Lowongan Kerja – PT EJJV Engineering Indonesia adalah penyedia layanan Rekayasa, Konstruksi, Commissioning, Instalasi, start-up dan produksi terintegrasi kelas dunia yang bekerja dengan beberapa klien untuk menambah nilai pada proyek. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tanggal 19 Juli 2006 dan berkantor pusat di Jakarta Selatan.
PT EJJV Engineering Indonesia memiliki pengalaman yang luas dalam mengerjakan berbagai proyek minyak dan gas, mulai dari proyek eksplorasi dan produksi hingga proyek konstruksi dan pemeliharaan. Perusahaan ini telah mengerjakan proyek-proyek di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk proyek-proyek yang berskala besar dan kompleks.

Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.
Lowongan Kerja PT EJJV Engineering Indonesia
1. Finance Intern
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Brevet A & B certifications are preferred
- Proficient in using the accounting system Accurate
- Male candidates are preferred
- Domiciled in Jakarta is preferred
2. IT Staff
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineerng is preffered
- Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Support
- Strong Knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, Server Administration, Web Site Program.
- Building HRIS systems and familiar with HRIS
- Familiar with mikrotik, routers and switch systems.
- Monitoring IT data asset.
3. Invoicing Staff / AR
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in invoicing or accounts receivable roles.
- Experience in contractor, construction, oil & gas, or petrochemical industries is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of invoicing flow and administrative process
- Possess knowledge and skills in work supervision methods and techniques
- Self-motivated with strong logical thinking
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and committed to continuous self-improvement
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta
4. General Affair Sttaff
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a General Affair Staff or in a similar role.
- Good understanding of general affairs functions including office administration, facility management, asset management, and vendor coordination.
- Experience in handling office facilities, inventory, transportation, accommodation, and company events.
- Able to manage office supplies, assets, and documentation properly.
- Familiar with procurement processes and coordination with external vendors/suppliers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team,
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta
5. HR Admin
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Preferably with 1-2 year experience in HR administration or related roles (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Basic understanding of HR and General Affair (HRGA) process flow.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations is an advantage.
- Able to assist in HR administrative tasks such as employee data management, filing, and documentation.
- Familiar with payroll administration support and attendance data processing, recruitment administration (CV screening support, interview scheduling, document preparation).
- Able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic formulas and data input).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and neat in administrative work.
- Willing to be placed at Head Office, Jakarta.
6. HR Staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR Management/Psychology
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or related fields.
- Familiar with HRGA process flow
- Familiar with labor regulations and also its derivative regulations.
- Accustomed to doing and working on payroll processes, tax calculations and familiar with handling recruitment and understanding the flow of the recruitment process from start to finish, familiar with industrial relations & external relations areas.
- Familiar and neat in terms of HR administration area.
- Have good excel skills and used to manage database well.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and procedures.
- Ability to participate in recruitment and work placement processes.
- Experience in oil and gas industry is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta.
