1. Safety Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia on Occupational Health, Safety and Mine as well as those required under the Regulation of the Ministry of Mines and Energy.
  • Comply with all pertaining environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Comply with all SHLP, Environment and Social Responsibility requirements under PT AMNT Management System, PT AMNT vision, mission, and values.
  • Ensure Exploration personnel operate safely and comply with all acts, regulations, laws and client rules and regulation applicable to the contract and the Indonesian mining industry.
  • Provide accurate, timely and clear reporting and communication to Supt. – Exploration Support on safety concern in exploration.
  • Build relationships and create an environment for cross-collaboration between departments.
  • Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of safety awareness and training program based on competence to improve the safety culture.
  • Assist to investigate of any incident and near miss. All comments and recommendation should be made.
  • Support the process operation plans and assessment of any potential hazards to be highlighted.
  • Promote the safety culture and ensure workplace safe to work.
  • Communicate and attend with exploration team in daily toolbox talk encouraging worker participation, following up on past agendas and introducing relevant new safety topics/campaign for discussion.
  • Responds to emergencies that could cause injury to personnel or loss of production.
  • Ensures compliance with safety and job training programs.
  • Conduct regular tools inspection of each to monitor standards of implementation.
  • Performing additional assignments

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, project management, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the related position as a safety officer/inspector.
  • Good communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
  • Possession of relevant safety certifications such as Certified HSE Inspector (AK3 Umum by Kemnaker), Pengawas Operational Pertama (POP), etc.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Experience implementing and enforcing safety protocols on mining or exploration sites.
  • Knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures such as Fire Protection, SCBA, Confined Space, WAH.
  • Able to identify potential hazards, risk assessment, and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
  • Able to investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and determine root cause analysis and development of corrective action.
  • Able to communicate safety policies and procedures to employees at all levels also encourage employee involvement in safety initiatives.
  • Able to work collaboratively with different departments and teams.
  • Willing to work on an exploration site in all PT AMNT remote sites area.
  • Willing to work with rotation schedule.
  • Willing to locate on site at Sumbawa Barat

 

2. Coordinator Loading Master & Marine

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the safe and efficient loading and discharge of cargo on vessels. This role ensures that all loading and unloading activities are in compliance with the relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies. This role also acts as the primary liaison between the vessel operators, cargo owners, and port authorities.
  • Plan and coordinate the loading and unloading of vessels, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement loading plans to optimize vessel capacity and ensure the safe and secure stowage of cargo.
  • Conduct pre-loading meetings with vessel operators, cargo owners, and port authorities to review the loading plan and address any concerns.
  • Monitor the loading and unloading process to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of cargo movements, including weight, volume, and stowage location.
  • Coordinate with terminal operators, stevedores, and other stakeholders to ensure that loading and unloading activities are executed safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vessel operators, cargo owners, and port authorities.
  • Provide guidance and support to the operations team to ensure that loading and unloading activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all safety procedures and protocols are followed during loading and unloading activities.
  • Coordinate the issuance of marine certificates and other necessary documentation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or a related field; Have exposure in a Port and Shipping Industry within large mining organization in related area is preferable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in a port or shipping company with minimum 3 years’ experience as Coordinator/ Sr. Supervisor Loading Master and Marine;
  • In-depth knowledge of marine operations, cargo handling, and safety regulations.
  • Valid certification as a Loading Master from a recognized organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent organizational and planning skills; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer software applications; Good communication in English both in verbal and writing.

 

3. Mechanical Maintenance

Role Responsibility:

  • To maintain the reliability, safety, and efficiency of mechanical of the precious metal recovery and Effluent treatment    System including associated infrastructure and equipment of the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia in order to maximise uptime of the plant and machinery
  • To monitor the deployment and productivity of the outsourced maintenance team under jurisdiction for mechanical maintenance in compliance with all statutory, health, safety and environment norms.
  • To ensure mechanical engineering and operations functions by providing predictive maintenance schedules  and  condition-based monitoring in order to maximise uptime of the Precious Metal Refinery (PMR) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) at the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia and improve its sustainability

Requirement:

  • Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering or higher in a relevant equivalent field, along with relevant certifications or specialized training
  • 7-12 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in Electrolytic Refinery, Acid Pump, Hydraulic system, Anode preparation machine, cathode preparation machine, EOT crane, Acid tank & Vessel of Copper smelter refinery or relevant experience in large scale chemical process plants
  • Understanding of process / hot metal plant maintenance and reliability
  • Equipment and system expertise

4. Cost Engineer

Role Responsibility:

  • Provide budget project in accordance with approved design construction engineering plan;
  • Review progress, control and maintain cost as per budget;
  • Provide and review weekly and monthly costing report;
  • Provide forecasting report; set up monthly, yearly budget plan; ensure cost in the right allocation in SAP costing and provide journal report in monthly bases;
  • Ensure production data accurately reported for progress; check and review additional work/day work claim;
  • Check explosive materials and accessories back charged by Client;
  • Provide and communicate the weekly cost report to related department for any possible improvement; check and review daily costing of infrastructure division; review civil works/infrastructure progress and report variance cost against budget.

