1. Legal Corporate Officer

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum.
• Memiliki PKPA menjadi nilai tambah
• Usia maksimal 30 tahun.
• Memiliki pengalarnan Legal corporate minimal 1 tahun.
• Bisa bekerja dalam tim dan individual.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Melakukan pembuatan dan pemeriksaan setiap draft perjanjian.
• Memberikan Legal Advice atas rencana bisnis/kerjasama perusahaan.
• Membantu menangani setiap proses hukum yang sedang berjalan di perusahaan.
• Melakukan sosialisasi kepada pihak terkait dalam pembaharuan peraturan dan perundang-undangan.
• Membantu proses perencanaan RUPS.
• Membuat laporan sesuai dengan lingkup kerja.
• Mendokumentasikan seluruh dokumen kerja agar terarsip dengan rapi dan lengkap
• Mengurus OSS dan pelaporan LKPM,

2. Finance & Accounting Officer

Responsibilities :

• Prepare financial statements accurately and input them to the company’s system.
• Deliver payment requests declared in invoices and review supplement documents as required by the policies.
• Reconcile invoices and financial statements to ascertain system’s reports match actual conditions.
• Deliver finance & accounting reports for the management such as balance sheet report, income statement, cash flow statement, and others.
• Document finance & accounting working papers.
• Maintain and produce documents related to banking and the company’s financial capabilities.
• Make arrangements for the company’s financial administration and monitor the company’s cash flow.

Qualifications :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Accounting/Economic/Financial Management.
• Minimum 1 year experience in finance & accounting, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
• Detail oriented
• Knowledge about general finance & accounting.

3. Finance & Accounting Manager

Responsibilities :

• Deliver financial forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze cash flow.
• Prepare financial transactions (all income and expenditures) for audit purposes.
• Analyzing foreign currencies to get the best exchange rate for transactions.
• Utilize excess budget.
• Monitor loan maturity date and banks’ interest rates.
• Deliver A/R collection days reports every end of the month.
• Analyze collection procedures in branches.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Accounting Manager at public accounting firms (KAP) or limited liability companies (Tbk).
• Good communication skills.
• Able to create and analyze financial reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

4. Internal Audit Officer

Responsibilities :

• Conducting audit in Division/Branch/Fleet.
• Drafting audit report as the result of audit field work.
• Financial and operational audit.
• Analyze suitability between company rules and government provisions.
• Making audit reports and providing recommendations relating to audit reports.
• Analyzing the process of achieving targets from all divisions to ensure the efficiency and work effectiveness of the employee.

Qualifications :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Accounting.

• Computer literate and able to speak English.

5.  Payroll Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Manage Payroll & Generalist team to ensure efficiency in team performance.
• Ensure salaries & benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.
• Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure to offer competitive compensation plans.
• Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization.
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of ernployee benefit programs.
• Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (SI) in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Know how to calculate salaries, Pph21, BPJSTK, and BPJSKES.
• Have 3 years or more of experience in payroll & compensation benefits.
• Have good knowledge of payroll, compensation & benefits, HRIS, and/or Industrial relations.
• Able to carry out job evaluations result and implement the structure of the wage scale and tax calculations related to payroll.
• Up-to-date with SOP and policies related to payroll, compensation & benefits.

6. Litigation Officer

Responsibilitles :

• Create court documents and files.
• Manage legal cases, both in litigation and non-litigation.
• Providing legal analysis and legal advice.
• Archiving legal documents.
• Manage company’s licensing.

7. Corporate Communication Manager

Responsibilities :

• Arrange communication strategies towards internal and external parties. Monitor companies’ compliance with national and international regulations.
• Ensure companies’ reports are delivered according to the regulator’s rules and Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).
• Monitor the preparation and execution of corporate social responsibility (CSR) events.
• Track all Important and legal documents according to SOPs.
• Deliver annual report and sustainability report on time.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (SI) in Communication, Legal, or Public Relations.
• Experienced minimum 5 years in Corporate Secretary and/or Corporate Cornmunication.
• Experienced in working together with mass medias.
• Demonstrable experiences in designing, implementing and documenting corporate events and CSRs.

8. LNG Operation Officer

Responsibliltles :

• Monitor daily operations of the LNG plant (liquefaction, power generation, storaging).
• Inspect and maintain equipment in the LNG plant.
• Coordinate with other operation officers regarding maintenance and delivery schedule.
• Ensure LNG products meet standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and generate reports from records.
• Strictly practice daily SOPs in all activities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Electrical, Machine, Chemical etc.).

10. Marketing Development Officer

Responsibilities :

• Carry out market analysis, competitor analysis, customer dernographics, and other information that relates to marketing strategies.
• Develop and create strategic marketing campaigns.
• Provide monthly reports.
• Inspect new customers’ registration documents and legalities.
• Handle price list, including updates and adjustments.
• Identify improvements in product tender, sales and marketing strategles, and promotional activities.

11. Data Analyst

Responsibilities :

• Lead and/or partner with clients in planning, designing, Implementing, optimizing, administering, and evaluating BI solutions, including queries, reports, dashboards, and other visualizations based on stakeholders needs.
• Leverage business and statistical knowledge to transform data into information.
• Design and develop Bl dashboards and reports based on business requirements
• Elicit, document, and confirm business requirements and technical specifications..
• Participate in the design and enhancement of data marts and data warehouses.
• Define and evaluate conceptual, logical, and physical Bl solution architectures.
• Create, support, and enhance SSAS OLAP cubes and MDX/DAX scripts.

Qualifications :

• Proficient with BI tools (SSRS, Microsoft Power BI) and ETL packages (SSIS, Python)

12. IT Developer Officer

Responsibilities :

• Developing, debugging, documentation, and improvement systems with high quality software.
