Lowongan Kerja – PT EJJV Engineering Indonesia adalah penyedia layanan Rekayasa, Konstruksi, Commissioning, Instalasi, start-up dan produksi terintegrasi kelas dunia yang bekerja dengan beberapa klien untuk menambah nilai pada proyek. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tanggal 19 Juli 2006 dan berkantor pusat di Jakarta Selatan.
PT EJJV Engineering Indonesia memiliki pengalaman yang luas dalam mengerjakan berbagai proyek minyak dan gas, mulai dari proyek eksplorasi dan produksi hingga proyek konstruksi dan pemeliharaan. Perusahaan ini telah mengerjakan proyek-proyek di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk proyek-proyek yang berskala besar dan kompleks.

Lowongan Kerja PT EJJV Engineering Indonesia
1. HRD Staff
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Economy & Psychology
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or related fields
- Familiar with HRGA process flow
- Familiar with labor regulations and also its derivative regulations
- Accustomed to doing and working on payroll processes, tax calculations and familiar with handling recruitment and understanding the flow of the recruitment process from start to finish, familiar with industrial relations & external relations areas
- Familiar and neat in terms of HR administration area
- Have good excel skills and used to manage database well
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and procedures
- Ability to participate in recruitment and work placement processes
- Experience in oil and gas industry is preferred
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta
- Proficient in calculating tax (PPh 21) is a plus
2. Finance Staff
Responsibilities :
- Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Performing month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Reconciling bank accounts and other financial accounts
- Providing support for the annual audit process
- Execute outgoing payment based on the schedule and ensure all approval and payment supporting documents are appropriated and completed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial data
- Filling monthly documents
- Oversee cash flow and allocate funds appropriately to support smooth business operations, based on the company’s financial status
- Assist monthly handling tax with our consultant
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial reporting standards and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta
3. Project Manager
Qualification :
- Education : Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical Engineering).
- Experience : Experience at least 3 years OEM from overseas for Project/Maintenance Service Completion
- Skills : Project Manager shall have good inter-personal skills, possess knowledge of multi-discipline, and possess knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles, documents and plans. Project Manager shall be “hands-on” type and must be able to, and be prepared to get their sleeves rolled up and get stuck into all project activities issues at a detailed level.
- Personality : Pleasant, good and likable personality, good communication skill, High Integrity
- Fluent in English and with strong communication skills towards colleagues, subordinates and superiors.
