency in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), or BTCLS (Basic Trauma & Cardiac Life Support) is an advantage.
• Able to conduct health examinations, perform basic medical procedures, and provide treatment.
• Able to develop occupational health programs, disease prevention initiatives, and employee health promotion programs.

2. Operation Training Supervisor

Develop, implement, and oversee technical training programs for heavy equipment, mining vehicles, and work equipment in accordance with the Mining and Environmental Safety Management System (SMKPL). This position is responsible for ensuring that all training is conducted based on an approved Training Needs Analysis (TNA), including curriculum planning, training schedules, facilities, and training outcome evaluations to ensure that operators and drivers are competent in accordance with PT Citra Palu Minerals’ operational safety standards. The Operation Training Supervisor also plays a role in preparing employees to be able to carry out their work safely and efficiently, understand the operational risks of heavy equipment, and apply the applicable Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environmental (KPL) guidelines and standards in the mining area.

Qualification :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical/Mining/Heavy Engineering. Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum more than 5 years total experience in mining operations, with 3 years as operator Trainer and 2 years as Supervisor/Lead Trainer.
• Expert in opration of major mining oquipment (Excavator, DT, Dozer, Grader, Loader).
• Capable of conducting troubleshooting & pre-start inspections and compelent in training evaluation and report writing
• Strong leadership, mentoring ability, analytical and improvoment mindset
• Certified Operator Trainer / TOT. Operator certification for multiple heavy equipment unils (Excavator, Dump Truck, Dozer, Grader, Loader), SIM B2 Umum
• Fluent in English: able to understant and deliver technical English (especially for OEM manuals and training materials).
• Having work experience related to Underground Mining is a plus (additional point)

3. Procurement Supervisor

Ensuring that all goods and services procurement processes are effective, efficient, transparent, and in line with company needs and policies. Overseeing all goods and services procurement activities within the company. Ensuring that the purchasing process is carried out in accordance with procedures, budgets, and operational needs. Negotiating prices, delivery terms, and payment terms to obtain the best value. Establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with strategic suppliers.

Qualification :

• Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in procurement/experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor or leadership role. Experience in goods and services procurement, vendor management, and tender processes (RFQ, RFP, e-Procurement, etc.).
• Technical skills: Understanding of supply chain principles, vendor management, and procurement contracts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), and e-procurement tools. Knowledge of procurement regulations and policies, including
• Regulations.Interpersonal & leadership skills: Ability to lead a team and manage workload efficiently.
• Language: English proficiency, preferably active for multinational companies.

4. Shift Metallurgist

Oversee and control the entire gold ore processing process during the work shift to ensure that it runs in accordance with operating standards, technical parameters, and predetermined production and recovery targets. The Shift Metallurgist is responsible for process stability, coordination between plant departments, product quality monitoring, and reporting of operating results to the technical team and management. Implement and enforce a high standard Mining, Security and Environmental Safety Management System (SMKPPL) to eliminate or reduce negative impacts on all employees, contractors, guests and other parties in accordance with the work program.

Qualification :

• Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering
• Experience max 2 years
• Know about heap leach and ADR
• Preferably certified as a First Operational Supervisor (POP).
• Familiar with plant monitoring software and shift reporting systems.
• Willing to work at a mining site with a shift/roster system.
• Able to read technical drawings.
• High integrity and concern for workplace safety and environmental protection.
