Produksi PE pertama kali dilakukan pada tahun 1993 dengan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton per tahun. Pada tahun berikutnya, perusahaan melakukan ekspansi pertama sehingga kapasitas produksi bertambah 50.000 ton per tahun. Program ekspansi kedua dilakukan pada tahun 1998 dengan tambahan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton per tahun. Pada tahun 2003, Indika Group mengakuisisi BP, Mitsui dan Sumitomo. Kemudian Indika Group menjual kepemilikan sahamnya pada Titan Petchem (M) SDN Bhd, salah satu anak perusahaan dari Titan Chemicals Corp Sdn. Bhd.

1. Planning Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitating discussion and create solution regarding work program of a division or department within the company, resulting in a good communication and working culture between division and department when conducting communal works
• Research and analyze related to market share, brand positioning and current business situation to develop a good strategy for the company
• Developing platform called Sales Tools that become the data source (including brochure, product value, company profile) to help our sales team during canvasing to customers resulting in several successful fleet deals that help in creating a revenue for the company
• Design several visual editing for internal and external needs resulting in several of design used in important company agenda and sales canvasing
• Act as translator and copy writing on several important company agenda such as Public Disclosure, COO, General Manager and Manager Public Speech and Company Announcement.
• Introduce, guide and control implementation of Continuous Improvement trough Suggestion System, PDCA, QCC and every tools that support the improvement procedure

Job Requirements:

2. Jr. Buyer 

Job Responsibilities:

• Employ strategic sourcing skills for MRO, service, and chemical procurement in a petrochemical plant environment
• Identify and execute cost-effective and efficient procurement strategies using a variety of methods and tools
• Manage the entire procurement cycle, including vendor selection, meetings, quotation requests, clarification, evaluation, negotiation, awarding contracts, issuing purchase orders, expediting delivery, monitoring vendor performance, and overseeing invoicing and import processes
• Analyze vendor proposals to ensure material specifications (grade, standard, quantity, size, type) align with drawings or Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
• Negotiate terms (price, discounts, and delivery) to optimize quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale (QCDSM)
• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), convert them into Purchase Orders (PO) via the ERP system, and confirm vendor PO acceptance
• Conduct Vendor Performance Evaluations to ensure compliance with standards and identify improvement areas

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Maximum of 2 years of procurement experience in a global multinational company

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and reporting compliance of existing AMDAL

• Involve for compliance ISO 14000 & PROPER (Environment performance assessment by Government) requirement

Job Responsibilities:

7. Process Safety Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Routine daily site patrol and process safety observation to identify hazard and process safety risk including non conformance process safety standard
• Controlling site implementation handling procedure of chemical hazardous including wearing PPE compliance
• Controlling and monitor site implementation of Management Of Change (MOC), by pass safety device compliance, Car Seal Open/ Close (CSO/ CSC),
• Record & analysis Alarm management System including SOL (Safe Operating Limit) & SDL (Safe Design Limit)
• Identify leak at plant facilities & monitor repairing status including installation a clamp or sealing injection to stop leaks (temporary repair)
• Patrol, control and ensure that all hazardous material at plant site have MSDS.
• Record and report all Process Safety finding item and ensure closed out of follow up action
• Person in charge for verification the implementation status of MOC.
• Emergency response team member if any emergency situation
• Involve to develop & install sign, tag, poster, banner for promoting process safety awareness programs
• Involve & follow emergency practice/ drill regularly
• First aider and rescuer during emergency situation

8. Jr. Air Emission Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Green House Gas (GHG) emission management and report preparation
• Monitoring and controlling CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System)
• Manage activities to prevent Air Pollution and report preparation
• Involve for improvement to prevent non conformance government regulation
• Preparation external /government audit for CEMS
• Air quality test and management
• Involve in lender and government visit or audit
• Keep track of the rules and protocols propagated by the regulating authority with regards to pollution and emissions control
• Note the rules applicable to the organization’s operations and check them for consistency with actual operations
• Conduct quality inspections of the machineries and ensure they are capable of treating the wastage efficiently
• Involve for compliance ISO 14000 & PROPER (Environment performance assessment by Government) requirement

