Lowongan Kerja PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk

1. HSE OFFICER

Responsibilities :

• The HSE Officer is responsible for managing the industrial estate’s environmental system and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations (AMDAL, RKL-RPL). Key duties include preparing periodic environmental reports, educating tenants on environmental compliance, handling environmental pollution incidents, and conducting routine wastewater sampling and testing.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the Environmental field.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations.
• Able to perform environmental monitoring and reporting.
• Experienced in tenant environmental compliance inspections within an industrial estate.
• Good knowledge of waste, wastewater, and emission management.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Able to conduct internal environmental audits and follow up on findings.
• Experienced in managing environmental permit documentation.
• BNSP PPPU certification (air pollution control and monitoring) is an advantage.

2. Procurement Officer

Responsibilities :

• The Prcourement Officer is Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of goods and services from vendor sourcing and qualification, tender management, and price negotiation, to purchase execution, delivery monitoring, and reporting. This role ensures all procurement activities are completed on time, within specification, cost-efficient, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Industrial Engineering, Management, or Economics is preferred
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
• Hands-on experience with tender processes, PO/contract issuance, and vendor negotiation
• Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement: sourcing, tendering, PO/contract, through delivery monitoring
• Strong negotiation skills with vendors/suppliers on pricing and terms
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines
• Experience with ERP or e-procurement systems is a plus
• Familiarity with industrial estate or property business is an advantage

3. Civil Officer

Responsibilities :

• The Civil Officer is responsible for maintaining and supporting the civil infrastructure across the industrial estate. Key duties include preparing maintenance plans for civil infrastructure, handling tenant complaints related to civil infrastructure issues, supervising the work of civil vendors/contractors, conducting routine inspections of civil infrastructure, and managing technical drawing documentation (as-built drawings and estate layouts).

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Building Construction.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the civil field.
• Able to read civil working drawings proficiently.
• Able to calculate volumes, read, and evaluate work progress.
• Familiar with quality control and field inspections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Adaptable to field conditions.
• Good knowledge of civil tools and heavy civil equipment.

4. MEP Technician

Responsibilities :

• The MEP Technician is responsible for maintaining and supporting the mechanical and electrical infrastructure across the industrial estate. Key duties include preparing maintenance plans for ME infrastructure, handling tenant complaints related to ME infrastructure issues, supervising the work of ME vendors/contractors, conducting routine inspections of ME infrastructure, and managing technical drawing documentation (as-built drawings and estate layouts).

Qualifications :

• Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate, majoring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the MEP field.
• Able to read MEP drawings proficiently.
• Able to read and evaluate work progress.
• Familiar with quality control and field inspections.
• Understands testing & commissioning procedures.
• Knowledgeable in electrical installation and safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Understands HVAC and Electrical systems.
• Able to coordinate with civil teams regarding clashes and system integration.
• Familiar with troubleshooting MEP systems in the field.

5. Project Support

Responsibilities :

• The Project Support will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to vendor billing and procurement processes. The role involves preparing Work Order requests (SPK) to procurement including Purchase Request (PR) creation, and preparing handover documents (BAST) upon project completion. The candidate will verify vendor billing documents and assist with internal signing processes, then forward invoices for payment processing. The role also requires coordinating with field teams and vendor teams, preparing invoice data reports, and maintaining organized filing of all documents.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or Accounting
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or procurement-related roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook
• Familiarity with administrative documents such as SPK, Purchase Order (PO), and Invoice
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents and numbers
• Good coordination and communication skills, both verbal and written

6. Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, high guest satisfaction, and consistent service standards. This role includes supervising service staff, monitoring guest experience, handling complaints, and coordinating with the kitchen for timely food delivery. The Supervisor also manages shift schedules, conducts staff training, ensures cleanliness of service areas, and reports operational issues to management.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field; Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Captain or Shift Leader in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH).
• Proficient in POS systems and inventory/stock management.
• Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

7. IOT Installation Technician

Responsibilities :

• The IoT Installation Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of lot devices integrated with the fiber optic infrastructure within industrial estates. Work includes physical installation of sensors, gateways, CCTV, and communication modules at client sites, configuring connections to existing LAN/fiber networks, and conducting post-installation functionality testing. This role also performs periodic maintenance, field troubleshooting, configuration documentation, and technical coordination with Field Engineers.

Qualifications :

• Vocational or Diploma degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications (SMK/D3)
• Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, IOT protocols such as MQTT/Modbus)
• Experience in field installation of network or electronic devices
• Detail-oriented with high mobility and ability to work in the field

8. Field Engineer Fiber OPTIC & IOT

Responsibilities :

• The Field Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fiber optic networks across industrial estate areas, as well as the deployment and configuration of IoT devices including sensors, gateways, and edge devices in the field. The role involves performing network troubleshooting and escalating incidents to the NOC when necessary. The engineer will also conduct site surveys and cable route measurements for new projects, develop basic network designs covering topology, link budget, and fiber routing for both internal and tenant needs, and produce as-built drawings along with work completion reports.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Informatics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in fiber optic network field operations
• Proficient in the use of fiber measurement tools, including fusion splicers, OTDRs, and power meters
• Solid understanding of network design principles such as network topology, link budget calculation, and capacity planning
• Ability to read and produce technical drawings and as-built documentation

9. Estate Management Division Head

Responsibilities :

• The Estate Management Division Head is responsible for leading and controlling the overall operations of BeFa Industrial Estate to ensure efficient, profitable, and service-excellent estate management. This role oversees business planning, budget control, and cash flow management while ensuring all operational aspects including infrastructure maintenance, tenant relations, security, HSE, and environmental services-run effectively. This position drives performance across multiple departments, monitors KPIs, recommends innovations to Top Management, and ensures compliance with government regulations. This role also leads team development and maintains collaborative relationships with tenants, government agencies, and business partners.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Engineering, Property Management, or Business is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in estate management, with at least 3 years in a Senior Management role
• Strong understanding of estate operations, budget management, and recurring revenue models
• Proven experience in tenant management, complaint handling, and customer service excellence
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal divisions, government agencies, and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with K3L (Occupational Health, Safety & Environment) regulations and quality management systems
• Experience with ERP, CMMS, or property management systems is a plus

10. Building Manager

Responsibilities :

• Manage building operations and maintenance, including HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building facilities
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure building safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage leasing, occupancy, and tenant relations.
• Conduct sales activities, contract negotiations, and lease renewals.
• Prepare operational and performance reports.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Management, and other relevant majors.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Building / Property Manager.
• Strong knowledge of building operations and maintenance.
• Experience in property sales/leasing is a plus.
• Good communication, negotiation skills, and target-oriented

11. Finance Manager

Responsibilities :

• The Finance Manager is responsible for controlling the company’s financial activities, including cash inflow and outflow, internal financial controls, and cash flow management, while ensuring the synchronization of financial administration with accounting data in line with established systems and procedures. Key duties include implementing the company’s finance system, verifying payment requests, monitoring cash flow and bank balances, controlling accounts payable and receivable, reviewing AP/AR and cash flow reports, reporting foreign currency liabilities, reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and coordinating with auditors for year-end financial reporting.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (SI) in Economic / Accounting
• 10 years of experience in the Finance field, with at least 3 years in a middle management position.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of the property and estate business development industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting management, finance management, treasury management, collection, and financial reporting.
• A background in audit is preferred
