Lowongan Kerja PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk

1. Finance (Account Payable) Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with GPA min 3.00 of 4.00
• Have minimum 1 year working experience as Account Payable (Payment) Officer
• Freshgraduates are welcome to apply, with internship experience in AP is preferred
• Have experiences in finance journal
• Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

Job Descriptions

• Journal account payable (payment) in system (Dynamic 365), conduct payment with banks, create data recapitulation, follow up and coordinate with all related departments.

2. Section Head of Accounting

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting
• Have minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor Accounting
• Familiar working with methods and provisions of sales recognition according to PSAK 72/115
• Have the ability to understand IT systems quickly
• Have the ability to lead a team and be able to work together across divisions
• Proactive, able to think systematically and analytically, and also able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

Job Descriptions :

• Monitor and ensure that all accounting processes, financial reporting, budget project, and company taxation are running in accordance with regulations through: monitoring the performance of the Accounting team, verifying the completeness of audit documents, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that the creation and selection of recognition types in the project budget are in accordance with PSAK 72 / 115 and the company’s recognition system.

3. Accounting Officer

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting, Tax, or any related field
• Have 1-2 years of experience as Internal Accounting Officer or External Auditor (KAP)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Have experiences in processing tax or tax administration is an advantage
• Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for verifying documents, posting journal entries, ensuring accurate financial reporting, preparing and documenting tax records, reconciling accounts, identifying outstanding data, supporting external audits by providing necessary information, reviewing and scheduling sales and COGS recognition for periodic transactions, and also maintaining well-organized and complete softcopy files.

4. Accounting Reporting Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting, Tax, or any related field
• Have 1-3 years of experience as External Auditor (KAP)
• Have experiences in working on a basic accounting, accounting reporting, and consolidation is a must
• Able to working with targets, fast learner, willing to learn new things, and easy to adapt
• Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

Job Descriptions

• Conducting monthly consolidation of financial reports, financial forecast consolidation, dashboard consolidation of all business units of all subsidiaries and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data from various business units based on the latest data of revenue, cost and cash flow projections every month and also every quarter to provide in-depth information on the company’s performance.

5. Internal Audit Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting, or any related field
• Have minimum 2-3 years of experience as External or Internal Auditor
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of financial statement and business process understanding
• Have experience in ISO 9001: 2015 is preferred
• Willing to learn new things, good analytical skill & fast learner
• Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Descriptions

• Conduct end to end process planning, implementation and reporting of management audit systems to ensure compliance with standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

6. Finance Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related major
• Have minimum 1-2 years working experience as Finance Officer (Account Payable and/or Account Receivable)
• Fresh Graduate with internship experiences in Finance are welcome to apply
• Familiar and skillful in financial journalling or reporting is a plus
• Detail-oriented, communicative organized, consistent, disciplined, team-oriented, and
• Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

Job Descriptions

• Account Payable: Responsible for checking invoices and receipts form vendor, recording it into ERP system, conduct payment with bank, processing monthly advance settlements, reconciling outstanding AP with vendors, manage its documentation and reporting in system.
• Account Receivable: Responsible for creating and sending invoices also related supporting documents (softcopy and hardcopy) to customer, monitoring and collecting unbilled invoices, monitoring and collecting AR outstanding, manage its documentation and reporting.

7. Developer Internship

Requirements:

• Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with major in IT field
• Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
• Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript)
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Ability to learn new programming tools and frameworks quickly
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL) is a plus
• Willing to work full time for 6-12 months period internship
• Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Descriptions

• Collaborate with experienced developers to contribute to various projects, work on bug fixes, and assist in developing new features.

8. Quality Assurance Internship

Requirements:

• Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with major in IT Field
• Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
• Basic understanding of software development and testing processes
• Familiarity with web and mobile application testing is a plus
• Knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Katalon) is advantageous
• Ability to write clear and concise bug reports
• Willing to work full time for 6-12 months period internship
• Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Descriptions

• Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of test cases for software applications, including conducting functional, regression, and performance testing on web and mobile applications.  Responsible for identifying and reporting bugs, issues, and test results clearly and effectively, as well as assisting in documenting and maintaining test plans, test cases, and testing procedures.

9. IT Helpdesk Internship

Requirements:

• Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with major in IT field
• Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
• Responsive
• Attention to details
• Good communication skill
• Willing to work full time for 12 months period internship (3 August 2026 – 2 July 2027)
• Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Descriptions

• Assist the Helpdesk role by populating knowledge management for Helpdesk and being involved in the development cycle process as a technical writer.

10. ERP Functional Analyst Internship

Requirements:

• Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Management, Industrial Management, Information Systems or Information Technology
• Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
• Understand basic flow of ERP will be an advantage
• Familiar with basic Accounting
• Able to use tools to create flowchart
• Good analytical skill & fast learner
• Willing to work full time for 6 months period internship

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for conducting ERP system trials, providing technical and functional support to users, resolving and providing solutions to existing problems, and compiling functional documentation to ensure the ERP system runs smoothly.

11. Finance Accounting Administration Internship

Requirements:

• Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Willing to work full time for 6 or 12 months period internship
• Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
• Detail oriented and proficient to handle repetitive (administrative) task
• Consistent, organized, disciplined, and diligent
• Willing to work on-site at Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Descriptions

• Scanning and archiving documents, sending invoices via courier, and other administrative tasks.

12. Internal Audit Internship

Requirements:

• Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting or Accounting Information System
• Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
• Having interest in audit (financial or procedural)
• Willing to work full time for 6 months period internship (3 August 2026 – 31 January 2027)
• Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Descriptions

• Helping in preparation of internal audit activities, including examining financial records, assessing compliance with applicable laws and regulations, evaluating risks and developing recommendations to improve risk management, and investigating fraud, as well as helping in audit field work process in accordance to assignment given.

13. Supply Chain Management Internship

Requirements:

• Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with major in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field
• Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
• Willing to work full time for 6 months period internship
• Willing to work mobile in office or warehouse (both in Graha BIP, South Jakarta and Jurumudi, Tangerang)

Job Descriptions

• Observing business processes in Supply Chain Management (Purchasing, Warehouse, and Import), providing input for improvements in Supply Chain Management, and being willing to work in a mobile capacity for operational tasks. Creating reports for monitoring inventory, distribution, delivery costs, import, and purchase orders (including service level and fulfillment), as well as being able to handle projects such as SOP development, sales and operational planning, or forecasting.

14. Legal Internship

Requirements:

• Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with major in Law
• Acknowledge several law term, e.g civil law, business law, and agreement law
• Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
• Willing to work full time for 5 months period internship (1 September 2025-3 Februari 2026)
• Attention to details, neat, and passionate in reading
• Able to work with minimal and limited supervision
• Have initiative, creative ability and willingness to learn
• Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Descriptions

• Performing administrative tasks such as filing and documentation, handling accessible legal work including drafting simple contracts, addendums/amendments, and powers of attorney, also other various corporate legal and secretarial duties.
