Lowongan Kerja PT Perindustrian Sawit Synergi (KLK Group)

1. Production Engineer Oleo

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production, preferably in the oleochemical, refinery, or manufacturing industry
• To meet and comply with all system requirements such as ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 etc
• Able to work under pressure and meet production targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Placement: Sangkulirang, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities :

• To ensure each unit of operation is working to target capacity, quality, cost efficiency, maintenance and safety standard.
• Liaise closely with maintenance and technical to ensure designated plant achieved high process reliability and production targets.
• To perform process trouble shooting and resolve quality problem.
• Plan, organize and coordinate plant maintenance works.
• Monitor and ensure Production Capacity, Plant Utilities, Production
• Consumables and Chemical Consumption are within target/budget.
• To monitor wastes generated from designated plant and propose mitigation if deviation found.
• Compliance with governmental and local regulations/ requirements such as Occupational Safety & Health. Act and Regulations, Environmental Quality Act, Factory & Machinery Act, Responsible Care, Poison Act & Regulations, Kosher, HALAL etc.

2. HSE Manager

Requirements :

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in HSE & min 3 years experience as HSE Manager.
• Preferably in the palm oil industry or chemical manufacturing background.
• Certified in General K3 / AK3 or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Have a training certificate in emergency conditions, Work Accident Investigation.
• Placement: Sangkulirang, East Kalimantan

Responsibilities :

• Prepares Monthly HSE local Management reports and delivers presentations on a regular basis.
• Assist incident investigation process and ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken.
• Facilitates execution of Firmament HS&E strategy locally with direction from the regional HSE Director.
• Ensures arrangements are in place for HSE audit /reviews and inspections of the workplace, plants, and equipment in order to monitor compliance with the company’s HSE Management.
• Participating in reviewing the equipment modification in terms of the safety aspect, validation, per-commissioning, and commissioning.
• Conduct internal audit in allot operation to ensure the output HSE are delivered with both culture & standards to all customers.
• Outlining safe operational procedures which identify & take account of all relevant hazards.
• Leading in-house training with managers & employees related HSE issues.
• Producing reports that suggest improvements.
• Keeping up to date with new legislation and maintaining a working knowledge of all HSE.

3. Building Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements :

• Min Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering.
• Min 2 years as Supervisor of building maintenance.
• Having an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) certification is preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and basic maintenance software.
• Familiar with safety and environmental standards.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other outside parties to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Inspecting work sites to ensure that all safety procedures are followed.
• Reporting equipment defects or unsafe conditions to the appropriate individuals.
• Conducting staff meetings, training sessions, or other educational opportunities to ensure that employees are familiar with company policies and procedures.
• Ensuring that the company complies with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
• Supervise and monitor the daily maintenance operations of building facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Maintaining a safe, clean work environment for employees and customers by enforcing company policies regarding potential hazards such as falling objects or dangerous machinery.
• Manage a team of technicians and external contractors.
• Coordinate improvement or renovation projects as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

4. Bonded Zone Supervisor/Staff

Requirements :

• Min D3/S1 in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• At least 1–2 years (For Staff) and 3-5 years (For Supervisor) of experience in bonded zone or customs-related environment.
• Strong understanding of customs regulation, laws, and procedures.
• Proficient in inventory management software and microsoft office.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work collaboratively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Placement: Sangkulirang, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff in the Bonded Zone
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, laws, and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, including tracking and reporting stock movements.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory reports and customs documentation.
• Implement and maintain security procedures to prevent loss or damage to goods.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Manage and monitor the in-and-out movement of goods in compliance with bonded zone regulations.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain documentation related to bonded zone activities.
• Ensure compliance with all customs regulations, including during audits and inspections.

5. Logistics Executive

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Min 2–3 years of experience in logistics, planning and shipping.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and transportation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in logistics software, including transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work under pressure and in a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing shipping operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Manage and track shipments, including monitoring transit times, tracking shipments, and resolving any delivery issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and warehouse operations.
• Analyze shipping data and provide insights to optimize shipping operations and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies.

6. QA Executive

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in laboratory, preferably from a chemical manufacturing background.
• Knowledge and experience in running GC, automated analysis instrument and developing methods will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC:17025 and lab safety will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of QA standards (ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Placement: Sangkulirang, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities :

• Improving the quality of work and services in their fields in accordance with the company’s administrative order, systems and procedures to support the smooth operation and production of the company effectively.
• Manage, direct and control the system and way of working in its units to create conditions and atmosphere that are conducive to achieving work achievements, as well as comfortable, harmonious and clean in accordance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Compile and submit reports on the implementation of work to their superiors to ensure the availability of necessary data and information.
• Inspect and monitor the quality of the system to identify improvements and developments that can be carried out in optimizing the performance of the available system and ensuring the conformity of the system with applicable ISO standards.
• Carry out quality supervision activities from the system (HALAL, KOSHER, GMP, 5S, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO14000 and ISO 17025) to ensure that activities can run effectively, efficiently and in accordance with the established time.
• Coordinating related to the implementation of the Quality Management System program and internal audit.
• Develop follow-up recommendations on the problems encountered and supervise the implementation of follow-ups to ensure that corrective actions are effectively implemented in dealing with discrepancies.
• Ensure that lab disposal is handled in accordance to government regulation.
• Provide recommendations if there is a system in the company that does not meet quality standards.
• Provide recommendations for improvements and developments that can be carried out on the system managed in the factory.
