Lowongan Kerja PT Coates Hire Indonesia
1. Product Support Supervisor
What You Will Do :
- Lead equipment maintenance, repair, and monitoring with a strong safety-first approach; promote teamwork and effective communication.
- Provide technical support for operations, troubleshooting, and customer issues, including site visits.
- Coordinate with service, OEM, sales, workshop, logistics, and other teams to ensure proper equipment setup and smooth operations.
- Monitor unit performance, prepare inspection and damage reports, and provide input for product improvements.
- Deliver technical training and support warranty claims with required data.
- Ensure unit and manpower readiness, respond quickly to breakdowns, and assist with scheduling, technician deployment, and material planning.
What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in product support, field service, or equipment maintenance (preferred).
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze data & prepare reports.
- Good coordination and communication across teams; customer-focused and responsive.
- Familiarity with warranty claims, inspections, and service documentation.
- Strong leadership, integrity, teamwork, and commitment to safety.
- Willing to travel and work at customer sites when required.
- Strong English & Bahasa communication skills

2. Sales Administrator
What You Will Do :
- Demonstrate a safety-first attitude.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analysing sales performance and trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and complete sales data.
- Oversee equipment rentals, maintaining accurate records and compliance.
- Administer equipment paperwork and ensure timely processing of customer timesheets.
- Assist in invoice collection, track outstanding payments, and follow up with customers.
- Maintain organized records of all sales-related documents.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and Branch Manager.
What We’re Looking For :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, System Information, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office application.
- Knowledge of sales processes, invoicing, and contract management is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative or sales support roles is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with equipment rental processes is a bonus.
- Intermediate level in English & Good communication skills
- Domicile in Balikpapan.
- Have a valid driving license.

3. Application Engineer – Slurry
What You Will Do :
- Uphold safety-first practices and compliance standards
- Collect & organize technical documents, manuals, and performance data
- Support BoM preparation, component identification, and pump sizing/configuration
- Assist workshop fabrication, QA checks, inspections, and inventory/data collection
- Create equipment drawings, layouts, and technical proposal documents
- Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting at site
- Monitor equipment performance & prepare technical reports
- Maintain structured engineering documentation & database
- Identify improvement opportunities in design, performance, and maintenance
- Collaborate with Sales & Operations to deliver technical solutions
What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduates welcome; passion for pumps & field engineering is a plus
- Knowledge of pump principles, hydraulics, or rotating equipment preferred
- Skills in AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Inventor (3D drafting)
- Familiarity with pump selection tools is an advantage
- Strong English & Bahasa communication skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, disciplined in documentation
- Willing to travel & work outdoors when needed
- Domicile in Balikpapan.

4. Mechanic
Key Duties And Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate a safety-first attitude
- Perform servicing and maintenance of Dewatering Pumps, Lighting Towers, Generators, and other Auxiliary Equipment.
- Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams for repairs and installations.
- Ensure proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams to support troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Travel to various project sites as required by operational needs.
- Work independently or as part of a team to ensure service efficiency.
Your Skills & Expertise :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dewatering Pump operations.
- Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) Certification or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Possess a valid SIM A (driver’s license) for project mobility.
- Defense Driving Training (DDT) Certificate is an advantage.
- Strong ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to be assigned to remote site locations with frequent travel.
- Preferably domiciled in Soroako.

5. Service Supervisor
Role Description :
- Roster Management: Oversee and manage the scheduling and deployment of field technicians to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- On-Site Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for field technicians, addressing any issues that arise on site in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
- Preventive Maintenance: Ensure that preventive maintenance is conducted on schedule, as directed by the maintenance planner, to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
- Resource Preparation: Assess and prepare manpower needs for workshop operations based on workload and project requirements.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor asset operations to prevent misapplication and operational abuse, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Inspection Coordination: Organize delivery of equipment to the workshop for repairs and oversee off-hire inspections.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports on service activities, machine availability, and breakdowns.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team, fostering collaboration between the workshop and branch operations
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in service management or field operations, preferably in the equipment rental or heavy machinery sector.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in team management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage on-site challenges effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using software/application/Excel for scheduling, reporting, and forecasting.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a plus.
- Residence and or Willing to be based in Palembang.
