Lowongan Kerja – PT KalGen DNA didirikan pada tahun 2012, merupakan perusahaan patungan antara PT Bifarma Adiluhung (anak perusahaan PT Kalbe Farma Tbk.) dengan perusahaan Malaysia, DNA Laboratories Sdn. Bhd., yang merupakan penyedia layanan dan produk skrining genetik dan diagnostik molekuler terkemuka di Malaysia.

Maka dari itu PT KalGen DNA kembali membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja terbaru untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Calon kandidat yang memenuhi kualifikasi, memiliki semangat dan dedikasi yang tinggi serta keinginan untuk berkembang meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengalamannya. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT KalGen DNA (a Kalbe Company)

1. Product Specialist Diagnostic

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Biology or other life sciences majors.
• At least 1 year experience in sales, handling government institutions would be a plus.
• Good understanding of molecular biology techniques, especially PCR/RT-PCR.
• Sales & target oriented, highly mobile, hard worker, well-organized, highly self-motivated.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia.

Job Description :

• Maintain and develop new customers.
• Deliver detailed product presentation (Diagnostic Kits products), maintaining detailed records.
• Assess customer needs and present suitable strategy.
• Review sales performances, writing reports, other documentation and feedback.
• Create sales & marketing activity plan and execute according to timeline.

2. Application Specialist (IVD Products)

Requirements :

• Diploma degree (D3) in Pharmacy, ATLM, Chemical/Pharmaceutical Analyst, or other related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience as lab analyst/technician.
• Has good understanding and hands-on experience with DNA extraction and PCR/RT-PCR technique.
• Experienced with performing PCR / RT-PCR techniques on different brands & models of machines.
• Preferably familiar in providing & performing technical troubleshooting.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia.
• Great communication and presentation skills.

Job Description :

• Prepare and provide technical support for R&D team, Sales & Marketing team, distributors, and customers.
• Perform kit/equipment validation/optimization for Sales & Marketing team, distributors, and customers.
• Provide technical troubleshooting on-site or online, as requested.
• Assist Quality Control department in technical troubleshooting and validation.

3. Research & Development Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related Life Sciences (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related research field.
• Having working experience in R&D is preferable.
• Strong skills in planning, adaptability, SOP compliance, and performance monitoring.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Job Description :

• Conduct R&D activities based on scientific principles to develop or enhance products.
• Collaborate with researchers, inventors, and research institutions to maintain and expand technical expertise.
• Lead technology and process transfers from other manufacturers or companies.
• Coordinate the diversification of raw materials, packaging, and new technologies for implementation in manufacturing processes.
• Work with the QA department to carry out quality risk assessments for products and processes.
• Prepare and review technical documentation such as the Design History File (DHF), Device Master Record (DMR), and Device History Record (DHR).

4. Lab Associate – Bali

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or other life sciences majors.
• At least 1 year of experience as medical representative, product specialist, or similar sales role in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Sales and target oriented, highly mobile, hard worker, organized, and highly self-motivated.
• Willing to be assigned at and travel across Bali.

Job Description :

• Approach & convince targeted doctors & hospitals to recommend our products to patients in the area.
• Plan marketing activities with doctors or hospital/clinic marketing department.
• Deliver detailed product presentation to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide the appropriate strategy.
• Evaluate sales results and compile reports, documentations, and other feedbacks.
• Arrange and execute activity plan in a timely manner.

5. Finance, Accounting, & Tax Intern

Requirements :

• Final year student or fresh graduate from Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Economics from reputable university.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Hard working and proactive.
• Able to work for full time (Monday-Friday) for minimum 3 months internship period.

Job Description :

• Create Sales Invoice
• Record Bank Receipt & Bank Disbursement
• Create Request for Payment Supplier

6. Warehouse Intern

Requirements :

• Final year students or freshgraduates of Diploma or Bachelors’ (D3/S1) from Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain Management, or other related majors.
• Has basic understanding of warehousing and logistics concepts.
• Thorough, detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to do internship on-site for at least 3 months with occasional extended shifts.

Job Description :

• Assist in incoming warehouse processes including receiving, loading/unloading, and reporting discrepancies.
• Assist in storing and arranging products according to applicable storage standards.
• Assist in outgoing warehouse processes including picking, packing, labeling, and documentations.
• Assist in regular inventory taking process.
• Coordinate with other departments related to warehouse activities & processes.
