Lowongan Kerja – PT Kalimantan Alumina Nusantara (PT KAN) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan dan pemurnian bauksit menjadi alumina, berlokasi di Kabupaten Sanggau, Kalimantan Barat. Perusahaan ini berdiri sebagai bagian dari program hilirisasi mineral nasional dan telah memperoleh izin kawasan berikat untuk mendukung kegiatan produksi alumina di wilayah tersebut.
PT KAN merupakan bagian dari kelompok usaha global yang melibatkan Press Metal Aluminium Holdings Berhad sebagai pemegang saham mayoritas. Fasilitas pengolahan yang dibangun memiliki kapasitas produksi sekitar 1 hingga 1,2 juta ton alumina per tahun. Kegiatan operasional dan rekrutmen tenaga kerja perusahaan difokuskan di wilayah Kalimantan Barat dan sekitarnya.

Lowongan Kerja PT Kalimantan Alumina Nusantara
1. Internal Audit Manager
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in the manufacturing and/or construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
- Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure and collaborative, with excellent critical-thinking abilities.
- Thorough understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principle.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIA or similar qualifications are an added advantage.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa. (Mandarin comprehension will be more preferable).
- Willing to travel and engage with diverse location.
- To conduct comprehensive internal audits across various departments and functions within the company.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations with management and process owners.
- Prepare insightful audit to strengthen internal controls and governance.
- Maintain well-documented audit workpapers and supporting evidence.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement audit findings and drive continuous improvement.
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices, and trends in internal auditing.
- Take on additional duties as required to support the department’s objectives.
2. Internal Audit Executive
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Have 2-5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in the manufacturing and/or construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
- Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure and a collaborative team player with excellent critical-thinking abilities.
- Thorough understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principle.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIA or similar qualifications are an added advantage.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa. (Mandarin comprehension will be more preferable).

3. Legal Junior
Requirements :
- Holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Has 1-3 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possesses legal research and drafting skills with a solid understanding of laws and regulations, licensing, compliance, corporate law, and contracts.
- Responsible for supporting the Company’s Legal function through legal research, monitoring regulatory updates, preparing legal summaries or memos, reviewing legal documents, managing Legal administration including filing, databases, and contract registers, handling company licensing, and coordinating with government authorities, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Able to provide legal input and risk analysis to internal users and support the Legal Manager and Legal team in operational and compliance-related matters.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, independent, with strong problem-solving skills, willing to learn, and able to adapt to an industrial environment.
- Experience in the mining and/or smelter industry will be considered an advantage.
4. Employee & Industrial Relation Executive
Requirements :
- Holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Has at least 5 years of working experience in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
- Has a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including employment agreements, disciplinary processes, termination of employment, and industrial dispute resolution.
- Experienced in handling employee relations matters such as employee grievances, disciplinary actions, employee communication, and conflict resolution.
- Experienced in managing industrial relations, including coordination with labor unions, manpower offices, and relevant government institutions.
- Able to prepare, review, and manage ER/IR-related documents such as employment agreements, Company Regulations (PP), Collective Labor Agreements (PKB), warning letters, and other employment-related documents.
- Able to provide legal advice, recommendations, and risk analysis to management on labor and employment matters. Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, firm, objective, and able to work individually and collaboratively.
- Experience in the mining and/or smelter industry will be considered an advantage.