Requirement:

  • Tertiary Degree in Civil/ Economic/ Industrial or Engineering in related discipline with minimum 10 years of experience in project management experience of Mining/ Infrastructure Construction in similar role as Coordinator/ Lead Cost Engineer and minimum 3 years in site based with demonstrated project management, cost control and planning skills;
  • Proficient in Ms Project, Ms Office, and Desktop Publishing Package; proficient in Resources Analysis; proficient in Cost Control utilizing software such as SAP or other ERP will be additional advantage
  • Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;

5. Mechanical Maintenance – Technical Service CBM

Role Responsibility:

  • To take responsibility for implementing and managing advanced monitoring techniques to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of equipment and systems involving analysis of data from sensors and monitoring tools to detect early signs of equipment deterioration or potential failures at Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia.
  • To develop maintenance strategies, conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive and predictive maintenance actions to optimize plant performance, minimize downtime, and enhance safety through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • To lead troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the integrity and longevity of critical plant assets.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, reliability or condition monitoring roles.
  • Certifications such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
  • Willing to locate on site at Sumbawa Barat

 

6.  Senior Specialist Berthing Master

Role Responsibility:

  • To provide strategy and oversee berthing-unberthing process, in relation to operational corporate requirements.
  • To control the usage of Marine fleets, consist of 4 harbor boats and 2 Harbor tugs.
  • Arrange a safe and accurate estimate time for berthing vessel based on ETA and ETD from ship agents.
  • Monitor and arrange vessel schedule and berthing prospect.
  • Arrange schedule of all marine fleet movement.
  • Ensure safety berthing and un-berthing activities through coordination with ship agents, marine crews, patrol boat, tug boat, and mooring boat.
  • Upon come to the Bridge, inform the ship’s Master regarding berthing plan and other Benete Port information such as the condition of wharf, direction and speed of sea current, direction and speed of wind and common safety and security practices at Benete Port.
  • Advices ship crew in techniques of stowing dangerous and heavy cargo, such as use of extra support beams (deck bedding), shoring, and additional stronger lashings, according to knowledge of hazards present when shipping grain, explosives, logs, and heavy machinery.
  • Signed NOR (Notice of Readiness) Acceptance and receive the Statement of Fact for the calculation of lay can days.
  • Coordinate and Advised others Department in PT AMNT in term off ships charter party to manage the Demurrage Cost by good plan of ETA and Berthing.
  • Monitor and supervise the Contractor Requisitions for All marine fleet.
  • Oversee the SBNP (monitor and Request To repair if needed) and produce Monthly Report to Government all other parties as requested.
  • Identify and follow up for resolution of actual and potential problem areas in the Marine and port operations Department with a broader industry overview.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Mandatory requirement for this position is degree from Marine College with MPB1 certificate.
  • Hold a Master Marine Pilot’s certificate is a must.
  • Certified with Indonesian and International ISPS Code certification.
  • Complete the Bridge Resources Management course with certificate.
  • Hole the National Pilot Certificate and General Pilot Certificate.
  • Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of positions; poses relevant technical inspector certificate.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience working on shipping and Port Operation environment with minimum 7 years in supervisory level.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian and International Marine policy and regulation is a must.
  • Well-developed computer skills and communicate in English both of  verbal and writing.]

7. LNG Admin and Document Control

Role Responsibility:

  • Undertake a variety of clerical functions to provide accurate, timely, typing recording and sorting incoming & outgoing correspondence
  • Secretarial functions include Travel Arrangements & Expense claims.
  • Process invoices; purchase orders; prepare expense claims; administration of petty cash; maintain stationary budget; and process timesheets
  • To support IT team in order to regularly ensure the completeness of individual shipping document by using check list.
  • Arrange delegation of authority into SAP, arrange BRMS, coordination with IT department related to IT related facilities.
  • Compiling Roster information (including leave), Meeting arrangements, managing office supplies & arranging safety meetings.
  • Providing support to visitors such as preparing PPE, arranging transportation and accommodation, applying for pit permit requests, ISS function requests etc.
  • Proactively and promptly notify supervisor or senior colleagues of concerns or problems which may occur.
  • Coordinate meetings or events which may include preparing agendas, invitations, catering, note/minute taking, distributing actions and general organisational support
  • Operate office machines such as telephone, photocopier and scanner
  • Take care of the office workspace, mail and office equipment
  • Contact to other departments whenever required by the team members.
  • Maintain and update document control system, prepare documents transmittal for all distribute documents, logging all received documents, reproduce and issue documents, maintain and update hardcopy and softcopy documents in Technical Document Control (TDC) system.
  • Supports of technical teams, departments and projects in the filing and storing of project related documentation. Documentation may be of a confidential or sensitive nature and needs to be stored in line with company and industry guidelines.
  • Manage, compile, store and process information data and wholes documents of Mine Project effectively, so that they can be found and submitted quickly to document users.
  • Manage, control whole Project Technical documents in the document storage system in compliance with applicable international standard requirements, by collaborating with internal & external ISO auditors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in administration
  • Holder of a Certified Document Controller Training Course; ISO 9001 Standard Holder of a Certificated training course ISO 9001.
  • Certificate II, III, IV in Business Administration.
  • Having minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar role as Admin/Document Controller in Technical Document Control management experience in EPC and or Processing Plant/Fixed Plant Construction.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Email outlook)
  • Able to operate Supplier Data Management System SDMS, Share Point Application
  • Good Bahasa and English communication skill (verbal & writing).

