Lowongan Kerja – PT Agro Harapan Lestari (Goodhope Indonesia) adalah anak perusahaan dari Goodhope Asia Holdings Ltd, yakni perusahaan asal Singapura yang berinvestasi di bidang perkebunan kelapa sawit dan industri bahan-bahan makanan di Indonesia, Malaysia dan India. Agro Group bertindak sebagai manajemen regional untuk perkebunan milik Goodhope Group yang beroperasi di Indonesia dengan lahan seluas 150.000 hektar.
PT Agro Harapan Lestari menawarkan pelayanan manajemen kunci dan dukungan operasional untuk semua lokasi perkebunan milik Goodhope Group yang terletak di wilayah Kalimantan dan Papua. Lowongan Kerja PT Agro Harapan Lestari

 

 

1. Manager – Central Workshop (CWS)

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering.
  • Candidate must be experience in workshop in palm oil plantation company.
  • Good knowledge on technical troubleshooting.
  • Willing to be based in remote area in Nabire, Papua.
  • Placement : Nabire – Papua

Deskripsi pekerjaan:

  • Overseeing daily workshop operations, including maintenance, repairs, and equipment management.
  • Managing a team of skilled technicians and mechanics.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Optimizing workshop efficiency and productivity.
  • Budget management and cost control.

 

2. Assistant Manager Legal

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Law.
  • Minimum experiences 5 years in handling Legal matter.
  •  Fluent communication in English.
  • Good skill in Ms. Office.
  • Has good negotiation skills.
  • Good Knowledge of state laws and regulations.
  • Placement : RO – Jakarta

Job description:

  • Provide direction to staff and company regarding legal issues, potential obligations, and appropriate legal action.
  • Translate the complicated legal language and convert it into a language that is easily understood by many people. In addition, they must be able to provide appropriate recommendations to resolve legal issues.
  • Processing all documents, starting from writing, reviewing settlement documents, contracts, letters of agreement, share certificates, and other important documents. All of these tasks will become a daily routine and require the right focus and precision.

 

3. Assistant – Civil Engineering (CE)

Job Description:

  • Identify various civil works within the plantation and develop a practical project management schedule which should be reviewed on a monthly basis for shortfalls.
  • Develop work in progress check list for building construction and electrical installations based on the technical specification and drawings and other civil related projects.
  • Supervise all civil work at site and ensure compliance with technical specifications and drawings. other civil related projects.
  • Develop goods & materials received check list for all civil projects based on Bill of Quantity and technical specification.
  • Carry out checks on goods received for non compliance of technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience, as Civil Engineering in Palm Oil Plantation company.
  • Good knowledge in managing heavy equipment for road maintenance.
  • Experience in managing the construction of new buildings, roads and bridges
  • Able to use computer applications such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Sketch Up.
  • Willing to placed in West Kalimantan (Sandai – Kab. Ketapang).

 

4. Sr. Assistant Purchasing

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in Purchasing, preferably at Palm Oil Plantation Company.
  • Fluent in English (both written & oral).
  • Willing to join Immediately.
  • Location : Seruyan – Central Kalimantan

Job Descriptions :

  • Receive PR and request quotation to the Supplier.
  • Convert PR to PO and follow up until goods receive.
  • Negotiation with Supplier to get the best price.
  • Monitoring Delivery to make sure all materials receive as schedule.
  • Follow to user to get the right specification and inform to Supplier.

 

5. Personal Assistant (Secretary) to GM

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Secretarial or relevant major.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant.
  • Able to communicate in English (written & oral).
  •  Willing to be placed in Nabire, Papua.
  • Placement : Nabire – Papua

Job Descriptions :

  • Assist the GM Plantations in the daily office operations, house keeping, communication system, conduct budget preparation.
  • Organize and handle all correspondence pertaining to General Manager office.
  • Filing of all GM Plantations correspondence and Document to be kept secure all the time.
  • Ensure reports, returns etc are submitted by respective center as per schedule.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all correspondence and transaction pertaining to GM.
  • Handling all permits required.
