Lowongan Kerja – Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI) yang merupakan bagian dari PT Merdeka Copper Gold, Tbk. dan beroperasi di Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah beberapa waktu lalu membekali pengemudinya dengan pengetahuan tentang keselamatan mengemudi. Fabio Silap, Health and Safety Superintendent MTI menyatakan bahwa hal tersebut penting mengingat pengemudi dari MTI setiap hari harus beroperasi melalui dua tipe lalu lintas, yaitu lalu lintas di area industri dan lalu lintas jalan raya yang tentu saja membutuhkan pendekatan yang berbeda dalam melakukan tugasnya sehari-hari.

PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI), perusahaan gabungan PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (80%) dan Eternal Tsingshan Group Limited (20%). Pabrik MTI akan didirikan di kawasan Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP), Sulawesi Tengah.

Lowongan Kerja PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia

1. Logistic Admin Supervisor

Key Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, and inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skill
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance in logistics operations
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CLTD) are a plus.

2. Mechanical Warehouse Officer

Key Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehouse/Logistic, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles, warehouse procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Proven experience in Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) minimum 3 years, especially in handling the mechanical goods/equipment/materials fix plant.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software, basic computer skills and familiarity, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing inventory counts, data entry, and recordkeeping tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, following instructions and collaborating with coworkers to achieve common goals.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and orderliness in the warehouse, adhering to safety protocols, sanitation standards, and housekeeping practices.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy objects, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform manual tasks in a warehouse environment.

3. Electrical Warehouse Officer

Requirements:

4. Compensation and benefit officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources ora related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation andbenefit.
• Proven work experience in payroll administration,employee contract, benefit administration and incometax management
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws,regulations, and best practices.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources InformationSystem) and payroll systems, and also proficient in MSOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, exceptional attention to detail andaccuracy.
• Ability to speak English and mandarin is preferred.
• Having Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
