Lowongan Kerja – PT EverPro Indonesia Technologies adalah perusahaan manufaktur elektronik yang berdiri sejak tahun 2022 dan berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Surya Cipta, Karawang, Jawa Barat. Perusahaan ini berfokus pada pengembangan, produksi, dan pemasaran produk-produk optoelektronik seperti active optical cable (AOC), modul dan chip optoelektronik, serat optik, serta berbagai solusi konektivitas berbasis USB3.0. Dengan menggabungkan keahlian dalam teknologi serat optik dan mesin optoelektronik, EverPro membentuk rantai industri lengkap dari desain hingga pemasaran produk berteknologi tinggi.

Lowongan Kerja PT EverPro Indonesia Technologies

 

 

1. Supervisor Production (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of working experiences in the same role
  • Experienced in Manufacturing Industry is preferable
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English languages both written and spoken
  • Experience in translation and interpretation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in translation
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and
  • Experience in using translation software and tools is a plus

Job Description :

  • Translate documents, technical manuals, and production reports between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (and/or English).
  • Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, factory visits, training sessions, and discussions between Chinese and Indonesian staff.
  • Ensure the accuracy and clarity of translated technical and operational content.
  • Facilitate clear communication between Chinese engineers/experts and Indonesian production teams
  • Responsible for the company’s daily translation work (daily documents, documents, on-site translation, etc.);
  • Responsible for the General Manager’s daily schedule and summarizing other tasks assigned by the General Manager;
  • Assisting with visa processing for company personnel;
  • Other administrative tasks assigned by leadership.
  • Supervise and coordinate production line activities to ensure targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and safety.
  • Monitor daily production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

 

2. Electrical Engineer

Qualifications :

  • Diploma graduates or higher in electrical automation or related fields;
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as an electrical technician, and possessing relevant certifications;
  • Proficient in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical equipment
  • Skills in design and drafting: Skilled in using AutoCAD/ SolidWorks Electrical to create electrical circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and terminal diagrams, and capable of independently selecting electrical BOM: circuit breakers. contactors, inverters, servos, PLCS, sensors, etc.
  • Familiar with motion control: debugging servo motors, stepper motors, AC motors, and DC motors, and capable of independently performing control cabinet installation guidance, field cable installation, 1/0 detection, and overall machine commissioning.
  • Possess strong teamwork spirit and good communication skills, and able to communicate in English.
  • Mandatory having K3 Electric Certificate

Job Description :

  • Responsible for the installation, debugging, and repair of the company’s electrical equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure smooth operation;
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans for electrical equipment to prevent disruptions
  • Participate in the design of schematics and provide technical support for electrical engineering projects.

 

3. Purchasing Staff

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Knowledge of purchasing principles, practices, procedures. and
  • Experience with purchasing software and systems preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A conversational level of English proficiency is a MUST
  • Job Description :
  • Procurement of productive materials and materials for daily production
  • Supplier development and management including supplier sourcing qualification management and enquiry
  • Regular supplier evaluation to optimize supply channels
  • Daily procurement work: responsible for the whole procurement process of product inquiry, price negotiation, price comparison, arrival tracking, product exception handling, delivery and warehousing;
  • Procurement document management responsible for procurement contracts. Ensure that the work performance and documentation meet the company’s audit requirements.
  • Other work related to procurement and supply chain related work.

 

4. Quality Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of working experiences in the same role as Quality Engineer / Quality Department
  • Experienced in Manufacturing Industry is preferable
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English languages both written and spoken (Minimum HSK 3 is preferable)
  • Experience in translation and interpretation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in translation
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Job Description :

  • Quality work related to the introduction of new products;
  • Responsible for product quality engineering related work,
  • Formulate product SIP, Control plan, etc. to ensure that product quality control meets customer requirements, train and supervise the execution of IPQC & OQC daily inspection work;
  • Analyze abnormal processing and follow up on improvement results:
  • Quality work related to communication with customers
  • Provide various quality reports required by customers
  • Familiar with ISO9001/ISO14001/15045001/QC080000 quality management system standard requirements and related knowledge
  • Familiar with QC seven methods quality tools, APQP/SPC/FMEA/PPAP/MSA:
  • Proficient in 8D, 5C report, FACA, CALA, etc.;
  • Familiar with optical communication products/AOC product related processes;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software,
  • Proficient in the knowledge of company products and production processes;
  • Based on abnormal cases, customer complaints and OQC LRR data, review the FACA report and confirm the improvement effect of product quality abnormalities (conduct on-site audits and inspections when necessary) to supervise product quality,
  • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, biotechnology and other departments to improve and enhance product quality.
  • Predict major anomalies that may occur and wam relevant departments in advance;
  • When anomalies occur, cooperate with relevant analysis departments to find out the root causes in time and give effective and feasible short-term countermeasures to Improve the company and customer satisfaction
  • Consider various situations that may occur in the project based on existing information and prepare for corresponding situations
  • Be able to skillfully use the quality PDCA cycle model, 5WHY, and 4MIE analysis methods;
