Lowongan Kerja PT Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia

 

 

1. HR Clerk (SINO Factory)

Support daily HR operations, focusing on recruitment administration and employee development. Assist in managing training programs and personnel documentation to ensure smooth administrative workflows and support organizational growth.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or relevant.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply).
  • Ability to support recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding documents.
  • Experience in coordinating internal and external training programs, managing training schedules, and maintaining employee development records.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and personnel administrative compliance.
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative and communication skills.
  • Ready to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.

 

2. HR Supervisor (SINO Factory)

Lead comprehensive HR operations, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and personnel administration. Ensure legal compliance, manage payroll, and drive organizational growth through effective talent management

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or relevant.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, specializing in talent acquisition and personnel administration,
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and talent mapping.
  • Expert in managing employee databases, attendance systems, payroll, and BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan).
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and personnel administrative compliance.
  • Ready to be placed in Kendal, Central Java

 

3. Exim/Customs Supervisor

Manage all import-export clearances, ensure Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) compliance, oversee customs documentation, and coordinate with authorities to maintain seamless international trade operations..

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in International Trade, Logistics, Management, or a related field; PPJK certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in import-export/customs, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a Kawasan Berikat (Bonded Zone) or KITE facility.
  • Proven mastery in handling PIB/PEB documentation, facility audits, and various Customs forms.
  • High integrity, exceptional communication for liaising with Customs Authorities (Bea Cukai), and strong analytical skills for regulatory compliance.
  • Ready to be placed in Kendal, Central Java

 

4. Exim/Customs Clerk

Handle export-import documentation and customs clearance to ensure smooth shipment processes in compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.

Qualification :

  • Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably in Logistics, Management, or International Trade).
  • Basic understanding of export-import procedures and customs regulations.
  • Proficient in using computers and administrative/ documentation tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and good communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in a similar field is a plus
  • Ready to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.

 

5. EHS Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented EHS Staff to support the implementation of safety and environmental standards across our Indonesian operations.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in EHS (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a relevant technical field. Must possess a valid Ahli K3 Umum license from KEMNAKER.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in EHS/K3L.. (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in manufacturing are welcome to apply).
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian EHS regulations and the implementation of SMK3.
  • Familiar with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards and their documentation requirements.
  • Capable of performing field inspections, assisting in HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment), and supporting accident investigations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.

 

6. Graphic Designer

Responsible for end-to-end pre-printing processes, ensuring Polymer/RDC alignment with customer artwork, verifying first-print quality, and coordinating technical design adjustments with customers.

Qualification :

  • Diploma (D3) in Visual Communication Design (DKV) or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product design, preferably within the printing or packaging manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and capable of developing design layouts based on specific customer requirements.
  • Able to apply designs to actual box dimensions and possesses a strong understanding of technical details regarding Polymers, RDC, and artwork management.
  • Responsible for the pre-printing process, ensuring Polymer/RDC alignment, conducting quality control on first-print results, and managing technical correspondence regarding any discrepancies.
  • Ready to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.
