1. Product Development Staff

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Melakukan studi preformulasi untuk pengembangkan produk baru (pencarian/studi pustaka, jurnal, internet).
  • Membuat rancangan penelitian sederhana (termasuk rancangan formula).
  • Melakukan trial skala lab, pilot, pendampingan produksi untuk sediaan tablet, kapsul, liquid, semisolid.
  • Membuat protokol dan laporan penelitian.
  • Melakukan panel rasa untuk sediaan yang dikembangkan.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 Farmasi,
  • Pengalaman di bidang Farmasi minimal 1 tahun.
  • Memiliki basic pengetahuan formulasi dan pencarian pustaka untuk formulasi.
  • Dapat melakukan evaluasi fisik sediaan.
  • Mampu mengoperasikan mesin trial skala lab.
  • Mandiri, fast learner, dan mudah beradaptasi.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Kawasan GIIC Deltamas, Cikarang.

 

2. Brand Designer

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop Creative Materials for Brands.
  • Responsible to create creative materials for Brands including Point of Sales Materials (POSM; such as Buntings/Streamers, Posters, Dangler, Dummy Pack (enlarged, reduces), Shelf Branding, Shelf Talker, Leaflets & Leaflets Dispenser, Wobblers, etc.), digital marketing assets, and campaign materials.
  • Must be creative, think outside the box, offering solution from the creative brief, a smart planner, execute all initiatives, and achieve your KPI.
  • Identify what’s the trends and formulate the insight into creative materials. Optimizing the outcome from the creative brief.

Job Requirement :

  • Excellence skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effect.
  • Creative Thinking, Good Execution.
  • Know POSM Materials and other marketing materials format.
  • Have a great interpersonal and communication skill.

3. Sales Trainer

Job Descriptions :

  • Work closely with field sales leader to define branch performance gaps as well as recommend and implement changes to people, sales systems and processes
  • Implement training programs and curriculum to address the needs and competencies identified in coordination with internal and external parties.
  • Plan and manage the overall training and development activities by ensuring effective plan implementation within agreed timeline and with high quality.
  • Maintain accuracy of the training records for the assigned area
  • Counsel with sales leaders and provide advice on appropriate learning interventions/solutions.
  • Provide training to channel partner and external stake holder on product knowledge

Requirement :

  • Must have at least Bachelor’s Degree
  • Have at least 3 years experience in sales/marketing with training/public speaking background
  • Have excellent understanding in Consumer Goods / OTC commercial (Sales & Marketing) business process
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Good leadership with ability to motivate a team
  • Able to coordinate & collaborate cross functionally within organization
  • Willing to work in North Jakarta

 

4. Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Descriptions :

  • Coordinating & controlling the implementation of changes to return/recall activities related to quality so that the implementation of activities up to their destruction can run in accordance with the regulations & timeline established.
  • Conduct Trend Returns so that repairs can be made if necessary
  • Monitoring & ensuring CSV implementation for the ERP system
  • Controlling the resolution of product complaints until improvements are obtained
  • Communicate with the HSE department regarding safety and environmental issues and monitor the implementation of HSE in the work area

Requirement :

  • Candidate must poses at least Bachelor Degree in Apothecary
  • Min 1 year working experience in a similar position or related industry
  • Experienced in the pharmaceutical industry, able to work well with various parties
  • Understand the Latest CPOB, ERP Systems & Computer Validation Systems
  • Have the ability to coordinate with other departments and be able to learn new things
  • Willing to be placed in GIIC Cikarang, West Java

 

5. Learning & Development Internship

Job Description:

  • Plan and support the training implementation process
  • Monitoring the entire training administration process
  • Evaluate the training that has been carried out Create content for the Learning Management System

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate student in Psychology & Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Creative, adaptable, and good communication
  • Willing to bring personal devices
  • Available for an internship with a term of 6-12 months

6. Application Developer 1 Internship

Job Description:

  • Build web or mobile applications according to user needs
  • Coordinate with internal IT team and corporate IT related to application development
  • Willing to support the RnD division

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate student in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Have a basic understanding of DDL, DML.
  • Have understanding and experience building
  • information systems based on mobile apps, web apps or desktop apps.
  • Have a basic understanding of system integration (API)
  • Available for an internship with a term of 12 months

7. Application Developer 2 Internship

Job Description:

  • Experience on SQL Query, Ms. SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
  • Familiar with Javascript, Nodes, and Nexts framework
  • Familiar with PHP and Larave tramework.
  • Willing to learn and can work with a team.
  • Passionate with Technologies.
  • Willing to support the Business Development division.

Job Description:

Job Description:

  • Perform data mapping, cleaning, processing, and validation tasks.
  • Develop data systems to store, manage, and analyze data.
  • Build data pipelines to automate the flow of data between different systems.
  • Prepare data analysis tools such as statistical software and machine learning algorithms.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Equivalent.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office and SQL/Big Query.
  • Familiar with basic programming languages.
  • Understand the concept of Big Data and Data Modeling.
  • Able to understand and solve complex problems.
