Lowongan Kerja – PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara (IDX: FPNI) adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi polythylene pertama dan terbesar di Indonesia. Didirikan pada tahun 1990 oleh empat perusahaan besar, BP Chemicals Investmen Limited, Mitsui Co Ltd, Sumitomo Corporation dan PT Arseto Petrokimia. Pada awalnya perusahaan ini dinamakan PT Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo atau PT PENI. polythylene (PE) adalah bahan polimer yang paling banyak digunakan di dunia dan sangat mudah dijumpai di kehidupan sehari-hari. Produksi PE pertama kali dilakukan pada tahun 1993 dengan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton per tahun. Pada tahun berikutnya, perusahaan melakukan ekspansi pertama sehingga kapasitas produksi bertambah 50.000 ton per tahun. Program ekspansi kedua dilakukan pada tahun 1998 dengan tambahan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton per tahun. Pada tahun 2003, Indika Group mengakuisisi BP, Mitsui dan Sumitomo. Kemudian Indika Group menjual kepemilikan sahamnya pada Titan Petchem (M) SDN Bhd, salah satu anak perusahaan dari Titan Chemicals Corp Sdn. Bhd.

Lowongan Kerja PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia

1. General Affairs Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Maintain office facility and assets: liaise with building management, make sure the environment could promote the productive work, neat, tidy, and clean all the time, record all the office assets, routine office facility checking, office renovation.
• CSR and society relations, public and external relations, maintain all office legal and permit documents including permit project handling, media relations and compliance, external relations party including media publisher news handling.
• Purchasing: Supervise routine and non-routine office purchase such as pantry and stationery stock, other new office facility and make sure the stock is sufficient, maintaining good relationship and negotiate with vendor.
• GA Coordination: Supervise and coordinate GA team member and messenger.
• Vendor and FA Bridging: Work closely with vendor and Finance Accounting to make sure the vendor invoice and all supporting document is completed, and payment done in timely manner.
• Expat matter: Maintain all expat stuff such as permit, car and driver, housing, children school, language course, other expat facility.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferable from Law
• Minimum 10 years of experience in GA or Office Service with 5 years in leadership role
• Strong Leadership, wide networking, and good interpersonal skill
• Have broad knowledge and experience in expat permit, company legal document permit, and renewal
• Easily build, have strong relationships, and can communicate well with government agencies, especially BKPM, Customs, or Ministry of Trade
• Having good knowledge and experience in safety and security
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Willing to be placed in Cilegon, Banten (Merak)

2. Static & Piping Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

• Reviewing construction drawing (Stationary equipment drawing, Piping drawing, etc.) construction procedure and method statement
• Work supervision and and Participate in the inspection and test.
• Looking for the cases that deviated from construction specifications and procedures.
• Safety audit in work site.
• Assist Engineer with the planning and scheduling of the work
• Preparing work order/ request (Maintenance Stage)
• Inventory/ Spare parts tracking and purchase request (Maintenance Stage)
• Material receiving inspection
• Management of Sub-Contractor company (Maintenance Stage)
• Review invoice document from contracting company (Maintenance Stage)
• Initiate ideas to reduce maintenance cost.
• Plan and manage of Planned/ Turnaround work
• Education and training to strengthen the competency of junior staff (Maintenance Stage)
• Interfaces with equipment vendor representatives for technical assistance and verification on inspection hold points as required
• Plan and coordinate activities with other sections and divisions (Maintenance Stage)
• Maintain the maintenance record in the system (Maintenance Stage)
• Respond to emergency situations if required (Maintenance Stage)

Job Requirements :

• Min. Diploma 3 in Mechanical Engineering, with 5 – 10 years related industry experience in Petrochemical or Chemical plant/ Oil & Gas Plant/ Power Plant industry
• High school graduate or equivalent with minimum 10 years of experiences as a Supervisor will be considered
• Preferable experience for Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Tank, Boiler, Column, Fired Heater and Process Piping
• Background from environment of Petrochemical or Chemical plant/ Oil & Gas Plant/ Power Plant
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)

3. Sales Admin (Expediter)

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform clerical work in conjunction with the operation of the department
• Manage sales order and track delivery dates
• Maintain regular contact and build strong working relationships with clients
• Ensure that all systems and spreadsheets are updated with accurate order/ delivery information
• Export (in detail): understand and apply international trade terms (B/L, T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, etc.); review and manage export documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists; track shipments and coordinate with customs clearance agents; liaise with shipping companies and other relevant parties

Job Requirements :

