Perusahaan ini merupakan cabang dari perusahaan asal China, Sany Group, yang berdiri pada tahun 1989 dan merupakan salah satu produsen alat berat terbesar di dunia. PT. Sany Indonesia Machinery sendiri berdiri pada tahun 2011 dan memiliki fokus utama pada produksi excavator. PT Sany Indonesia Machinery adalah anak perusahaan SANY Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. yang merupakan produsen alat berat terbesar dan terbaik di China. PT Sany Indonesia Machinery menyediakan penjualan dan layanan produk-produk dengan merek dagang Sany di Indonesia, dimana Dealer resmi SANY di Indonesia adalah PT Jimac Perkasa.

Lowongan Kerja PT Sany Indonesia Machinery

 

 

1. Legal Staff

Job Description:

  • Drafting and reviewing Indonesian-language legal documents, including contracts, regulations, agreements, notices, and other compliance documents, to ensure their validity and accuracy;
  • Monitoring changes to Indonesian laws and regulations and industry policies, providing legal consultation, conducting risk assessments, and developing implementable solutions to support the company’s operations;
  • Participating in the development and revision of company systems and workflows, conducting process compliance audits, and ensuring all policies comply with Indonesian laws and regulations;
  • Responsible for the administration, renewal, amendment, and routine management of all company permits in Indonesia, including business permits, licenses, and other legal documents, to ensure their validity and timeliness;
  • Providing day-to-day legal consultation and legal opinion support to all departments, ensuring all business activities are conducted within applicable legal frameworks;
  • Representing the company in legal disputes, including preparing legal documents, gathering evidence, filing official documents, and attending court proceedings or relevant government agencies when necessary (excluding coordination with external lawyers);
  • Conduct or participate in internal investigations (e.g., disciplinary violations, policy violations, or disputes), and provide recommendations for handling them based on legal provisions;
  • Manage the protection of the company’s intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrights, and prevent and address violations;
  • Participate in the development of the company’s internal compliance system, including anti-fraud, anti-bribery, personal data protection, and other risk management systems, and support their implementation;
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with Indonesian government agencies to support the resolution of the company’s compliance matters;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate or commercial legal practice
  • In-depth understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing in Indonesian and English
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Have a Lawyer’s KTA
  • Willing to work in Karawang

 

2. Cost Control Staff

Job Description:

  • Assist in budget development, accurate cost estimates, and standard costing for various departments or projects.
  • Verify the accuracy of transactions, including pricing, quantities, and authorizations.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and regularly count inventory.
  • Ensure all production transactions and raw material usage align with supporting documentation (invoices, delivery orders).
  • Prepare regular reports on cost status and financial performance, and provide strategic recommendations for cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cost control policies are consistently and effectively implemented.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the project, from planning to completion, ensuring the project does not exceed budget.
  • Etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control or financial management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and budgeting procedures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Has excellent English capability (MUST), Mandarin speaking is Priority

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any relevant major
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang

 

3. IT Staff

Duty & Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain Linux and Windows server environments.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices, including VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and WiFi networks.
  • Implement device-level access control, encryption, and security protocols.
  • Maintain license and inventory management for hardware and software.
  • Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to users and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide coaching or guidance when needed.
  • Respond quickly to technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux (CentOS) and Windows Server.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, VLAN, firewall, antivirus, device-level access control, encryption, license & inventory management, and VPN.
  • Familiarity with scripting and networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, WiFi, VLANs).
  • Good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Service-oriented with excellent customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure.
  • Sense of urgency with the ability to resolve issues quickly.
  • High attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, especially regarding data confidentiality.
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang
