Lowongan Kerja PT Supraco Indonesia (Radiant Group)

1. Civil Supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in civil construction projects, preferably in geothermal infrastructure, or industrial projects
• Experienced in supervising earthworks, concrete, structural and infrastructure activities.
• Strong understanding of construction methods. project scheduling, and quality control.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good leadership and coordination skills with subcontractors and site teams.
• Familiar with HSE standards and project compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting.
• Willing to work on rotational schedule in Lampung

2. Foreman Civil

Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School/Vocational School or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as Civil Foreman in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experienced in supervising dally civil works and manpower allocation
• Able to coordinate field activities to meet project targets
• Understand construction drawings and work procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiar with safety procedures in project environments
• Willing to work on rotational schedule in Lampung

3. Fuelman

Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School/Vocational School graduate
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience handling fuel distribution and fuel storage in project environments.
• Experienced in monitoring fuel usage, refueling equipment, and maintaining fuel records
• Understand sate handling procedures for fuel and hazardous materials
• Able to perform basic maintenance and inspection of fuel storage facilities.
• Olsciplined, honest, and detail-oriented
• Familiar with HSE requirements related to fuel handling.
• Willing to work on rotational schedule in Lampung

4. Drafter

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Drafter in construction, industrial, or geothermal projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Able to prepare and revise technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Understand engineering standards and drawing documentation.
• Able to coordinate with engineering and site teams.
• Detall-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Willing to work on rotational schedule in Lampung

5. Surveyor

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Geodesy, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience as Surveyor in construction, infrastructure, mining, oil & gas, or geothermal projects
• Experienced in topographic, construction, and land surveying activities
• Proficient in operating survey Instruments such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and related software
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and survey data
• Familiar with project coordinate systems and survey reporting
• Strong understanding of HSE procedures in project environments.
• Willing to work on rotational system in Lampung

6. Assistant Surveyor

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Geomatics or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Assistant Surveyor in construction or geothermal projects.
• Able to assist survey activities including field measurements and data recording
• Familiar with survey equipment and basic survey software
• Able to read technical drawings and coordinate data.
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding of basic HSE practices
• Willing to work an rotational/non-local hiring system in Lampung

7. Site Medic

Requirements :

• Minimum Diplama/Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Paramedic, or related medical field.
• Holds valid STR and relevant certifications (BTCIS/ACLS/HIPERKES preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Site Medic in construction, mining, oil & gas, or geothermal projects
• Experienced in handling emergency response and occupational health cases
• Familiar with site clinic administration and medical reporting
• Able to coordinate medical evacuation and emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates domiciled in Lampung are highly preferred

8. HSE Officer

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HSE roles within construction, infrastructure, mining, oll & gas, or geothermal projects.
• Holds valid AK3 Umum certification or equivalent HSE certifications.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and permit-to work systems
• Experienced in conducting toolbox meetings, safety induction, and inspections
• Able to prepare HSE reports and documentation.
• Willing to work on rotational/non-local hiring system in Lampung

9. Electrical Specialist

Requirements :

• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Electrical Technician/Electrical Maintenance is preferred
• Able to operate computer applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Understand troubleshooting and maintenance activities
• Familiar with electrical drawings and electrical equipment
• Placement: Tanjung Jabung Barat, Jambi

10. Administrator

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Admin (mandatory)
• Minimum Diploma degree in any major
• Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi
