Lowongan Kerja PT EJJV Engineering Indonesia

1. Site Manager

Requirements

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Metallurgy preferred).
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of multidisciplinary work.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and documentation.
  • Hands-on, willing to handle detailed project issues directly.
• Personality:
  • Pleasant and likable.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High integrity.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in the oil & gas industry.
  • At least 5 years as a project manager for welding or construction/maintenance work, especially in brownfield facilities.
• Placement: Willing to be assigned in Duri, Riau.

2. Project Engineer

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering and civil engineering with a minimum of 2-3 years same position
• Having experience in the construction and oil and gas industries with a minimum of 2 years is preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS. Office (especially Ms. Excel), MS Project & AutoCAD
• Willing to Fast Learner, Logical Thinking, able to cooperate effectively, Adaptive, Discipline, and Responsible
• This position willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta

3. Professional Supplier & Tender Management

Job Requirements:

• Create and improve procurement and contract procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, PTK 007, and company policies.
• Review data and SCM processes to support continuous improvement.
• Work with IMT to digitalize procurement and contract management.
• Coordinate with User Departments and Logistics to review material usage and recommend the best procurement strategy.
• Analyze service procurement plans and prepare the Annual Procurement Plan.
• Prepare reports for Management, SKK Migas, and partners; monitor procurement KPIs.
• Ensure all audit findings related to procurement are resolved.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Preferably, a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Supply Chain management of PSC Company.

4. Professional Drilling Logistic

Job Requirements:

• Prepare and propose a drilling logistics system to support FEED, EPCI, and operations.
• Monitor drilling logistics needs, including stock reports and goods receiving notes.
• Prepare or verify receiving documents from FEED and EPCI contractors.
• Use logistics modeling to improve operations or facility layout.
• Review and analyze drilling logistics proposals from all contractors.
• Support and manage logistics operations during the drilling campaign.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Preferably, a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry with 5 years’ experience in logistics.

5. Senior Professional Formalities

Job Requirements:

• Develop key local content documents, including strategy, guidelines, and scopes of work for contractors.
• Set local content targets for contracts, negotiate with SKK Migas, and monitor implementation. Review and verify local content reports for all contracts and POs, and recommend penalties when needed.
• Work with the Project and Drilling teams to create National Capacity Building (NCB) programs to maximize the use of Indonesian resources, update vendor lists, and support vendor development.
• Prepare and manage SCM Formality documents, including Master List guidelines and requirements. Submit master list proposals to the government for approval and ensure compliance with APDN and local content rules. Handle import-related risks and issues.
• Monitor regulations related to local content and SCM formalities, coordinate with customs on import/export matters, and ensure timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Preferably 10 years of experience, including at least 8 years in oil & gas or mining.

6. Senior Professional Contracting

Job Requirements:

• Collect drilling procurement data to prepare the Procurement List.
• Prepare and submit market surveys, prequalification documents, and tender plans to SKK Migas and lead approval discussions.
• Run market surveys, prequalification, tender processes, and negotiations in line with regulations.
• Manage contract awards, validate bonds and insurance, and handle post-award administration, reporting, closeout, and audits.
• Support the drilling team in monitoring contract execution and preparing amendments or variation orders.
• Support SCM in procedures, reporting, safety, local content, vendor management, and coordination with SKK Migas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Preferably, a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry.

7. Professional Material Management

Job Requirements:

• Review stock and material substitution analysis, develop reorder formulas and consumption estimates to maintain optimal stock levels and timely replenishment, and ensure accurate inventory reports.
• Develop and monitor stock levels, replenishment cycles, stock movement, and warehouse stocktakes. Review material identification/classification and manage surplus or dead stock to prevent overstock or stockouts.
• Identify critical materials and set procurement plans to maintain minimum required stock and buffer levels.
• Recommend alternatives or substitute parts for obsolete materials to extend equipment life.
• Improve and monitor logistics cycles and materials movement in SAP to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with physical inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Preferably, a minimum of 5 years with at least 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry
