Lowongan Kerja PT Suri Tani Pemuka (JAPFA Group)

1. QC in Process Staff

Job Description :

• Supervised the entire feed production process
• Conducted quality inspections during feed manufacturing and finished feed products with applicable SOPS and work instructions
• Performed inspection and verification of production facilities
• Prepared routine reports in an accountable and well-documented manner

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, or Food Technology
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Experienced in preparing routine reports
• Minimum English proficiency for daily manufacturing communication
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
• Placement: Gresik

2. Control Panel Operator

Job Description :

• Run the production process according to established work instructions.
• Ensure additives and production machines are ready for operation.
• Operate and monitor production machines (intake to bagging), coordinate with operators, and prepare panel activity reports.
• Maintain smooth production processes in line with established standards.
• Conduct clear and proper shift handovers between Panel Operators.
• Perform control panel activities in accordance with operational and safety standards.

Requirements :

• Diploma / Bachelor in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering with high-voltage expertise.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and feed machinery.
• Has a knowledge of Raw Materials, Additives, Product Quality, and Product Standards.
• Basic understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Good communication, integrity, result orientation, and teamwork skills.
• Placement: East Java

3. Truck Scale Operator

Job Description :

• Carry out weighing activities for raw materials and finish goods
• Examine and handle the supporting documents related to the weighing processes
• Carry out administrative processes for the release of finish goods in the SAP program
• Processing letters of receipt and release of raw materials and finish goods

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiar in logistic recording, weighing systems, and data management
• Familiar with safety standards, good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work onsite and a fast-paced environment, including shift work
• Placement: Banyuwangi

4. Shrimp Technical Service

Job Description :

• Identify shrimp cultivation issues in the field and provide effective technical solutions
• Oversee customer’s cultivation and collect harvest data
• Provide updated information on shrimp cultivation
• Monitor shrimp health and water quality (pH, temp, oxygen, ammonia) and follow biosecurity rules.
• Use an efficient feeding plan to lower feed costs, improve growth, and reduce FCR.
• Analyze shrimp growth and survival rate data, then report results and projections to management.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries /Aquaculture/ related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fish farming/cultivation
• Has understanding of the entire shrimp farming process
• Has strong strategic thinking, analytical, interpersonal, time management, and leadership skills
• Willing to be placed in Sulawesi

5. Production Operator

Job Description :

• Prepare materials and ensure machines are ready for production
• Operate and monitor Press & Extruder machines according to standard settings
• Maintain production parameters and quality standards
• Inspect machine components and make necessary adjustments
• Record daily production data and ensure all reports are completed accurately
• Perform basic maintenance and follow safety procedures

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Has an understanding of production processes and machinery.
• Familiar with safety standards.
• Good communication, teamwork skills and have result-oriented mindset
• Willing to work onsite in a fast-paced production environment, including shift work if required.

6. RM Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description :

• Supervise the warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
• Manage inventory systems and ensure stock accuracy using WMS/JIOTS
• Operate and oversee forklift activities to support warehouse operations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics flow

Requirements :

• Minimum Vocational School (SMK) ог Diploma in a relevant field
• Has an experience in warehouse or logistics, preferably in a supervisory role
• Has a forklift operator certificate (SIO) with the ability to safely operate forklifts
• Proficient in computer operations and familiar with digital systems (WMS, JIOTS)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Placement: Banyuwangi
