Lowongan Kerja PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia
1. Assistant Manager Facilities and Building
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule all planned infrastructure maintenance for the site.
- Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
- Dealing with emergencies as they arise
- Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
- Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
- Issue work order for all planned maintenance
- Follow up on all the plant reliability checklist defects and conduct Inspection quality
- Plan and issue work order for the reliability defect
- Do quality site inspection on all the completed work order and close them on the job done
- Produce weekly report on the PM and infrastructure inspection check list completion
- Produce weekly building and infrastructure abnormal report
- Monthly work done quality and inspection quality report for infrastructure and building
- To co-ordinate and follow up site CAPEX project progress and spending status
- To call regular CAPEX meeting to mitigate project risk
- To execute all site renovation and refurbishment work and project.
Required skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building and facilities maintenance or project.
- Proficient for principle of civil and structural quality inspection
- Proficient for principle of electrical and wiring inspection for building

2. Formulator CCA R&D Assistant Manager
Responsibilities :
- Assist scoping of new incoming projects/Activity Requests to define feasibility, complexity level andresource requirements.
- Assist defining and support shaping product concepts fit Indonesiadeployment, in collaborationwith cross-functional partners.
- Support to Create and maintain high quality specifications as part of project delivery and 5S related activities where relevant.
- Oversee the seamless technical implementation of projects into sourcing units, including factory trialrisk assessments and supporting analytical measurements.
- Manage and support supplier relationships in the development of new products/ change of materials,working closely alongside METs and Procurement.
- Deliver R&D input into the required Innoflex documentation ahead of monthly gatekeeping meetings.

Required skills and Qualifications:

3. Ice Cream ID Innovation Planner
Responsibilities :
- Role will be responsible for innovation planning, such as managing innovation project, ensure timely and accurate production and dispatch of innovation, and owning innovation project performance tracker
- Monitor, track, and ensure the completeness of E2E MDM creation
- Work with E2E Planner on the production schedule for innovation
- Work with Sales Planner & DRP Planner on the distribution for innovation
- Monitor, track the product flow to shelf
- Updating SKU in CD system (i.e.Leveredge, Power BI) for DT customers
- Overseeing the transition plan execution and status and acknowledge the business impact on business waste
- Support KAM on the listing process for MT customers
Required skills and Qualifications:

Responsibilities :

5. Assistant Manager Environment
Responsibilities :
- Ensure and maintain Environmental standards compliance
- Assist in maintaining procedure guideline and environmental policy implementation
- Assist company and management prevention of accident and enviromental release
- Report occupational and health issue to SHE manager for follow up action
- Coordinate safety subcommittee to discuss plan and strategic actions of environmental standard implementation
- Coordinate Life Critical Standard Audit yearly basis and collaborate the result with SHE clusters SEAA
- Coordinate UMS review with cross function team and follow up improvement action taken and collaborate with SHE SAA cluster
- Coordinate safety subcommittee to discuss plan and strategic actions of environmental standard implementation include CSHEC Suistainability pillar
- Ensure and maintain RKL-RPL compliance to KINRA
- Initiate and participate in risk management such JSA, Risk Assessment on the plant specific for Enviromental Aspect Impact
- Maintain Master File for EPR Report in UOI System
- Conduct risk-based audit to UOI’s third party or CSMS (contractor and transporter) to ensure their compliance and review it annually.
- Participate and responsible for completing external audits related to safety, both audits from Unilever and external parties
Requirement & Qualification :
- Bachelor Min. in Engineering (Environmental Engineer)
- Having 10 years experience in SHE ( 5 years in Superintendent /Coordinator Level) Oleochemical, Chemical Plant, Oil and Gas Downstream Plant
- Having experince handle and knows characteristic oleochemical products.
- Able to communicate in English, both verbal & writing.

6. Assistant Manager Legal
Job Responsibilities
- Manage & listings of contracts/agreements, corporate legal, monitoring permits & licenses, litigations, due diligence.
- Assisting the the Legal department related with legal review and revising, legal advise and comments, contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, contactors, consultants, partner until signing, including drafting, reviewing, revising until finalization signing of Amendment/Addendum. Legal comment & advise to facilitate project goals and ensures that the Project is comply with prevailing laws & regulations, and meets Company’s target defending commercial aspect of the Company.
- Assisting Legal Manager related with litigation process as resolution of legal issues through the courts actively taking legal proceedings either civil action or criminal action brought in a court of law; cross examination when the plaintiff claiming to have suffered a loss as a result of the defendant’s actions, demands legal or remedies, including maintain case files, including producing and editing transcripts.
- Collaborate with relevant Department related with legal advisory, contracts management meets Project timelines (draft, proofread, and file or send relevant legal documents to internal and external.
- Monitoring licenses, permits & certifications ensured that no expiration.
- Track deadlines to ensure legal documents are filed in a timely manner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational and client information.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Law degree.
