Lowongan Kerja PT Supraco Indonesia

1. Receptionist

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Hospitality, or other related field.
• Have at least 1 year experience as receptionist or front desk role.
• Basic to intermediate English skills (spoken & written)
• Strong customer service orientation and good verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using computer and related tools
• Good multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Willing to be placed in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Timur

2. Project Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (SI) in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Structural, or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Project Manager role; or Diploma Degree (D3) with at least 8 years of relevant experience in geothermal projects or other Preferably has hands-on experience energy/infrastructure projects with similar complexity.
• Holding a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling, resource and manpower allocation, and overall project coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.
• Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Highly responsive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Familiar with project data recording, documentation control, administration, and report preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and propose actionable solutions.
• Location: Tapanuli Utara

3. Senior HCGA & Land Acqusition

Description

• Responsible for preparing HCGA-related procurement documents-including TOR, Engineering Estimates, RFB/RFP, and other materials-in line with World Bank and internal procurement guidelines.
• Includes developing facility strategies for office operations (HQ and site), establishing SOPs, overseeing performance, and supporting project organizational structure planning.
• Aiso responsible for timely manpower preparation coordinating land acquisition processes with relevant authorities and communities, and ensuring full compliance with all land-related legal regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HCGA and Land Acquisition roles.
• Strong understanding of government regulations and land acquisition processes; experience in land matters is highly preferred.
• Skilled in preparing contracts and legal documents related to HCGA, especially those supporting drilling operations.
• Fluent in Bahasa indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support project operations effectively.
• Placement: Head Office – Jakarta Selatan

4. Sr. Project Control

Description

• Responsible for preparing exploration work plans and schedules, monitoring project progress, identifying deviations, and providing recommendations to the project team, Duties include coordinating regular meetings, maintaining project data and documentation, supporting budget preparation (RKAP), ensuring proper document management, preparing monthly and quarterly reports, contributing to exploration reports Preliminary Assessment, Pre-FS, Updated Pre-FS), and coordinating with all relevant exploration division.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Control role.
• Experience working in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) environment.
• Strong capability in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Experienced in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project documentation.
• Proficient in identifying project deviations and preparing corrective action recommendations.
• Familiar with project budgeting, cost tracking, and supporting corporate work plan preparation (RKAP).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain accurate project data and documentation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Location: Jakarta Selatan

5. Sr. Geoscience

Description

• Responsible for planning and coordinating geothermal exploration activities, including preparing technical, cost, and schedule plans. Duties include evaluating and QA/QC of 3G data, integrating geological, geophysical, and geochemical information to develop conceptual models and identify well targets.
• Also responsible for preparing 3G survey contracts, supervising survey execution, and supporting the development of exploration documents (Pre-FS, FS, NORC, NOID). Ensures collaboration with government agencies, oversees operations in line with HSE standards, provides technical recommendations, and submits progress reports to the Exploration Planning Coordinator.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master in Geoscientific discipline, Geology, or Geophysics
• Minimum 10 years of experience in geothermal projects, preferably in volcanic environments.
• Strong understanding of geothermal exploration workflows, geothermal systems, and conceptual model development.
• Proven experience in greenfield technical assessments, prospect ranking, and resource risk evaluation.
• Extensive background in 3G survey planning, acquisition, and interpretation (geology, geophysics, geochemistry).
• Capable of developing resource assessments, conceptual models, prospect delineation, and well targeting.
• Able to prepare drilling programs together with the Drilling Engineering team.
• Experienced in preparing Pre-FS, FS, and other technical exploration reports.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Location: Jakarta Selatan

6. Sr. Facility Engineer

Description

• Responsible for leading and managing all civil engineering activities to support geothermal exploration projects. This position requires strong technical expertise in civil infrastructure, effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to oversee project execution from planning through reporting. Also responsible for ensuring that all civil design, construction, and infrastructure development for geothermal exploration-such as access roads, well pads, and supporting facilities-are carried out in accordance with industry standards, project requirements, and established best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in designing and constructing roads, platforms, and civil infrastructure.
• At least 5 years of experience in geothermal drilling infrastructure (design, tendering, construction).
• Experienced in civil technical planning, contract preparation, implementation, and reporting for FEED, DED, road works, well pads, and related facilities.
• Skilled in preparing detailed technical, cost, and schedule plans in line with geothermal industry best practices.
• Able to conduct risk identification for survey activities and drilling infrastructure construction.
