Lowongan Kerja PT United Family Food (Unifam)

1. Treasury Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Cash & Working Capital Management.
• Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent understanding of cash flow management, liquidity, and funding operations.
• Proven experience in managing financial instruments, banking relationships, and investment portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and forecasting.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cash flow forecasting to ensure adequate funding for all operational and strategic requirements
• Lead merger & acquisition (M&A) activities, including due diligence, funding structure design, and postmerger cash integration.
• Ensure compliance with all bank covenants, loan agreements, and relevant financial regulations.
• Optimize working capital and loan facility utilization to support efficient business operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure continuous access to financing and support business growth initiatives

2. Finance Business Partner Junior Manager

Job description:

• Develop and maintain financial models, ranging from simple analytical tools to complex models such as
• Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and scenario-based analyses.
• Prepare financial forecasts and feasibility analyses for new product development (NPD) projects, and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support business planning and decisionmaking processes.
• Lead and drive finance transformation initiatives, optimizing systems, processes, and reporting efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Finance or a related area.
• Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization) and PowerPoint (presentation design and delivery).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.

3. Product Development Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Previous experience handling confectionery or ready-to-meal products is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the following areas: Halal Assurance System, Quality Management
• System & Food Safety, Improvement Management, Line Qualification & Process Development, Data analysis and interpretation.
• Hands-on experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Willing to work both in office and factory.
• Proficient in English (minimum intermediate level).
• A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Placement: Greenlake, Tangerang

Responsibilities

• Conduct product development trials.
• Perform shelf-life testing and product evaluation.
• Lead the development and optimization of production processes.
• Drive innovation in both new and existing products.
• Develop and scale up production processes.
• Execute and complete projects in a timely and effective manner.

4. Regulatory Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or product compliance within the food or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of local and international food regulations (e.g., BPOM, Halal, Codex, FDA, EU regulations).
• Familiar with documentation and labeling requirements for food export products.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Placement: Greenlake, Tangerang

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance for all export product projects in accordance with the regulations of the destination countries.
• Monitor and verify the accuracy of product packaging label information to ensure it meets the legal requirements of each export destination.
• Prepare export documentation to support the administrative and regulatory requirements of export products.
• Oversee and ensure compliance processes for all OEM product projects, both local and imported

5. Quality Control Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic operational environment.
• Willingness to be based at the Head Office and travel regularly for business visits to maklon locations and to Cikande.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sampling of incoming OEM products based on Mil. Std. 105.
• Perform organoleptic inspections on OEM products.
• Coordinate with the QC Laboratory for physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses.
• Monitor the contract manufacturing (maklon) process, including incoming RM/PM, production processes, and finished goods.
• Prepare QC reports for product inspection results.
• Assist in preparing supporting documents required for OEM and monitor retain samples.
• Report to the QAQC OEM Supervisor if any non-conformities are found in either the product or the process.
• Coordinate with OEM partners regarding product quality.

6. Regional Account Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree of any field.
• Proven working experience as a Key Account Supervisor (MT) in FMCG company for 2 years.
• Great managerial, analytical & strategic thinking, negotiation and communication skill.
• Experienced in processing and analyzing data.
• Experienced in using Ms. Office.
• Placement: Pekanbaru, Jambi, Tangerang, Cirebon, Semarang, Malang, Banjarmasin, Denpasar

Responsibilities

• Execute, Monitor and Improve Company’s Sales Strategy in the Area.
• Maintain effective relationship by visiting.
• Provide a routine company sales reporting such Forecast, Sales Pipeline, Results of Sales.
• Achieve Sales Target that has been agreed on and given by the company

7. Area Sales Promotion Head

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) of any field.
• Experience in the same position (sales promotion) in FMCG industry min. 2 years.
• Proven track record in sales promotion.
• Ability to create demand, Increase Market, achieve Sales Target and Execution Promotion.
• Advanced in data analysis (Microsoft Excel), negotiation, creative thinking, and target-oriented.
• Have experience in finding and establishing good relationships with customers & potential customers.
• Placement: Palembang, Lampung, Jember, Banjarmasin, Makassar

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales promotion team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase product sales.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align promotions with overall strategies.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide performance reports.
• Manage the promotion budget efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Identify and develop new promotional strategies.
• Monitor competitors’ promotional activities.
• Train and coach the team to improve performance.

8. Sales Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of any field.
• Experience in General Trade as Sales Coordinator in FMCG Industry, minimum of 2 years.
• Proven Sales Track Record.
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, and data analysis.
• Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Have a driving license (SIM C).
• Placement: All Area

Responsibilities