• Min. Diploma Degree from any discipline
• Min. 2 years of experiences in Sales in global multinational company
• Ideally have past experience within an expediting/ progress chasing role within an Engineering/ Chemical Manufacturing environment
• Understanding SAP (ERP) and E-Sales system
• Solid understanding of logistics and export procedures
• Knowledge of sales strategic sourcing skills to support the operation of petrochemical plant
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Outlook
• A strong team player with good communication skills (Bahasa and English)
• Have a great work ethic, principle-based behavior, and a willingness to learn
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta

4. Korean Interpreter

Job Responsibilities :

• Interpret and translate document from Korea to Indonesia/English, Training and vice versa
• Provide administrative support, control and coordination with another department
• Daily, weekly and monthly report to direct superiors

Job Requirements :

• Min Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Korean Language
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply, but preferably having min 1-3 years’ experience as Interpreter
• Fluent in Korean and English
• Familiar with making report and Ms. Office
• Has TOPIK min level 3
• Willing to be placed in Merak-Cilegon

5. Sr. Buyer (Procurement)

Job Responsibilities :

• Utilize strategic sourcing skills to support the operation of a petrochemical plant, specifically for MRO, service and chemical procurement.
• Identify and implement the most cost effective and efficient method for purchasing items using various procurement methods and tools.
• Oversee the procurement process from start to finish, including bidder selection, meetings with vendors, request for quotation, clarification, evaluation, negotiation, award, and contract creation, purchase order issuance, expediting delivery, monitoring vendor performance, and overseeing invoicing until completion. Also responsible for processing imports of goods and materials.
• Analyze vendor proposals (quotations) to ensure accuracy or materials specifications such as grade, standard, quantity, size and type against drawings or BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
• Negotiate price, discount, delivery terms and other commercial and contractual conditions to achieve the best quality, cost, delivery, safety and moral (QCDSM) outcomes.
• Receive and review Purchase Requisition (PR) and convert PR into Purchase Order (PO) through ERP system and ensure receipt of PO acceptance from vendors.
• Conduct Vendor Performance Evaluations (VPE) to ensure ongoing vendor compliance with established standards and to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree from any discipline with minimum 5 years of experiences in procurement in global multinational company, EPC background will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Procurement strategic sourcing skills to support the operation of petrochemical plant, especially on MRO, Service and chemical procurement.
• Good and effective communication skill.
• Knowledge and Experience in SAP (ERP) and E- Procurement system.
• CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) is an advantage.
• Advanced in Ms. Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Outlook, Logistics of importing goods.
• Exhibits high business ethics and principle-based behavior.
• Basic knowledge about the petrochemical industry and process.
• Able to speak multi languages, English is a must and ability to speak Korean language will be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Merak Plant

6. Sr. OH & Safety Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage & control OHS implementation at plant site.
• Lead OHS team to implement OHS activity plan base on annual planning and HSE requirement
• Perform conducting safety observation, safety audit the activity at plant site to identify unsafe action and unsafe condition in regard to encourage and make sure the compliance of HSE procedure and regulation
• Conduct proactive encouragement, communication, safety campaign & promotion in regard establish good safety behavior of employee and corporate safety culture.
• Manage emergency response procedure and ensure that all emergency team member fit for purpose and emergency facilities ready to use.
• Manage & control HSE shift work activities and evaluate regularly for continues improvement
• Ensure that Plant operations are in compliance with Government regulation & HSE regulations.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns related to Safety & Health management system.
• Involve for conducting regular risk assessments.
• Generate safety & Health activity reports and ensure that all OHS activity are well recorded, evaluated & reported
• Work with team to develop effective safety strategies to accident prevention.
• Review and recommend improvements to existing Safety & Health strategies.
• Investigate safety accidents and develop action plans & prevention of recurrence.
• Provide job trainings and assistance to team members when needed.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Safety Engineering or major related to safety engineering.
• At least 10 Years of experiences in Safety & Health Management in Oil refinery, Petrochemical or Chemical industries.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills (Bahasa and English).
• Has good leadership capability
• The ability to inspire others.
• Has good knowledge in HSE management system.
• Good organization and time management.
• Willing to be placed at Merak Plant (Cilegon).

7. Sr. Buyer (Customs Clearance)

Job Responsibilities :

• Support and liaise with Customs Agents & authorities for customs clearance process
• Maintain and monitor import material delivery schedule
• Collect and verify shipping documents for import and customs clearance process
• Collect, record and maintain all import documents and its attachments
• Maintain and monitor Import Permits & Duty Facilities
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams for smooth import operations
• Assist in forecasting for import schedules and material needs
• Engage in continuous improvement for import processes
• Support Procurement tasks

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Min. 4+ years in import customs clearance, preferably in petrochemicals or forwarder company
• Knowledge of customs regulations, import procedures, and basic procurement
• ERP (SAP experience preferred)
• Procurement experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (written and conversation)
• Willingness to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
