Lowongan Kerja – PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk (sebelumnya NVPD Soedarpo Corporation Tbk) (SDPC) didirikan 20 Oktober 1952 dengan nama N.V. Perusahaan Dagang Soedarpo Corporation dan mulai beroperasi secara komersial pada tanggal 20 Oktober 1952.  PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk. atau PT MPI Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi produk farmasi, suplemen makanan, dan alat kesehatan dengan cakupan seluruh Indonesia, beroperasi dengan 33 kantor cabang dan 1 gudang pusat.

1. Senior Staff – HR Learning & Development

Responsibilities :

  • Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee training and development programs.
  • Manage learning administration, including scheduling, attendance, and training records.
  • Coordinate with internal and external trainers/vendors for learning activities.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and prepare regular reports.
  • Support talent development initiatives such as competency mapping, career development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Design and develop tailored training programmes, including both classroom-based and online/virtual learning solutions.
  • Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions to employees at all levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and continuously improve them based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to align learning and development initiatives with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture by facilitating team-building activities and change management initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field of learning and development.
  • Assist in knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in training, learning, or HR development (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong administrative and organizational ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs and design effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems, content creation tools, and other relevant technology.
  • Proven track record of driving cultural change and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

 

2. Accounting Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgeting reports.
  • Support account reconciliation activities, especially related to the Balance Sheet.
  • Conduct preliminary financial data reviews and assist in analysis tasks.
  • Help ensure the accuracy of journal entries and general ledger postings.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit preparation processes.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting. Fresh Graduate can apply
  • Familiar with financial reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team.

 

3. Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Understand and interpret financial statements accurately.
  • Prepare financial statements and budgeting reports.
  • Perform reconciliation of accounts within the Balance Sheet.
  • Conduct financial statement analysis to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
  • Utilize prior experience from Public Accounting Firms (KAP) to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

4. Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise the Maintenance Team in machine/equipment maintenance and repair activities.
  • Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure maintenance implementation complies with K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
  • Evaluate and improve maintenance systems for machines and electrical installations.
  • Prepare periodic reports on maintenance activities for management.
  • Ensure the operational safety of machines and electrical installations in accordance with safety standards.
  • Understand production machine maintenance systems, electrical installations, and equipment troubleshooting.

Requirements :

  • Understand K3 regulations (Occupational Health and Safety) and be able to apply them in the workplace.
  • Experience in leading maintenance teams and coordinating repair activities.
  • Strong knowledge of production machine maintenance systems, electrical installations, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Able to work under pressure, disciplined, and possess good communication skills.
  • Willing to be placed at the assigned work location according to company needs (Bintara, Bekasi).

 

5. Programmer

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize company applications and systems.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern frameworks.
  • Integrate front-end and back-end systems effectively.
  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs for seamless data exchange.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Maintain clean, efficient, and scalable codebases.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including async/await and DOM manipulation basics.
  • Experience with Node.js using Express.js or NestJS.
  • Skilled in React.js (Components, Props, State, Hooks, Routing).
  • Experience with Next.js (Routing, SSR/SSG, API Routes).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS for responsive, structured web design.
  • Familiarity with Git workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
  • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

 

6. Asst. Manager Risk Management

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Risk Management framework in line with internal policies and applicable regulations.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate potential risks across business operations.
  • Lead the preparation, maintenance, and testing of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and ensure BCM simulations are effectively executed.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to management on risk mitigation and business continuity improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective risk management and BCM practices.
  • Prepare risk reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Risk Management Frameworks (ERM, ISO 31000) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
  • Relevant professional certifications in Risk Management and/or BCM are highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Active English is a must).
  • Placement at Head Office.