9. HSE Shift Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactive and take initiative action to avoid or prevent fire accident at LCI plant premises
• Carry out fire extinguishing appropriately and quickly if a fire occurs in the LCI plant and building facilities
• Respond quickly to fire alarms to manage and extinguish fires at plant facilities
• Carry out rescue or assistance if there are victims during an working accident, fire and process safety accident
• Operate fire fighting and rescue equipment such as fire truck, aerial ladders, fire hoses, SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) etc.
• Emergency Response team member at site if any emergency situation
• Maintain and check fire fighting and emergency facilities regularly to ensure its ready for use at any time
• Follow fire fighting practice regularly to maintain & enhance fire fighting skill & capability
• Involve & follow emergency practice/drill regularly
• Routine patrol at plant site to identify and correction non-conformance HSE requirement
• First aider & rescuer during emergency situation
• Involve to encourage people and ensure that all activities at plant site meet HSE standard procedure & requirement

• Fresh Graduate from D3 in Mechanical, Electrical, K3 Engineering, or other relevant major

10. OH & Safety Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Routine daily site patrol and safety observation to identify Safety hazard and risk including unsafe act, unsafe condition, compliance wearing PPE and non conformance OHS
• Remind, sensitize, encourage and provide advice to workers who violate or disobey safety regulations in order to create a safe workplace.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation, and promoting a culture of health and safety in the workplace.
• Record and report all OHS finding item and ensure closed out of follow up action
• Person in charge OHS for verification a work permit and energy isolation at site work
• Collect, record & report all OHS feed back from employee or contractor in suggestion box
• Emergency Response team member if any emergency situation
• Crane, vehicle, forklift, scaffolding & heavy equipment inspector
• Involve to develop and installation OHS sign, tag, poster, banner in regard promoting OHS awareness program
• Involve & follow emergency practice/ drill regularly

11. Environment Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine daily environment site patrol to identify environment hazard and non conformance Environment standard
• Conduct or take environment sample for laboratory analysis both internal & external
• Supervise daily activity of hazardous waste business partner (outsourcing)
• Ensure hazardous waste loading and weighing activity to 3rd party run safely and comply with regulations
• Record hazardous waste inventory in waste storage (TPS)
• Ensure waste water, air emission and air ambient sampling activity by 3rd party laboratory run safely and comply with regulations
• Maintain environment emergency response equipment or facilities such as spill kit
• Develop daily environment activity report to Environment Engineer
• Assist Environment Engineer to input reports to government (Hazardous Waste, Wastewater, Air Emission, SPARING, CEMS, etc)
• Involved Continues Improvement Program in daily activity
• Emergency Response team member if any emergency situation
• Involve & follow emergency practice/drill regularly
• First aider and rescuer during emergency situation

• Required skill “Auto CAD” Program
• Preferred skill “AVEVA P&ID” & “AVEVA E3D” Program

13. Shift Paramedic

Job Responsibilities:

• Assesses, treats, evaluates, and follows up on occupational injuries and illnesses incurred by sick or injured employees
• Assesses, treats, evaluates, refers, and follows up on all non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Interfaces with employees and the company doctor
• Support company doctor on treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses with ensuring compliance with national and industrial regulations
• Support the plan and implementation of company medical screening program including pre-employment, annual, and special medical examination
• Maintaining accurate records of patient diagnoses, test results, treatments, and follow-up care needs
• Performing wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging them, as well as drawing blood, urine samples, and other body fluids for lab work
• Administering medications and treatments, then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions
• Perform routine inspection related to health and hygiene including food hygiene, medical inventory tools and equipment, first aid box, stock of medicine, and other necessary inspection to be determined later
• Administers and documents company occupational health program which including but not limited to: blood borne pathogen, drug and alcohol test, pandemic preparedness, and health promotion
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to promote a culture of health and wellness
• Perform administrative duties as needed, such as preparing reports and participating in meetings
• Maintains employee medical records and documentation including accident reports (on medical side), medic monthly reports, and other health-related statistics
