Lowongan Kerja – PT Sany Indonesia Machinery adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri pembuatan alat berat. Perusahaan ini merupakan cabang dari perusahaan asal China, Sany Group, yang berdiri pada tahun 1989 dan merupakan salah satu produsen alat berat terbesar di dunia. PT. Sany Indonesia Machinery sendiri berdiri pada tahun 2011 dan memiliki fokus utama pada produksi excavator. PT Sany Indonesia Machinery adalah anak perusahaan SANY Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. yang merupakan produsen alat berat terbesar dan terbaik di China. PT Sany Indonesia Machinery menyediakan penjualan dan layanan produk-produk dengan merek dagang Sany di Indonesia, dimana Dealer resmi SANY di Indonesia adalah PT Jimac Perkasa.

Lowongan Kerja PT Sany Indonesia Machinery
1. Manufacturing Department Manager (Indonesia Factory)
What you’ll be doing :
- Develop and execute localized production plans to ensure on-time order delivery.
- Optimize manufacturing processes and on-site management to improve equipment utilization and production efficiency.
- Implement quality control standards, drive continuous improvement, and reduce product defect rates.
- Monitor and control production costs, including materials, energy, and labor.
- Lead the manufacturing team (production, process, equipment, etc.), and be responsible for the training, performance, and team development of local employees.
- Strictly implement the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) system to ensure compliance with local Indonesian safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with local supply chain, warehousing, and related departments to ensure smooth material supply for production.
- Promote continuous improvement and suggestion activities on the production floor.
What we’re looking for :
- Indonesian citizen; bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role leading a manufacturing department. Experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or automotive manufacturing is preferred.
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and other management methodologies; possess strong on-site management and production efficiency improvement experience.
- Knowledgeable in assembly processes, quality standards, and equipment maintenance for excavators or other construction machinery.
- Excellent team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration skills; able to adapt to a high-intensity manufacturing work environment.
- Language Requirements: Proficient in Indonesian and English for work communication and report writing (Chinese language ability is a plus).
- Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, safety production, and environmental policies, with experience in local factory management.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. General Affairs Staff
What you’ll be doing :
- Coordinating and overseeing general office administration tasks, including managing supplies, coordinating facilities maintenance, and handling incoming correspondence, carry out the process of creating POs for all administrative needs
- Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and assisting with project-based work
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and timely resolution of inquiries
- Maintaining and updating various organisational records, databases, and filing systems to ensure information is accurate and accessible
- Assisting with the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall success of the organization
- Support create and organize daily agendas and report them to the Director, schedule meetings and notify all relevant parties via email
- Create and report monthly procurement efficiency performance to HRGA Dep head
- Carry out control and procurement of needs related to the use of rental houses and apartments used by foreign workers in accordance with Company policy
- Make submissions, control the realization of petty cash, and making planning and controlling the scheduling of the use of company operational vehicles
What we’re looking for :
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a general affairs or administrative support role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office suite and various administrative tools
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the organisation
