Lowongan Kerja PT Wira Cipta Perkasa
1. Geologist
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in relevant earth or physical science, preferable geology.
- 2-4 years of operational and office based geological interpretation, including basic wireline logs interpretation.
- Have expertise in Seismic Acquisition, Seismic Data Interpretation, Seismic Modelling, Formation Evaluation, Structural interpretation, Stratigraphy Interpretation, Operation Geology, Reservoir Modelling,
- Petroleum System Analysis, G&G Data, Technology, and Management
- Have a good communications and interpersonal skills
- Have standard English speaking and writing skills
- Have knowledge of standard computerized systems, such as Ms word, Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Front Page
2. Operation Geologist & Data Management
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Geology
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in drilling or operations geology.
- Experience in onshore/offshore drilling operations. It would be an advantage to have experience with HPHT wells (High Pressure High Temperature)
- Strong knowledge of sedimentology, stratigraphy, and structural geology
- Familiarity with wireline logging, mud logging, and wellsite data integration
3. Reservoir Engineer
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Petroleum Engineer in or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of GPA 3.0 of 4.0
- Minimum 2 year experiences in reservoir and production in the oil and gas industry is preferred
- Understand petroleum software applications such as RTA, IPM, OFM, kappa and others
- Willing to be placed in all areas of the Company
- Able to communicate in English
4. Subsurface Dept. Admin
Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum S1 graduate (Major in Economic Management) or relevant.
- Able to handle MS Office operations
- Such as MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
- Able to communicate in English
- Have a good understanding of report generation and administration.
5. Operation Admin
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Business Administration, Economic and Management or relevan major.
- Minimum five (5) years experience in organizing office procedures and document control.
- Have the ability to use MS. Office
- Good command in English, both oral and written.
6. Operation Compliance Officer
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering, Law, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health & Safety (K3) is common.
- Minimum two (2) years experience in oil and gas compliance/HSE.
- Have a deep understanding of regulations, standards (e.g., API, ISO), and operational processes in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Good command in English, both oral and written.
7. Drafter
Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electro Engineering or relevan major.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as Drafter or Design Engineer especilly in Oil and Gas Industry.
- Having a certificate related to engineering design or use of CAS software will be an added value.
- Have strong working knowledge of AuotoCAD software
- Good command in English, both oral and written.
8. Facility Engineer
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Civil Engineering or relevan major.
- Minimum three (3) years experience as Facility Engineer in oil and gas industry.
- Understanding of oil and gas engineering standards and practices.
- Willing to be placed in the project area.
- Good command in English, both oral and written.
9. Document Controller
Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor degree in Record Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related fields.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in records management or junior document supervisory or similar roles.
- Good understanding of records management.
- Minimum of a basic understanding of the records management environment in the Oil and Gas Industry.
10. Contract Engineer
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Petroleum Engineering and other related engineering.
- Having minimum 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, including at least 2 years of handling tenders and contracts in Drilling, Completion, Workover and Well Intervention.
- Having experience as Drilling Support Engineer / Contract Engineer / Contract Specialist, is preferable.
- Having a good and strong understanding of Tender and Procurement Process.
- Having a good and strong understanding of PTK-007 Rev 05 (certified is advantage).
- Having a good knowledge of Completion, Workover and Well Intervention equipment and operation.
- Having a good knowledge of Contractor Relationship Management including Contracts Risk Categorization, KPI setting and Service Quality Meeting Management
- Fluent in English (Oral & Written).
- Good Interpersonal and Organizational Skills such as Strong in Teamwork and a Good Player, Collaborating with Others, Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Proactive and Initiative, Contract Management skills.
11. Cost Control Officer
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Acountant and other related major.
- Fluent in English (Oral & Written).
- Experience in Cost Control Drilling, Surface Facility Budget and Close out AFE.
- Understand the process of planning, monitoring, and reporting operational costs periodically in accordance with company regulations and standards.
- Having strong cost analysis skills and the ability to identify budget deviations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Able to coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and related parties in project cost control.
12. Procurement Specialist
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Law, or other related major.
- Minimum two (2) years experience in Supply Chain Management activities in oil and gas industry.
- Having PTK 007 certification (preferred).
- Having knowledge regarding inventory materials and customs in general.
- Good skills in verbal and written communication, ability to analyze problems and working in a team.
13. Material & Logistics Officer
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or other related major.
- Minimum two (2) year experiences in inventory/logistics/warehouse major in oil and gas industry.
