Lowongan Kerja – PT Citra Palu Minerals (PT CPM) adalah perseroan terbatas yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia dalam rangka Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA). PT CPM merupakan pemegang Kontrak Karya (KK) Generasi VI di bidang pertambangan umum untuk bahan galian logam dasar, yang ditandatangani oleh Menteri Pertambangan dan Energi untuk dan atas nama pemerintah Republik Indonesia pada tanggal 28 April 1997 sebagaimana telah disetujui oleh Presiden RI berdasarkan Persetujuan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor B.143/Pres/3/1997, tertanggal 17 Maret 1997.

Calon kandidat yang memenuhi kualifikasi, memiliki semangat dan dedikasi yang tinggi serta keinginan untuk berkembang meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengalamannya. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.
Lowongan Kerja PT Citra Palu Minerals
1. Planner Electrical
Develop, review, and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance plans for electrical equipment and systems. Prepared detailed job plans including scope of work, required materials, manpower, tools, and safety procedures. Coodinate and schedule maintenance activities in alignment with production requirements and shutdown schedules. Ensure that all planned work complies with safety requlations, company standards, and industry’s best practices. Manage spare parts requirements and liaise with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance planning within industrial, mining, oil & gas sector
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, switcgear, transformers, and control systems
- Experience using Computerize Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP, Maximo, or similar
- Good understanding of maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, reliability-centered maintenance)
2. Supervisor Rebuild
Lead, supervise, and direct the team to achieve company goals effectively and efficiently, ensuring that work is completed according to plan, quality standards, and work safety, as well as motivating and developing the performance of team members. Serving as a bridge between management and field staff, responsible for planning, scheduling, quality control, and troubleshooting in daily operations, especially in terms of equipment rebuilds and work tool inventory.
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Rebuild Supervisor
- Proficient in using various hand tools and measuring instruments
- Understanding and familiarity with Ms. Office
- Able to operate milling machines
- Understanding of technical drawings
- Able to use precision tools
3. Scheduler Mechanical
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for maintenance and project activities. Coordinate with planners, supervisors, and operations to align schedules with resource availability and production priorities. Ensure that all scheduled tasks are supported with the necessary manpower, materials, tools, and equipment. Update schedules based on progress, delays, or chages in priorities, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Monitor compliance with schedules and report deviations, risks, and potential improvements.
Qualification :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in scheduling or planning, preferably in mining, oil & gas, or other heavy industry
- Experience with CMMS (SAP, Epicor, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination
4. UG Drill And Blast Engineer
The Underground Drill & Blast Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and optimizing drilling and blasting operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective ore extraction. This role involves preparing drill and blast designs, coordinating with operations crews, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with mine safety standards, environmental regulations, and production targets.
Qualification :
- Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Underground Drill & Blast engineering
- Having experience with drill & blast design software (e.g. Deswik, Vulcan, Aegis)
- Strong understanding of Underground geomechanics, stope sequencing, and ground control principles
- Current blasting ticket or certification as required by jurisdiction
- Proven ability to work in high production, schedule-driven environment
5. SR. UG Hidrology Engineer
A hydrogeologist is essential for Underground mining operations for several critical reasons primary related to safety, operational efficiency, and environmental compliance. Underground mines are inherently at risk from groundwater, and a hydrogeologist’s expertise is the primary way to manage this risk
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hydrogeology, with a significant portion in an UG Mining environment
- Proven experience in designing and managing dewatering system
- Demonstrate expertise in hydrogeological modeling software
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical report writing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. SR. Production Engineer
Senior Production Engineer is a key leadership role responsible for the day-to-day and short-term operational planning and execution at an underground mine’s production activities. This individual ensures that mining operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the mine’s overall strategic plan. They serve as a crucial link between long-term mine planning and the on-the-ground operational teams.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, or a related field.
- 35 years’ experience in Underground Mining Production engineering, with senior -level responsibilities
- Proficiency in mining software, production planning tools, and data analysis
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and operational teams
- Strong commitment to safety in mining operations
7. SR. UG Drill & Blast Engineer
The Senior Underground Drill & Blast Engineer is responsible for leading and optimizing underground drill and blast activities to achieve production and safety objectives. This role provides advanced technical expertise, mentoring junior engineers, and strategic input into mine planning. The position plays a key role in ensuring effective integration of drill and blast operations with overall mining schedules, while driving continuous improvement in cost, safety, and productivity
Qualification :
- Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Underground Drill & Blast engineering with significant exposure to longhole stoping operations
- Demonstrate experience with drill & blast design software (e.g. Deswik, Vulcan, Aegis)
- Strong understanding of Underground geomechanics, stope sequencing, and ground control principles
- Current blasting ticket or certification as required by jurisdiction
- Proven ability to work in high production, schedule-driven environment
8. Land Compensation & Legal Supervisor
Managing land claim documents, analyzing cases, negotiating with relevant parties, drafting settlement agreements, and establishing and maintaining relationships with government agencies, external parties, and security forces to effectively resolve land disputes, including coordinating internally with other departments within the company to obtain the information and support necessary for dispute resolution and support land acquisition.
Qualification :
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Possess an Advocate Practice License with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Possess reliable knowledge and experience in handling disputes/conflicts/land cases
- Good legal analysis, communication & negotiation skill
9. Shift Metallurgist
Oversee and control the entire gold ore processing process during the work shift to ensure that it runs in accordance with operating standards, technical parameters, and predetermined production and recovery targets. The Shift Metallurgist is responsible for process stability, coordination between plant departments, product quality monitoring, and reporting of operating results to the technical team and management. Implement and enforce a high standard Mining, Security and Environmental Safety Management System (SMKPPL) to eliminate or reduce negative impacts on all employees, contractors, guests and other parties in accordance with the work program.
Qualification :
- Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering
- Experience max 2 years
- Know about heap leach and ADR
- Preferably certified as a First Operational Supervisor (POP).
- Familiar with plant monitoring software and shift reporting systems.
- Willing to work at a mining site with a shift/roster system.
- Able to read technical drawings.
- High integrity and concern for workplace safety and environmental protection.
- Hard worker and tough
