Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tanggal 19 Juli 2006 dan berkantor pusat di Jakarta Selatan.

PT EJJV Engineering Indonesia memiliki pengalaman yang luas dalam mengerjakan berbagai proyek minyak dan gas, mulai dari proyek eksplorasi dan produksi hingga proyek konstruksi dan pemeliharaan. Perusahaan ini telah mengerjakan proyek-proyek di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk proyek-proyek yang berskala besar dan kompleks.

Lowongan Kerja PT EJJV Engineering Indonesia

 

 

1. Senior Professional HSSE Project

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and support HSE activities during FEED and EPCI stages.
  • Develop and maintain HSE plans, including risk assessments and emergency response plans.
  • Monitor contractor HSE performance through audits and inspections.
  • Ensure HSE requirements are included in contracts, design reviews, and construction work.
  • Identify and manage HSE risks in all project phases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international standards.
  • Work closely with contractors, regulators, and partners on all HSE matters.
  • Lead project reviews and workshops to ensure HSE goals are achieved.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong background in project-based HSE implementation.
  • Proven experience handling FEED and/or EPC projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

 

2. Senior Professional Site Safety

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and improve site safety systems based on Indonesian and international standards.
  • Ensure all site activities follow company safety policies and best practices.
  • Develop and manage safety communication and training programs for site staff and contractors.
  • Review and update training materials to strengthen safety awareness and employee competency.
  • Lead safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments at the site.
  • Support and monitor incident investigations, from inspection to reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and government offices to ensure proper incident reporting.
  • Manage safety documentation, performance indicators, and regular reporting.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSS policies, laws, and safety standards.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
  • Solid background in site safety management and assurance processes.
  • Strong coordination, analysis, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive safety awareness and compliance across complex operations.

 

3. Professional Social Performance

Key Responsibilities :

  • Apply global best practices in social and environmental management.
  • Develop and implement social impact assessments and action plans.
  • Ensure social programs follow IFC Performance Standards.
  • Identify and address local stakeholder concerns.
  • Assess social and political risks and include them in project planning.
  • Collect and use community and government feedback to improve projects.
  • Work with project teams on social performance and community programs.
  • Lead and organize stakeholder and public consultations.
  • Manage and monitor community engagement activities in the field.
  • Support teams and contractors in resolving and documenting social issues.
  • Develop and oversee a Grievance Mechanism for community complaints.
  • Raise awareness of land and community matters among project teams.
  • Keep stakeholder data and commitments updated and well-documented.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in oil & gas or mining.

 

4. Professional Internal Communication

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, develop, and manage internal communication programs aligned with company strategy.
  • Deliver communication initiatives via print, digital, intranet, events, and communities, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and review executive communications, including speeches, presentations, and corporate announcements.
  • Oversee internal events to enhance team cohesion and evaluate their effectiveness for future improvements.
  • Conduct communication audits to measure effectiveness and propose enhancements.
  • Identify gaps and improvement areas in current communication programs to boost overall performance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in oil & gas or mining.

 

5. Senior Professional Economics

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and recommend programs, research, and studies on commercial and business aspects, ensuring high-quality results, effective use of indicators, and risk assessment for business planning and strategy.
  • Conduct and coordinate economic and business analyses requested by management or project teams to support project and organizational planning.
  • Provide data, market insights, and best practices to support strategic planning in the oil and gas sector, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments and oversee third-party contractors to ensure services meet quality standards and contractual obligations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry, in planning, business development, or economic analysis.

 

6. Senior Professional Business Support

Key Responsibilities :

  • Improve business practices and processes, serving as the main counterpart and central point for project coordination.
  • Obtain necessary approvals from Joint Venture partners and ensure departmental actions align with agreements (JOA).
  • Prepare updated project reports for management and other stakeholders.
  • Manage in preparing consolidated project reports for management and/or other stakeholders.
  • Provide dedicated support to management for both high-level and day-to-day decision-making.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related science field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry (PSC or EPC contractors).
  • Experience in project reporting, especially for EPCI projects.

 

7. Senior Professional HR Project

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate policies by collaborating with all HR functions (Organization Development, Recruitment, HR Services, General Services, Security, IMT, Project Support, Finance, Compliance, etc.).
  • Assess resource requirements and workforce needs to support project manpower planning and scheduling.
  • Maintain, review, and ensure accuracy of personnel records, contracts, extensions, and project status reports for internal and external reporting.
  • Lead HR lifecycle processes for PMC staff: onboarding, placement, contract extensions, reassignments, terminations, and performance reviews.
  • Review and improve HR workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company policies and project objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, ideally in large or global companies.
  • Experience in management/stakeholder engagement at a high level.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English.

 

8. Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and accurate daily operations.
  • Maintain confidential records, manage files, track decisions, and assist with motions, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, departmental events, and forums; act as liaison officer.
  • Handle reception and correspondence for internal and external communication within the division.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma in any discipline; Secretary graduates preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other relevant software.
  • Good English proficiency.
  • Familiar with clerical and administrative procedures, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Basic understanding of management principles and office operations.
