Memastikan CPO (Crude Palm Oil) dan CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) dapat dilacak, tersertifikasi, mematuhi kebijakan NDPE dan berasal dari sumber yang berkelanjutan dan dapat dipercaya. Fokus perusahaan ini adalah memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku (produk berbasis Oleokimia: Asam lemak, Gliserin , Sabun cair, Surfaktan alami) dan mengekspor produk ini ke 42 negara tempat Pabrik Unilever berada.

1. Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and non-executive employees, including sourcing, initial screening, interviews, and final selection up to the offer stage in a timely manner.
  • Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring requirements. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various channels including internship / apprenticeship
  • Develop hiring strategies; design, plan, and execute Talent Acquisition activities and end-to-end selection processes.
  • Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility and attract top talent.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and lead the recruitment team to understand role requirements and target the right talent pools.
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops, analyze hiring needs, and provide employee hiring forecasts.
  • Plan recruitment initiatives such as Employee Referral Programs, ATS development, and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.

Qualification & Competency Required:

  • Bachelor degree of Psychology / Management / Industrial Engineering / relevant background
  • Willing to be place and work from site at Sei Mangkei Special Economic Zone, North Sumatera
  • 5+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition with at least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing hiring settings and Mass Hiring
  • Self-driven and Detail-oriented with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., ATS, Excel).
  • Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements or automation projects.
  • Well versed in English, good verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
  • A strong relationship builder capable of engaging effectively across diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Experienced with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, Recruitment tools, Talent Pipeline and recruitment report
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources law and regulation
  • Location: Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra

 

2. Manufacturing Excellence & Governance Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of production processes, identifying risks, nonconformities, and areas for improvement.
  • Review production records, quality control procedures, and inventory management practices to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze all manufacturing related data and operational performance to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
  • Work with management, production teams and other related area to develop and implement corrective actions to address audit findings.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, communicate findings to management, and follow up to ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented and closed.
  • Ensure products and processes comply with all relevant industry standards/certifications and regulatory requirements, including Global standards.
  • Perform internal audits on manufacturing and quality systems to assess compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001), regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor degree from engineering or science background. Preferably Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as superintendent or assistant manager with in-depth knowledge in production, continuous improvement, or auditing on the manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bahasa & English), work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Accustomed with critical thinking, problem solving as well as data analytics and visualization, particularly using Microsoft Excel or Power BI. Other analytical/visualization tools would be advantages.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is an advantage
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes, quality control, and management systems, in Oleochemical industry will be an advantage.
  • Location: Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra

 

3. HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily employee database and coordinating administrative processes related to employee records, compensation and benefits (including payroll, bonuses, incentive, life insurance, HR system and other benefits) and ensure smooth operations.
  • Execute and Coordinate job data changes, promotion, rotation, reporting line changes, joiner and mover.
  • Implements and maintain record to ensure that records are accurate, accessible, secure, and meet the needs of internal employee, legal compliance, and the company policy requirements (company regulation, employee documentation, mandatory report to government).
  • Advise, communicate and share processes regarding general HR topics, labor laws, policies, processes and compliance.
  • Oversee compensation programs such as payroll, incentive schemes, and employee benefits. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of local C&B processes.
  • Perform payroll process and taxation with local payroll vendor and taxation team. Ensure payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, tax, BPJS, etc.) are accurate and submitted on time. Generate and review payroll reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Responsible and ensure the compliance process and records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Responsible to develop and maintain knowledge of all key HR tools, systems and processes, including Attendance System, Workday, UNA, and other related HR processes and tool.
  • Ensure local HR policies and practices are align with Indonesia’s labor regulations and company wise internal standards.
  • Serve as an agile and flexible resource on handling employee queries. Manage escalation of HR support issues through to resolution while maintaining effective communication with all affected stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Willing to work at Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, payroll or compensation & benefits with at least 5 years of experience equivalent to a Supervisor level.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems, with a strong understanding of payroll, taxation and HR system
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.
  • A thorough understanding of HR practices, policies and employment laws. Strong knowledge of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, Coretax, and labour regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, with the ability to lead and as part of a team.

 

4. Reach Truck Operator

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform put‑away and picking of products to and from maturation racks accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate closely with Maturation Operators to ensure smooth and effective management of the maturation area.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the reach truck (RR) and the maturation area in line with hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with quality requirements, food safety standards, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Senior High School / Vocational High School (SMA/SMK).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reach Truck (RR) Operator.
  • Valid SIO (Operational License) Certificate for Reach Truck Operation.
  • Willing to be assigned and work in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.

 

5. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Objectives of this role

  • Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
  • Implement sourcing strategies, such as partnering with schools/university including employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewer

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria for both manufacturing / non-manufacturing department
  • Source applicants and maximizing the utilization of Applicant Tracking systems
  • End to end hiring process from sourcing, interviews, offering to onboarding for the hiring of fresh graduates, management trainee and pro-hiring
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events and maintaining a good relationships with related parties to build a strong candidate pipeline

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management , psychology or similar field
  • Related experience from manufacturing background is preferred
  • Willing to be place and work from site at Sei Mangkei Special Economic Zone, North Sumatera
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Experience in using professional job posting portal and proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends and talent market
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and fluent in English

 

5. Continuous Improvement Officer

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support training programs related to technical skills, including process, safety, and quality.
  • Act as Document Controller for Dove and Natural Surfactant plants, ensuring documentation is properly managed and maintained.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including tracking and monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to plant issues.
  • Develop and implement safety and quality campaigns for Dove and Natural Surfactant operations.
  • Manage and promote housekeeping programs to support plant safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from Engineering or Science background.
  • At least 3 years of experience in oleochemical or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement, safety, and quality systems.
  • Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Willing to be based and work in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.

 

6. Security Officer

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the delegated representative of the Assistant Manager Security, taking on leadership responsibilities and decision‑making authority in daily field operations.
  • Drive excellence in vendor performance by monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring full compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual commitments.
  • Participate in performance review forums, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure follow‑up actions are completed with high standards.
  • Oversee guard deployment, shift structures, personnel rotations, and approvals for replacements to ensure optimal operational readiness.
  • Utilize Coupa and support administrative, documentation, and procurement-related processes with accuracy and discipline.
  • Ensure that all security operations uphold Unilever’s global policies, local regulations, and best‑in‑class operational standards.
  • Monitor the performance and condition of CCTV, access control systems, alarms, and perimeter security infrastructure, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Support investigations of theft, trespassing, safety incidents, or emergencies, ensuring proper documentation, escalation, and learning implementation.
  • Provide data, analysis, and operational insights to strengthen strategic security planning and risk mitigation initiatives.

Qualification

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law, Safety, or related fields.
  • Security certifications (e.g., Gada Madya / Gada Utama) are a strong advantage.
  • At least 4 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or supervisory roles.
  • Working knowledge of physical security operations, security technologies, and incident response protocols.
  • Basic skills in risk assessment, incident investigation, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong administrative discipline.
  • High integrity, strong ethics, professionalism, and reliability—core values we live every day.
  • Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, or remain on-call to support business continuity.
  • Strong capability in leadership, coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and clear communication (written & verbal).
  • A decisive, proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
