Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT Merdeka Mining Servis

1. Sr. Organization Development Officer

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct People Development and Talent Management processes, including psychological assessments and test result analysis.
• Develop and implement Individual Performance Plans (IPP) based on assessment results, performance evaluations, and organizational needs.
• Manage technical competency development for Staff and Non-Staff employees, including the preparation and maintenance of competency matrices.
• Support Organization Development (OD) processes, including the preparation and review of job descriptions, organizational structures, and organizational needs analysis.
• Prepare periodic OD and People Development reports to support management decision-making.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree of Psychology (Preferred majoring in Industrial & Organizational Psychology)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, People Development, or Organization Development
• Experience in employee assessment or development programs
• Ability to administer and perform basic interpretation of psychological assessment tools.
• Good understanding of Talent Management, Talent Mapping, Competency-Based HR, and Organization Development concepts.
• Experience in developing Individual Development Plans (IDP), Individual Performance Plans (IPP), and competency development plans.
• Experience in job description preparation and organizational structure analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio). Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta and all site of Merdeka Group

2. Earthwork & Civil Structure Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, conceptualize, and develop earthwork and civil design for mining projects including open pit support areas, haul roads, waste dumps, stockpiles, plant pads, workshops, and camp facilities.
• Develop, review, update, modify, and approve earthwork and civil design drawings, work schedules, and technical documents
• Develop general civil and earthwork specifications for greenfield and brownfield mining construction projects.
• Review and provide technical advice on master plan and layout drawings prepared by earthwork or civil designers.
• Review technical drawings prepared by other consultants or contractors.
• Coordinate with Geotechnical, Mine Planning, Road, Drainage, Structural, and Civil Engineering teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Optimize earthwork design to minimize rehandling, hauling distance, construction cost, and operational impact.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and intermediate designers.
• Support construction and mining operations, including site technical support, field design modifications, and constructability reviews.
• Ensure all designs comply with mining regulations, applicable standards, and company specifications.
• Ensure project schedule, quality, and budget targets are achieved within assigned scope.
• Demonstrate strong leadership in design coordination and decision-making.
• Ensure safe work design, slope stability, erosion control, and environmental compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma’s degree/Vocational High School of Civil Engineering (Preferred majoring in Earthwork, Infrastructure, or Civil Design)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil & Earthwork Design for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proficient in engineering software: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley Open Roads, or equivalent earthwork design tools.
• Familiar with and able to implement relevant standards: SNI, ASTM, AASHTO, ASCE, and applicable mining standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient general computer skills & Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Willing to be assigned to the Jakarta – Head Office and to undertake site visits / site surveys to all Merdeka Group mining site

3. Electrical Instrument Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing Electrical and Instrumentation design drawings for mining and industrial facilities under supervision of senior engineers.
• Support preparation of basic electrical deliverables such as Single Line Diagrams (SLD), equipment layouts, lighting layouts, and cable routing drawings.
• Assist in performing basic electrical calculations including load calculation, cable sizing, and voltage drop under guidance.
• Support preparation of instrument index, I/O list, loop diagrams, and basic instrumentation drawings.
• Assist in developing and updating Electrical & Instrumentation specifications and technical documents for mining projects.
• Review and check drawings, datasheets, and technical documents prepared by vendors or contractors with guidance from senior engineers.
• Coordinate and communicate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Process, and Mining) for design coordination.
• Support site activities, including site surveys, installation checks, and responding to technical queries during construction and commissioning.
• Ensure design work complies with applicable engineering standards, company procedures, and safety requirements.
• Prepare basic engineering reports, calculation notes, and design documentation.
• Demonstrate good understanding of electrical safety principles and safe work design concepts.

Requirements:

• Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering
• 1 year of experience as Electrical & Instrument Engineer in mining, mineral processing, or industrial projects, fresh graduated are welcome to apply
• Basic proficiency in general computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD (mandatory) and basic knowledge of ETAP / SKM (preferred).
• Willingness to learn and develop technical competency in mining electrical and instrumentation systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Good attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
• Willing to be assigned to the Jakarta Head Office and to undertake site visits / site surveys to all Merdeka Group mining sites
