Lowongan Kerja PT EverPro Indonesia Technologies
1. ERP Staff (Mandarin Speaker)
Qualification :
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Chinese Literature or related major.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- MUST ABLE MANDARIN MAX. HSK 4-6 IS MANDATORY (CAN FLUENT MANDARIN AS SPEAK, WRITE, READ)
Job Description :
- Can use ERP system operator.
- Responsible for deducting accounts and storing inventory during the production process.
- Responsible for placing purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Require good English proficiency and Mandarin is mandatory, with the system being in English & Mandarin.
- Require good computer skills Ms.office (ms.excel,ms powerpoint, ms word)
2. Technician Staff
Job Description :
- Responsible for setup and abnormal maintenance of on-site equipment
- Responsible for daily spot inspection of equipment.
- Responsible for the first, second and third level maintenance of the equipment
- Support engineers to improve equipment and resolve process or line issue
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in science and technology
- Good at oral and written English, familiar with MS office. Mandarin speaker is preferred
- More than 3 years of related experience, familiar with circuit configuration and construction specification requirements, simple circuit maintenance and repair (Y-Astep-down starting principle, equipment start-stop control);
- Excellent at basic IT knowledge, network wiring, configuration settings;
- Able to operate basic machine (turning, milling, grinding, drilling);
- Good in communication and have a good responsibility
3. Purchasing Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and secure advantageous agreements. Continuously assess market conditions and trends to optimize procurement strategies.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations. Address and resolve supplier-related issues effectively.
- Cost Control: Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or supplier relationships. Seek out opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet established quality standards. Oversee quality control processes within the procurement cycle.
- Contract Management: Draft and manage supplier contracts, ensuring they are compliant, up-to-date, and meet the organization’s needs. Monitor contract performance and enforce terms when necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure procurement activities align with legal and ethical standards. Monitor and adhere to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Have a clear understanding of the current market and have certain resources, High priority for local sourcing of PCB SMT and copper wire related resources
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English is MANDATORY
4. Supplier Quality Engineer
Job Description :
- Audit the quality management systems of suppliers in Indonesia and other regions to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as well as internal company quality requirements. Conduct on site assessments of suppliers regularly, evaluate their quality assurance capabilities, propose improvement suggestions, and track implementation.
- For incoming material quality issues, communicate with suppliers in a timely manner, organize 8D report ana ysis, and drive suppliers to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions. For major quality issues, visit the supplier site to assist in resolution, ensuring the stability of raw material quality.
- Participate in the new supplier development process, establish supplier evaluation criteria, and conduct comprehensive assessments of potential suppliers in terms of quality, technology, and delivery capabilities. Assist signing quality agreements, clarify ing quality responsibilities and acceptance standards.
- Establish a supplier quality performance evaluation system, regularly count indicators such as incoming material pass rate and on time delivery rate, and implement hierarchical management ofsuppliers.Collaborate with underperforming suppliers to develo p improvement plans and enhance the overall supply quality level.
- Proficient in supplier quality management processes and tools, such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, etc. Familiar with ISO and other quality management system standards, with internal auditor qualification preferred.
- Have strong data analysis skills, and be able to use statistical tools to analyze quality data. Understand production processes and accurately identify the root causes of incoming material q uality issues.
Job Requirement :
- Educational Background Bachelor’s degree or abovewith preference for majors in electrical engineering, communication engineering, reliability engineerin g, etc.
- Can speak fluent in english or mandarin is preferably
5. Mandarin Translator
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies, Translation, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences in the same role
- Experienced in Manufacturing Industry is preferable
- Fluency in Mandarin and English languages both written and spoken
- Experience in translation and interpretation
- Attention to detail and accuracy in translation
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in using translation software and tools is a plus
- Having experience as Secretary Director will be advantage
6. Quality Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)
Main responsibilities :
- Quality work related to the introduction of new products;
- Responsible for product quality engineering related work;
- Formulate product SIP, Control plan, etc. to ensure that product quality control meets customer requirements
- Train and supervise the execution of IPQC & OQC daily inspection work. Analyze abnormal processing and follow up on improvement results. Quality work related to communication with customers
- Provide various quality reports required by customers
Knowledge structure :
- Familiar with ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001/QC080000 quality management system standard requirements and related knowledge;
- Familiar with QC seven methods quality tools, APQP/SPC/FMEA/PPAP/MSA;
- Proficient in 8D, 5C report, FACA, CALA, etc.;
- Familiar with optical communication products/AOC product related processes;
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software;
- Having Certificate Mandarin minimum HSK 4
Work ability :
- Proficient in the knowledge of company products and production processes;
- Based on abnormal cases, customer complaints and OQC LRR data, review the FACA report and confirm the improvement effect of product quality abnormalities (conduct on-site audits and inspections when necessary) to supervise product quality;
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, biotechnology and other departments-to improve and enhance product quality.
- Predict major anomalies that may occur and warn relevant departments in advance;
- When anomalies occur, cooperate with relevant analysis departments to find out the root causes in time and give effective and feasible short-term countermeasures to improve the company and customer satisfaction
- Consider various situations that may occur in the project based on existing information and prepare for corresponding situations
- Be able to skillfully use the quality PDCA cycle model, 5WHY, and 4M1E analysis methods;
- Be familiar with QC seven techniques quality tools, APQP/SPC/FMEA/PPAP/MSA;
- Be proficient in the use of 8D, 5C report, FACA, CALA, etc.;
- Be familiar with the relevant processes of optical communication products;
7. Electrical Engineer
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or higher graduate in electrical automation or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as an electrical technician, with relevant certifications;
- Proficient in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical equipment;
- Skills in design and drafting: Proficient in using AutoCAD / SolidWorks Electrical to create electrical circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and terminal diagrams, and able to independently select electrical BOM components: circuit breakers, contactors, inverters, servos, PLCs, sensors, etc
Job Description :
- Responsible for the installation, debugging, and repair of the company’s electrical equipment;
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure smooth operation;
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for electrical equipment to prevent disruptions;
- Participate in the design of schematics and provide technical support for electrical engineering projects.
