Lowongan Kerja PT Triatra Sinergia Pratama (member of ASTRA)
1. After Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct sales activities by offering aftermarket products (spare parts, services, and remanufactured components) to customers.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
- Build strong relationships with customers through a personalized approach to understand their needs.
- Ensure smooth payment processes by monitoring invoices and resolving payment issues.
- Manage the database of existing customers and explore opportunities to acquire new ones.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any major from a reputable university.
- Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia.
- Open to fresh graduate sales experience is an advantage.
- Proactive with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and a fast learner.
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Strong business acumen
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A).
2. Business Consultant
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct sales activities for Patria unit products, specializing in attachments for heavy equipment.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through pre-sales, sales, and after-sales activities.
- Analyze customer needs, prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and coordinate product deliveries.
- Provide technical support and address customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Expand the customer database and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any major from a reputable university.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, experience in sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and a fast learner.
- Independent, resourceful, and possess good business acumen.
- Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia.
3. Strategic Business Analyst Associate
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct analysis and mapping business opportunities in the coal, non-coal mineral, and non-mining sectors
- Identify and analyze market needs for products and services
- Evaluate potential markets in the coal, non-coal mineral, and non-mining sectors
- Survey and analyze customer needs and feedback
- Design and offer comprehensive solution packages from inquiry to purchase
- Enhance customer experiences and engagement
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Marketing/Business Management/Statistics from reputable University
- Preferably certified or trained in Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or Business Development
- Expected analytical thinking for market opportunities, competitive analysis, and data-driven strategies
- Essential long-term marketing planning, sales growth, market development, and adapting to technological changes
- Strong analytical skills in market trends and customer needs are valued
4. Technical Officer
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinating and ensuring the handling of troubleshooting activities originating from ETR/EMR/TI.
- Analyzing the troubleshooting issues to determine the appropriate handling method and assisting in resolving technical problems occurring at the site.
- Conducting meetings with principals to discuss existing problems and claims; if necessary, performing joint job site investigations with the principals.
- Preparing installation guides for the installation of components in the field.
- Performing inspections and evaluations of customer unit conditions to provide recommendations and repair cost estimations.
- Providing recommendations for potential new business opportunities based on the results of technical analysis conducted.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Naval Architecture from a reputable university
- Willing to be assigned anywhere across Indonesia
- Open to fresh graduates, candidates with technical experience are preferred
- Persistent, highly initiative, and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good English communication skills
5. MT Site Operation Support & Controller Department Head
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate, implement and control all activities in the Site Operation Support & Controller Department effectively and efficiently, related to:
- Asset Management
- Financial management, cash flow and accounting processes
- Human Resource Management
- Management of Environment, Health, Safety and Social Responsibility (ESR) & ESG
- Management of internal and external relations
- Billing Activity Management & AR Management
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Management/Industrial Engineering from reputable university
- Possess good communication, problem solving and administration skill
- High curiosity & willingness to learn
- Have a good financial & accounting knowledge
- Preferably having similar working experience in branch/site administration, but fresh graduates are welcome
- Willing to be placed across Indonesia
6. MT Supervisor
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and assign tasks to mechanics and operators.
- Monitor repair, overhaul, and fabrication work.
- Conduct employee evaluations and enhance manpower qualifications.
- Supervise work processes and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Plan and conduct training and certification for mechanics.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in mechanical/heavy equipment/electrical engineering from reputable university
- Willing to be placed across Indonesia
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Possess knowledge of preventive maintenance and mechanical operations & heavy equipment repair
- Exhibit strong leadership and teamwork abilities
7. MT Marketing & Sales Site Dept Head
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Management: Achieve revenue targets through strategic planning, sales forecasting, and client negotiations.
- Marketing: Conduct market analysis, plan promotional campaigns, and enhance product visibility.
- Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels, oversee warehouse operations, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Customer Relations: Build strong customer relationships, handle complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Leadership: Lead the sales and marketing site team to achieve best performance.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in engineering from reputable university
- Fresh Graduate are welcome, having experience in marketing / sales will be plus

- Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
