Lowongan Kerja PT Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia

1. Quality Control Supervisor

The QC Supervisor makes sure product quality is maintained from raw materials to finished goods. Responsible for inspections, data checks, and solving problems to keep quality standards. Leads the QC team, works with other departments, and makes improvements to ensure products meet company and customer standards.

Qualification :

• Minimum D3/S1 in any field, preferably in Quality Management or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Control system, including supervisory level roles.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality tools.
• Good communication skills; proficiency in english is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Willing to be placed in Grobogan, Central Java.

2. PVC/Plastics Supervisor

Lead PVC production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement in extrusion and molding processes.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in plastic/PVC production
• At least 1 years in supervisory role
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java

3. Injection Supervisor

Leads plastic injection molding with strong process control, optimizing cycle time, mold performance, and quality in mass-production settings.

Qualification :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
• Strong understanding of injection machines, molds, and parameter setting.
• Leadership experience in production line management.
• Willing to work in shifts and handle production targets.
• Willing to be placed in Kendal or Grobogan, Central Java.

4. Business Integration Supervisor

Lead the team to execute project-based integration of new systems, processes, or acquired business units to ensure seamless operational transition and synergy realization…

Qualification :

• Minimum education is Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, or related).
• Minimum 3 years managing project teams or processes.
• Experience coordinating projects that combine business units or integrate new systems.
• Strong ability to analyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and design standardized processes.
• Proven experience using or integrating business processes with ERP / SAP systems.
• Willing to be placed in Kendal or Grobogan, Central Java.

5. Internal Audit Manager

Lead internal audit activities, assess risks, ensure compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. Manage audit teams and collaborate with management for continuous improvement.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in internal audit or a related role, with a minimum of supervisory or managerial level experience
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and risk management.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in audit software and MS Office
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.

6. Engineering Manager

Lead the engineering team to ensure machine reliability, drive continuous process improvements, and oversee technical operations aligned with manufacturing standards, supporting efficiency, productivity, and safety in the plant.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering leadership roles. Proven experience in process improvement and project implementation.
• Familiar with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems, PLC, and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Willing to be placed in Kendal or Grobogan, Central Java

7. Shipping Clerk

Coordinate and monitor outbound shipments, ensure accurate documentation, and support logistics operations to guarantee timely delivery and compliance with shipping procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualification :

• Minimum D3 in Transportation Management or Logistics.
• Understanding of shipping procedures and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Willing to be placed in Kendal or Grobogan, Central Java.

8. ISO Clerk

We are hiring ISO Clerk to support documentation of quality systems, assist during external audits, and help maintain compliance with ISO and customer standards across departments.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Willing to learn ISO documentation and compliance processes.
• Able to assist with audit preparation and follow-ups.
• Good communication skills, especially in English (spoken & written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Willing to be placed in Kendal or Grobogan, Central Java.

9. EHS Manager

EHS Manager to lead our Environment, Health, and Safety programs. You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing EHS strategies to ensure a safe and sustainable workplace. This role includes leading the EHS team, working with other departments, and improving safety and environmental performance across the company.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of national EHS regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Preferred certifications: General Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) or related professional certifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in developing EHS policies, conducting audits, and leading training programs.
• Willing to be placed at the Kendal location and work in a shift system if required.
