Didirikan pada tahun 2015, perusahaan ini memiliki fasilitas fabrikasi seluas 49 hektar yang dilengkapi dengan mesin otomatis, ruang peledakan otomatis, dan dermaga.

Sebagai bagian dari PT Meindo Elang Indah, PT Meitech Eka Bintan berperan dalam mendukung EPC konstruksi pabrik dan platform, serta jaket lepas pantai. 1. Structural Engineer

2. Structural Designer

3. Stuctural Drafter

Requirement :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Ocean Engineering.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiar with topside and jacket fabrication processes, as well as relevant international structural, lifting, and load-out codes.
• Able to read and work with engineering drawings, 3D models, and fabrication documents.
• Software capability:
  • Engineer: Structural analysis tools (SACS, StaadPro, SAP2000).
  • Designer: 2D/3D design tools (AutoCAD, Tekla, or equivalent).
  • Drafter: Drafting tools (AutoCAD or similar).
  • Deliverables competency:
  • Engineer: Structural calculations, MTOs, fabrication sequences.
  • Designer: Layouts, connection details, design updates.
  • Drafter: Accurate and clear fabrication drawings.
• Strong teamwork, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Experience level: Engineer 3+ years, Designer 2+ years, Drafter 1-2 years.
• Oil & gas project experience is an advantage.

4. QA Engineer

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Welding, Metallurgical, or Structural Engineering.
• Expertise in ASME IX, ASME B31.3, API, AWS D1.1, and NACE/ISO coating standards.
• Certifications: ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (mandatory), API Q1/Q2 (preferred), AWS CWI or NACE Coating Inspector (a strong plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA role within a fabrication yard for oil & gas, petrochemical, or offshore industries.
• Proven experience in managing audits, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Strong understanding of dimensional control, material traceability, and workflow management in fabrication environments.
• Excellent ability to interpret P&ID, isometric, and structural fabrication drawings.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-team and client coordination.

5. QC Engineer

Requirement :

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Certified in CSWIP 3.1, AWS-CWI, NDT Level II, API, or equivalent QC certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in oil & gas fabrication/construction. At least 2 years in an inspection/engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of welding, piping, mechanical, and E&l inspection.
• Familiar with ASME, AWS, API, IEC, and ISO standards.
• Able to read drawings, P&IDs, and isometric drawings.
• Proficient in QC documentation, reporting, and MS Office.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and strong commitment to HSE & quality culture.
• Willing to work at yard/offshore sites. Preferably based in Batam/Kepulauan Riau or willing to relocate.

6. Welding Engineer

Requirement :

• D3/D4/S1 in Welding, Metallurgical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Certified Welding Engineer (CWE/IWE) preferred
• 5 years in welding engineering (oil & gas fabrication/construction).
• Familiar with Advance Welding Technology preferred.
• Familiar with topside and jacket fabrication
• 3+ years in supervisory or engineering role
• Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW).
• Experienced in WPS/PQR/WQT preparation and review.
• Familiar with ASME IX, AWS D1.1, API 1104, ISO 15614 standards.
• Able to read drawings and operate CAD.
• Skilled in weld defect analysis and documentation
• Computer literate (MS Office, welding/QC software).

7. Lead Method Engineer

Requirement :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Method Engineer, including experience in a Lead Method Engineer role within oil & gas or fabrication projects.
• Ability to lead and oversee the preparation of structural MTO for design and construction activities.
• Ability to operate and provide technical guidance in the use of structural engineering software such as SACS, ANSYS, MOSES, etc.
• Proficient in leading the preparation and review of procedures for Method Statements, Lifting Analysis, and Load-Out activities.
• Familiar with international codes and standards for structural design, load-out, lifting design, and construction requirements.
• Capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring technical deliverables are completed in accordance with project requirements.
• Have strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the oil & gas industry is highly preferred.

8. IT Business Analyst

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology /Information Systems (or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in System Analysis/Technical Business Analysis.
• Proficient in System Analysis, Flowchart, ERD, SQL, and Technical Documentation.
• Experienced in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business requirement validation.
• Able to perform business process mapping (As-Is to To-Be).
• Able to bridge communication between stakeholders and development teams
• Strong analytical, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed in Bintan.
