Lowongan Kerja – PT HLI Green Power merupakan sebuah perusahaan joint venture antara Hyundai Motor Group dan LG Energy Solution untuk produk EV Battery yang berlokasi di Karawang. PT HLI Green Power memproduksi aki kendaraan listrik yang ada di Indonesia. LG Energy Solution memegang 50% saham dan Hyundai Motor 25% saham di HLI Green Power. PT HLI Green Power akan menjalankan pabrik sel baterai dengan kapasitas 10 GWh per tahun, yang diharapkan dapat beroperasi pada tahun 2024.

LG Energy Solution bekerja sama dengan pemerintah Indonesia dalam sebuah proyek yang disebut Paket Besar, di mana pembuat baterai Korea Selatan, Nickel Mining, berupaya menciptakan ekosistem yang mencakup seluruh rantai nilai produksi baterai, termasuk peleburan dan produksi baterai. Proses pasca final dan kendaraan listrik. Proyek ini memenangkan sekitar 10 triliun.Anak perusahaan LG lainnya seperti LG Chem dan LX International juga merupakan bagian dari program Grand Package.

Lowongan Kerja PT HLI Green Power

1. Inspection/DE Technician

Description:

• Identification of inspection machine problem
• Vision camera troubleshoot.
• Fast response to any vision issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing company.
• Minimum vocational High School in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or other related fields.
• Willing to work in shift
• Experience in inspection process or process maintenance would be an advantage
• Willing to work in Karawang

2. Breakdown Tech (SCADA)

Description:

• Inspecting, analyzing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Adapting K3 regulation for electrical scope.
• Writing reports, make improvement.
• Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
• Inspect and do corrective action on the equipment.
• Emergency response in night shift.

Requirements:

• Minimal 3 years in related position.
• Preferably Technician specialized in Electrical, Instrument or equivalent.
• Good knowledge in Electrical Power, Electrical Distribution, Instrumentation, PLC and DCS etc.
• Proficiency in understanding and working with SCADA systems and related technologies.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interface (HMI) systems, and other automation technologies.
• Understand how to use electric and instrument tools.
• Understanding networking concepts as SCADA systems often involve communication between various devices over networks.
• Knowledge of protocols commonly used in SCADA systems, such as Modbus, DNP3 or OPC.
• Have K3 electric certified.

3. ROS Technician

Job Qualification:

• Min Diploma Degree (D3) majoring Mechatronic/Mechanical/Automation Instrument
• Understanding Microsoft Office
• Able to use Measure tools
• Understand to use MES
• Good understanding about 3D5S
• Have experience to handle trouble shooting
• Experience in control of logistic & data stock
• Ready to Join ASAP
• Placement in Karawang

Job Description :

• Control of logistic automation moving for material supply
• Control of CCTV (Line and Machine or FMVS)
• Control of MES system
• Control of correction data from MES to statiscal
• Control data stock

4. Factory Automation Technician

Description:

• Monitoring equipment facility status
• Action / Response of equipment Facility Break Down (BM)
• Maintenance of equipment
• Perform Total Productive Maintenance
• Improving Equipment system

Requirements:

• Experience of Factory Automation Equipment/system (Conveyor, Lifter, AGV, Stacker Crane, etc.)
• Experience of equipment maintenance (maintenance schedule, monitoring spare part, changing mechanical or electric part)
• Experience on control program (Basic) (Siemens, Mitsubishi PLC Program)
• Willing to work on shift
• Understand Total Productive Maintenance
• Understanding mechanical part (Pneumatic, Gear Box motor, etc.)

5. Inspection Engineer

Description:

• Identification of inspection machine problems and deduction of improvement plans.
• Overkill / Underkill judgment and Receipt Parameter application.
• Reconciliation of vision measurement through collaboration with quality and technical team.
• Technician training and communication with other teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related fields
• Statistic (Six Sigma) knowledge and experience
• Camera image processing understanding
• Excellent ability to use Excel and Power Point
• Willing to work in Karawang.
