1. Marketing & Promotion Officer

Responsibilities :

  • The Marketing Promotion Officer will be responsible for planning and executing promotional campaigns that align with the company’s marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design
  • Proven experience in marketing, promotion, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies.
  • Proficiency in design tools, digital marketing tools, and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to operate Drone and Manage website

2. Network Operation Center (NOC) Engineer

Responsibilities :

  • Tracking the root cause of failure and indicated the location and solution
  • Coordinate with the team regarding the goal of acceleration and obtain information on improvements
  • Reconcile data and updated in log book
  • Provide Daily Report from existing data sets

Qualifications :

  • Minimum SMA / SMK All Major
  • Minimum 1 year experience as NOC Engineer
  • Willing to work by shift mode
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skill & coordination with field engineer
  • Good data analysis & logical thinking
  • CCNA/HCNA/MTCNA is preferable

3. Legal Supervisor (Advocate)

Responsibilities :

  • The Legal Supervisor will be responsible for managing corporate land issues, ensuring legal compliance in land acquisitions, ownership, and dispute resolution. This role also involves liaising with relevant government agencies, overseeing documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations, including the OSS System. Additionally, the role requires frequent coordination with government authorities and law enforcement agencies to resolve land-related legal matters effectively.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience handling corporate land-related legal matters.
  • Certified lawyer with relevant legal certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of land regulations and corporate property laws.
  • Familiarity with the OSS System and legal compliance procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in legal land issues.
  • Experience in dealing with government agencies and law enforcement regarding land matters.

 

4. Design & Video Editor Intern

Job Description :

  • Responsible for all corporate content & productions. Starting from ideas, design (illustrations, layouts, etc. for print and digital media), scripting, story boarding, taking shoots, photo, & video editing.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree majoring Multimedia, DKV, or in related field. Fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Proficiency in using using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and other related editing apps.
  • Able to operate video camera, lighting, & audio recording devices
  • Strong passion for design, videography, full of ideas, & creative
  • Placement in Jakarta, intern duration for 3 months

 

5. Audit & Compliance Supervisor

Job Desc :

  • Test & evaluate the implementation of internal control & risk management systems in accordance with Company policy
  • Give recommendations on audit findings, follow up and monitor audit findings & improvement based on policies & procedures
  • Conduct audit investigation on alleged fraud
  • Make audit report

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor degree, all major
  • Min. 5 years experience as internal auditor
  • Good understanding about internal audio standard, risk management, & internal control is a must
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
  • Good critical thinking, data analytical, & problem solving skill
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, & 45001
  • Have experience in making internal policies dan procedures also evaluate operational process

 

6. ME Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise daily and weekly M/E works in line with civil and structural schedules.
  • Monitor M/E installation quality and progress to meet standards.
  • Coordinate with other teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and review M/E cost estimates for budgeting.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site M/E issues.
  • Plan tasks and handle reporting using MS Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, especially in industrial and estate development
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve M/E technical issues on site
  • Skilled in work planning, supervision, and coordination across departments
  • Capable of providing clear direction and technical explanations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

 

7. Site Inspector Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor all projects from the initial tender to completion.
  • Coordinate with the team, contractors, and other departments.
  • Conduct inspections and handovers of work and related documents.
  • Understand tender documents and the scope of work to be carried out.
  • Provide on-site guidance according to priorities.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the manager to support project activitie

Qualifications :

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Age: Over 25 years.
  • Work experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Supervisor in building/infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working as a Supervisor in building/infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in operating AutoCAD Civil 3D/AutoCAD.
  • Good data analysis & logical thinking.

8. Drafter

Responsibilities :

  • The Drafter will be responsible for creating and updating technical drawings while ensuring compliance with project standards and ISO regulations. This role includes coordinating with project teams, managing technical documents, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications :

  • SMK/D3 degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Drafter (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and ISO regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a good communicator.

9. Marketing & Promotion Dept Head

Responsibilities :

  • Marketing & Promotion Dept Head will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract investors and tenants, and drive business growth in the industrial and real estate sector. Responsibilities include managing branding, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns, as well as working closely with sales and leasing teams to generate leads. This role also involves handling marketing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and building strong industry partnerships to expand market reach.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in industrial or commercial real estate.

10. Investor Relations & Corporate Finance Officer

Responsibilities :

  • The Investor Relations & Corporate Finance Officer plays a critical role in managing the relationship between the company and its investors, while also contributing to corporate finance activities. This position involves communicating the company’s financial performance, strategy, and outlook to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, as well as supporting the company’s financial planning and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and capital markets.
  • Advanced financial modelling, budgeting and analytical skills.