8. Field Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Monitoring:
    • Monitor LNG production and processing systems through control panels and physical inspections.
    • Ensure all equipment operates within specified parameters and report any deviations.
    • Adjust controls and settings to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Equipment Maintenance:
    • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on LNG equipment.
    • Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team.
    • Assist in the startup, shutdown, and commissioning of LNG facilities.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • `Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
    • Conduct safety checks and risk assessments regularly.
    • Participate in emergency response drills and procedures.
  • Data Recording and Reporting:
    • Record operational data, including pressures, temperatures, and flow rates.
    • Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
    • Maintain accurate logs of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other field operators and control room personnel to ensure smooth operations.
    • Communicate effectively with the operations supervisor and other team members.
    • Provide training and support to junior operators as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalen t; technical certification in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in LNG or a related industry; experience with LNG equipment and processes is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of LNG production and processing systems.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
    • Proficiency in using control systems and monitoring equipment.

9. Electrical Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance job on all plant electrical (MV/LV/DC) equipment, and Control & Protection System based on established Computerized Maintenance Management System quality standards and schedules.
  • Conduct routine inspection and monitoring of all electrical (MV/LV/DC) device/equipment and Control & Protection System.
  • Perform Corrective Maintenance, Repairs and calibrates electrical equipment such as Protection Relay, Contactors, MCBs, MCC, Motorized, Space heater, Metering device etc.
  • Perform Corrective maintenance, Troubleshoots and repairs Electrical equipment including all software and I/O hardware devices, microprocessor sub-loop controllers, and auxiliary Packager control system.
  • Installation and replacement of field electrical device/equipment such as Protection Relay, Contactors, MCBs, MCC, Motorized, Space heater, Metering device etc.
  • Report immediately to his superior any indications of abnormal conditions.
  • Perform maintenance work such as overhauling, repair, calibration, and testing of all plant electrical (MV/LV/DC) device/equipment and Control & Protection System.
  • Maintain plant electrical calibration database and perform scheduled calibrations/re-calibrations.
  • Perform Call-Out and On-call duties as required by operations to minimize or prevent plant downtime.
  • Assist the Operations Section during start up, test and initial operation of newly overhauled plant equipment facilities and ensure that the equipment and control are in good operating condition and optimum reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and recommend appropriate actions or solutions to eliminate future re-occurrences.
  • Ensure that all equipment repairs/calibrations performed by outside contractors are within the acceptable standards.
  • Maintain tools and precision instrument or equipment under his responsibility and ensures that they are in good working conditions.
  • Reviews equipment and recommend spare parts, uses computer to check part inventory.
  • Works with other departments as job priorities require. Strives to gain proficiency in areas outside of normal position requirements.
  • Supports the team approach to facility O&M.
  • Takes an active role in maximizing facility profitability be eliminating wasted materials and supplies, maintaining high personal productivity and by tuning instruments and controls to obtain maximum unit efficiency.

  • Excellent comprehension of LNG plant or similar facilities electrical systems, their function, and their interrelationship with the total plant process.

10. Electrical Instrument Telco Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance job on all field instrumentation, fire and gas, CCTV, PAGA & telecommunication equipment, based on established Computerized Maintenance Management System quality standards and schedules.
  • Conduct routine inspection and monitoring of all Field Instrumentation, fire & gas, CCTV, PAGA and telecommunication device/equipment.
  • Perform Corrective Maintenance, Repairs and calibrates equipment such as sensors, detectors, transducers, transmitters, analyzers, final elements, fire & gas, CCTV, Fire alarm systems, phone and PAGA systems.
  • Perform Corrective maintenance, Troubleshoots and repairs equipment such as Distributed Control System (DCS), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) including all software and I/O hardware devices, microprocessor sub-loop controllers, and auxiliary Packager controls.
  • Installation and replacement of field instrument, fire & gas and Telecom device and equipment (Tubing & Fitting, Manifold, and Wiring on Junction Box, Local Panel and Marshalling Cabinet).
  • Perform maintenance work such as overhauling, repair, calibration, and testing of all plant field instrumentation, Fire & Gas, CCTV, PAGA and Telecommunication equipment’s.
  • Maintain plant calibration database and perform scheduled calibrations/re-calibrations.
  • Uses computerized Work Management System to plan work requests and locate parts.
  • Assist the Operations Section during start up, test and initial operation of newly overhauled plant equipment facilities and ensure that the equipment and control are in good operating condition and optimum reliability.
  • Perform Call-Out and On-call duties as required by operations to minimize or prevent plant downtime.
