Lowongan Kerja PT Jaya Refrigeration Equipment (Midea Indonesia)

1. Administration Staff

Responsible for overseeing factory operations, employee management, general affairs, and production support to ensure all activities run effectively, safely, and in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and promote factory culture development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee employee attendance information and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Ensure employee welfare and employee-care matters are properly addressed.
• Supervise general affairs, logistics, workplace cleanliness, and office facilities.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, fire safety, and workplace safety regulations.
• Oversee the procurement and availability of office supplies.
• Supervise the purchasing process for production auxiliary materials and ensure timely availability.
• Coordinate with production and supporting departments to resolve operational issues and provide necessary production support.
• Monitor administrative, operational, and production-support activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Perform other management duties as assigned by the company.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field
• Good English communication skills is a must
• 1 or 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Placement : Karawang, Jawa Barat

2. KD Shipping

Key responsibilities:

• Arrange the shipment of Midea purchase orders from three factories in China to the factory in Indonesia
• Update the status of Midea purchase orders in the Order Monitoring report
• Update the vessel movement status in the Vessel Monitoring report
• Handle the shipment of materials from factories in China to Indonesia for local production
• Follow up with China factories to confirm actual finished production dates, check vessel schedules, arrange vessel bookings through freight forwarders, and match production completion dates with available vessel schedules
• Ensure vessel schedules meet production timelines and take preventive action if there are vessel delays or production delays
• Update the Vessel Monitoring report daily to track vessel movement and shipment status
• Update the Order Monitoring report daily to track the progress and status of Midea purchase orders

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Transportation Management, or a related field
• Good English communication skills is a must
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, import/export, or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in shipment coordination, vessel booking, freight forwarding, and international shipping is highly preferred
• Able to coordinate and follow up effectively with China factories, freight forwarders, and internal teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to maintain and update monitoring reports accurately and regularly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in handling shipment delays and production schedule changes
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight production and shipment deadlines
• Proactive in identifying potential shipping or production delays and taking preventive or corrective actions

3. Power Technical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain factory power distribution systems, electrical equipment, and utilities.
• Monitor power consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Troubleshoot electrical and power-related issues to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of power infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze power system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and EHS teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and improvement proposals.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical power systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in an Air Conditioner manufacturing factory is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and electrical protection systems.
• Familiar with PLCs, electrical drawings, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Knowledge of energy management and utility optimization is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
