Lowongan Kerja PT Sany Indonesia Machinery

1. Welding Process Engineer

Job Description :

• Supervise welding work
• Create Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ)
• Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing welding procedures for various projects and applications, in accordance with applicable standards
• Ensure that manufacturers comply with requirements and applicable international rules, codes, standards and procedures.
• Reviews the technical documentation and all relevant legislation, standards and codes requirements
• Provide technical support for technical clarifications and deviations.

Requirements :

• Minimum education: Diploma 3/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/Welding Engineering/Electrical Engineering
• Certified as a Welding Engineer (WE) or Welding Inspector (WI)
• Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge and experience in general welding processes such as GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW
• Understand requirements of codes of construction such as ASME Sec IX, AWS D1.1, ASME B31.3, DNV OS F101 etc.
• Understand the causes of occurrence of weld defects including distortion and advise ways to eliminate them.

2. PPIC Staff

What you’ll be doing :

• Responsible for production planning, inventory control and material management
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and minimize excess inventory
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and purchasing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues
• Prepare and analyse production and inventory reports to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing, procurement and inventory management

What we’re looking for :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related majors
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a PPIC or inventory management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of production planning, material requirements planning, and inventory control principles
• Proficient in using ERP systems and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and address supply chain challenges
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards in the manufacturing sector

3. Customs Staff

What you’ll be doing :

• Preparing and submitting all necessary customs documentation for imports and exports
• Liaising with customs authorities and other relevant government agencies to facilitate customs clearance processes
• Monitoring changes in customs laws, regulations, and procedures to ensure the company’s compliance
• Providing guidance and support to other departments on customs-related matters
• Maintaining accurate records and data related to customs activities
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient customs procedures

What we’re looking for :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Accounting, International Trade, Management, or related majors
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customs or import/export role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Thorough understanding of customs laws, regulations, and procedures in Indonesia
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficient in relevant software applications, such as customs declaration systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

4. Assembly Engineer

What you’ll be doing :

• Assemble and test a variety of construction equipment, including excavators, cranes, and loaders, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards
• Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues that arise during the assembly process, implementing effective solutions to maintain production schedules
• Collaborate with the production team to optimise assembly workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all assembly activities, including parts usage, test results, and any corrective actions taken
• Provide technical support and guidance to less experienced team members, contributing to the development of their skills and knowledge

What we’re looking for :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related majors.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assembly Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills, with a deep understanding of construction equipment and assembly processes
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and various testing equipment to ensure the quality and functionality of assembled products
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to identify and resolve issues
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Certification or training in assembly techniques, quality control, or related fields would be an advantage
