Saat ini, TCL telah mendirikan cabang di 80 negara dengan memiliki 22 pabrik, 26 laboratorium penelitian, dan secara internasional telah memiliki total 75.000 karyawan.

Lowongan Kerja PT Yongwang Electronics Indonesia (TCL)
1. Branch Manager (East Java Area)
Qualification :
- Substantial experience (8+ years) in a sales management or branch management role, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of driving sales, revenue, and profitability growth
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Must be able to speak English, can speak mandarin is a plus
Job Description :
- Providing effective leadership and direction to the East Java branch team
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Managing the branch’s operational and financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
- Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within the region
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Reporting on branch performance and providing recommendations to senior management
2. Salesman (Denpasar Area & Sumatra Area)
Qualification :
- Preferably located in the required area
- Willing to travel for business
- Preferably who has sales experience in the field of HA Electronics (AC, TV, WM, REF, FRE) at least 2 years
- Have a good relationship and reputation with dealers
- Have a responsible and polite attitude in communication
- Have a hardworking spirit
- Can work under hard pressure
Job Description :
- Sell products and achieve the specified sales target
- Always Active in looking for sales opportunities and opening new markets
- Maintain relationships with existing partners/agents, and expand new relationships.
- Ensure all processes related to the sales process are running well
- Assist in reminding partners/agents of overdue receivables (AR).
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned from the center and branches in the capacity of the position.
3. Product Trainer (TV Specialist)
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as a product trainer, preferably in electronics (TV experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of TV technology (e.g., LED, QLED, Android TV, 4K/8K resolution, HDR, etc.).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for training sales teams and distributors.
- Ability to create clear and engaging training materials (modules, slides, demos).
- Familiar with competitor products and market trends.
- Willing to travel for training sessions across different locations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Job Description :
- Conduct product training sessions for sales teams.
- Develop and update training materials (modules, presentations, videos) for TV products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and technology (e.g., QLED, Android TV, 4K/8K) in a simple and effective way.
- Analyze competitor products and provide comparisons to enhance sales strategies.
- Address technical questions and provide solutions related to TV products.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align training with product launches and promotions.
- Travel to various locations to deliver on-site training when required.
4. Installation Technician AC
Qualification :
- Minimum education of SMK/D3 in Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an AC technician, preferably from electronics or HVAC industry.
- Understand AC cooling and electrical systems, including unit installation and repair.
- Able to read electrical diagrams and perform AC troubleshooting.
- Have skills in the use of technical work tools.
- AC technician certification or training is a plus.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to travel as needed.
Job Description :
- Perform air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure air conditioning installations run safely and efficiently, including checking electrical and cooling systems.
- Perform periodic checks and maintenance to ensure air conditioning is functioning properly.
- Analyze and repair damage or technical problems with AC units.
- Provide education to customers on the correct use and maintenance of air conditioners.
- Make reports related to AC installation, repair and maintenance work.
- Work closely with the technical team and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with work safety standards when performing installations or repairs.
5. Admin Specialist SCM
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years in order processing or sales support, preferably with ERP system experience.
- Strong ability to ensure complete PO and SO approvals with accurate documentation.
- Proficient in ERP systems like New Ark; capable of managing PO, SO, and DN processing.
- Effective in coordinating with related departments.
- Skilled in handling returns, invoice revisions, and documentation requirements.
- Ability to manage forms and approval flows efficiently for smooth operations.
- Will be located in Head Office Jakarta
Job Description :
- Receive and verify PO from Sales Area.
- Input and submit PO in New Ark system, then check for Financial Specialist approval.
- Communicate with branch if dealer has overdue, or overlimited.
- After SO finalized, make DN according to stock or allocation determined after that download DN (softcopy PDF) in New Ark.
- Do SO at KWE or MP warehouse.
- Create internal memo or return form (FPR) for revision or damaged goods after or before shipment.
- waiting for full management approval for memo and FPR, once approved, submit to Purchasing and finance team for return process.
6. Internship Retail
Qualification :
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from D3/S1 in Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Interest in retail.
- Previous internship experience (optional but preferred).
Job Description :
- Learn product knowledge, sales skills, and assist stores in achieving sales targets.
- Support promotional activities and sell in corresponding stores.
- Pay attention to the situation of the store and provide timely feedback on problems and solutions.
- Research the market and provide timely feedback on market trends.