- Have extensive knowledge regarding Material & Equipment in the oil and gas industry.
- Having PTK-007 certification or TKDN verifier
- Having Knowledge regarding inventory materials and customs in general.
14. SHE Admin
Qualifications & Experience :
- Diploma (D3) in Administration, Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in SHE administration, document control, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) principles, regulations, and reporting systems.
- Good command in English, both oral and written.
15. HC Generalist Officer
Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum S1 (Major in Economic Management) or relevant
- Has good understanding of Human Resource Management in Oil and Gas Industry.
- Familiar with MS Office such as MS Word, MS-Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Good command in English, both oral and written.
16. HC Advisor
Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum S1 degree from Management and or Psychology. Preferably S2 from any major.
- Minimum 15 (fifteen) years field work experience and 5 (five) years in supervisory position.
- Qualified in HR Management including HR Information System, Payroll and Assessment.
- Qualified as Analyst and/or Specialist in compensation-benefits, training-development and Industrial Relations.
- Experienced in Labor Law and Government Regulations.
- Have detailed knowledge of Budgeting related to Government Institutions.
17. Company Doctor
Qualifications & Experience :
- Have a Medical Degree (MD/dr.) and Valid Practice License (STR/SIP).
- Have experience as a company physician or previous clinical practice, ideally in occupational health (OHS), emergency care, or family medicine.
- Possess skills in emergency management, health management systems, and good communication, with roles varying from general practitioners to specialists in larger companies.
18. Medical Admin
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) of an disiplines.
- Have 2 years experience in a medical administration environment, or broad healthcare administration.
- Familiar with MS Office such as MS Word, MS-Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Good command in English, both oral and written.
19. GSS Suport Officer
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) of any disiplines.
- Have minimum two (2) years work experience in related fields
- Having Knowledge of facility management and regulations in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge of the management of office space utilization and operational facilities.
- Able to operate Office Suite such as MS Office, Google Docs and Libre Office.
- Good command in English, both oral and written.
20. Security Officer
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) of any disiplines.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar field, preferably experience in creating security service contracts in a related industry.
- Disciplined and possess good time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Honest, thorough, and responsible.
- Able to lead, motivate, coordinate and solve problems efficiently.
- Able to schedule and manage security personnel operations.
21. Application Analyst Officer
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Information Technology, Management Information System or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years as Application Analyst Officer.
- Preferably 2-5 years experience in application development
- Expert in Oracle Developer 6
- Expert in Oracle Internet Application Server
- Expert in PL/SQL programming
- Expert in Web programming (JSP, ASP, PHP, HTML)
- Has work on complex and/or integrated, programming, analysis and design assignments.
22. System Engineer Officer
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Have 5 years of experience in systems engineering, IT operations, networking, security, or virtualization.
- Have solid experience with UNIX/Linux based environments.
- Have knowledge of cloud platformsc(AWS preferred), virtualization (VMware, Virtual Box), and networking technologies (TCP/IP, OSI layers).
- Have experience with network monitoring systems and troubleshooting application performance.
23. DCRM
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Documentation Management, Information Technology, Management Information System or related field.
- Have five (5) years experience in record management or document controller
- Have good understanding of record management
- Have fundamental understanding of record management environment in Oil and Gas Industry
24. Legal Counsel
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Law.
- Having experienced in oil and gas industry (preferred).
- Having knowledge regarding with Indonesian Law and/or other government regulations, esp. PSC legal requirements
- Has familiarity with PSC internal processes
- Skilled in negotiation
- Good communications and interpersonal relations skills, upholds confidentiality
- Has ability in problem solving and analysis skills.
25. Legal Admin
Qualifications & Experience :
- Diploma or Bachelor degree (S1) from other discipline.
- Preferably has minimum two (2) year of experience as a secretary or administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Have a basic understanding of copying and correcting legal documents properly
- Good command in English, both oral and written.
26. A/P Processing and Accounting JV Officer
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Economics majoring Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Have 2-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Accounts Payable Pccountant.
- Able to operate MS Windows and MS Office.
- Able to communicate in English.
27. Finance and Commercial Dept. Admin
Qualifications & Experience :
- Diploma or Bachelor degree (S1) from other discipline.
- Preferably has minimum two (2) year of experience as a secretary or administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Having knowledge regarding with managing, storing, and archiving financial documents (invoices, receipts, reports) both physically and digitally.
- Able to communicate in English.
