Lowongan Kerja – PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk (sebelumnya NVPD Soedarpo Corporation Tbk) (SDPC) didirikan 20 Oktober 1952 dengan nama N.V. Perusahaan Dagang Soedarpo Corporation dan mulai beroperasi secara komersial pada tanggal 20 Oktober 1952.  PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk. atau PT MPI Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi produk farmasi, suplemen makanan, dan alat kesehatan dengan cakupan seluruh Indonesia, beroperasi dengan 33 kantor cabang dan 1 gudang pusat.

Lowongan Kerja PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk

 

 

1. Admin Claim

Responsibilities :

  • Reviewing claims from branches and forwarding them to the principal.
  • Reclaiming rejected claims, making payments, and managing outstanding claims.
  • Communicating and providing support to branches and the principal regarding claims.
  • Monitoring claim payments and receivables.
  • Confirming the status of outstanding AR (Accounts Receivable) claims.

Requirements :

  • Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, or management.
  • Fresh graduates or at least 1 year of experience in finance, particularly in a distribution company.
  • Honest, diligent, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in computer usage, especially in Excel.
  • Good communication skills, including effective communication with internal (branches) and external (principal) parties.
  • Placement at the Head Office (South Jakarta).

 

2. Internal Audit Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with federal regulations
  • Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
  • Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved
  • Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability
  • Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement
  • Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations

Requirements :

  • Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, or management.
  • Fresh Graduate
  • Strong communication skills to work with – Accountants and other coworkers
  • Excellent attention to detail to review large amounts of data and numbers
  • Exceptional mathematical skills to verify entries
  • Good critical-thinking skills to gather all of the available data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent research skills to find all related information needed
  • Placement at the Head Office (South Jakarta).

 

3. HR Comben Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Excellent knowledge of payroll, compensation and benefit system, BPJS (Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan), personnel administration, etc
  • To handle employee Personal Tax and company report related to government include Tax Form, reconcile, checking, payment and reporting monthly and annually.
  • To plan and define schedule of payroll process and payment implementation (regular or irregular payment) within the scope.
  • Have a good communication and problem-solving skill
  • Familiar use HR System platform (Talenta HRIS)
  • Coordinate annual merit increase process, promotion and reclassification process for the organization.
  • Consolidate and check to make sure the proposals follow the guideline.
  • Coordinate the C&B market surveys and especially local salary surveys for workers to make sure our pay structure is market competitive.
  • Assist Senior HR manager to align all the benefits program, HR policies and process.
  • Involve in the Financial Planning process annually and co-ordinate the planning process for headcount, compensation, communication and training annually budget for the Head Office and the Branches Office
  • Perform other assignments delegated by superiors.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in the relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 or more years wage and salary related experience in the foreign invested company.
  • Good communicative skills are a must as well as good statistic sensitivity, attentiveness to detail and accuracy, and a confidential attitude.
  • Possess a good understanding of Indonesia labour law and regulation regarding social insurance.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Willing to work at South Jakarta
