1. Graphic Designer

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Fresh graduates with impressive academic results are encouraged to apply.
  • Relevant experience in graphic design is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Al).
  • Strong project management skills, good work ethics, and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to challenge design briefs and propose innovative solutions.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design work (Attach to CV).

Responsibility :

  • Develop and execute visually compelling concepts that align with brand guidelines across various marketing channels.
  • Ensure consistency and creativity in applying brand guidelines and directives across all projects.
  • Clearly communicate and justify creative choices to relevant stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality visual designs with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Design and craft POS (Point of Sale) materials (e.g., Posters, Gondola Ends, Floor Displays, Clip Strips) in both 3D and 2D formats.
  • Provide alternative design suggestions and offer constructive feedback on design briefs when necessary.
  • Assess the effectiveness of POSM designs using Visual Attention Software (VAS).

 

2. Production Administrator

Responsibilities :

Responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes and operational coordination in the production and packaging area, including attendance monitoring, material management, production transactions, and daily reporting.

  • Manpower Monitoring & Analysis
    • Monitor daily attendance of employee (MPI) employees and manpower costs (daily & overtime).
  • Material Management
    • Verify BAP transfer slips for materials from GWH to Packaging.
    • Check material stock in Store loc using ERP (SAP) and ensure accuracy between physical and system records (ink, chemicals, CSL, LDS bottles, etc.).
    • Record extract loss material and prepare B3 Department reports.
    • Ensure material availability for the next 24 hours of production.
  • Production Transactions
    • Record daily production transactions (Shift 1, 2 & 3) in the system.
  • Data Reporting & Development
    • Develop data dashboards using Power BI.
    • Prepare ATL recap and other daily department activity reports.
  • Coordination & Scheduling
    • Coordinate with Production Team Leader to prepare daily and next-day work schedules.
  • Other Duties
    • Ensure compliance with ISOMA (break time) procedures.
    • Support audit activities and continuous improvement in the production area.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • Familiar with SAP system, production processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and Power BI for data processing and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and able to work under daily targets.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) is a must.
  • Have background in FMCG industry is a plus.

3. CSLP Admin

Responsibilities :

  • Regularly manage stock data from SAP, FuturMaster, and reports from Brewery/Distributors/Suppliers, according to templates provided by the Planning Team.
  • Coordinate with the Export-Import team to compile data on stock at distributors and in the empties warehouse.
  • Update the RPM on Power BI on a weekly basis and create Poka-Yoke for each template.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within the agreed OTIF (On Time In Full) target.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience with data management, SAP ERP, and data stored.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to be based at the Tangerang office.

 

4. TPM SHE Admin

Qualification :

  • A Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities.
  • Experience as TPM SHE Admin at least 6 month.
  • Good work ethics, and strong will to grow and learn.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa, Both spoken and written.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Responsibility :

  • Supervise HSE Implementation and conduct incident investigation
  • Conduct inspection, observation, spot check and prepare the reports.
  • Create Safety Campaign, Safety Sign and Poster.
  • Comply with all safety, health, environment regulations.

  • Support and assist safety audits.

5. Procurement Assistant

Key Responsibilities :

  • Procurement Administration
    • Manage filing and documentation of Purchase Orders, contracts, and procurement records.
    • Support contract preparation, monitoring, and approval processes.
    • Prepare monthly procurement reports and dashboards.
  • Financial & Secretarial Support
    • Handle petty cash, payments, and related reporting.
    • Arrange travel, meetings, and expenses for the Supply Chain Department.
    • Provide administrative support and documentation during audits.
  • Procurement Operations Assistance
    • Prepare daily PR-PO performance reports.
    • Support buyers with contract amendments via Zycus and PR-PO execution in SAP.
    • Coordinate vendor communication, order follow-up, and shipment schedules.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Secretarial or Administrative Studies).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement administration.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and a fast learner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Placement:  Tangerang
