Lowongan Kerja PT Perindustrian Sawit Synergi (KLK Group)

1. Supervisor/Boardmen Refinery/Oleochemicals

Qualifications :

• Minimum D3 (Diploma) in any suitable discipline.
• Willing to work in shift and as a team.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing factory. Priority given to industry such as chemical/oleochemical/refinery/palm oil mill industry.
• Knowledge in Distributed Control System (DCS) or Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) – added advantage
• Knowledge in computer will be an added advantage
• Able to speak in English will be an added advantage
• Placement: Sangkulirang, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensuring the smooth operation of plant in meeting production target as well as quality products.
• To perform plant rounding during operation and shutdown to ensure plant operation is in order.
• Monitoring on the sampling of the feedstock, intermediate and final storage tanks as stated in PT PSS Quality Plan.
• Ensuring the work request, work permit system and quality system are being adhered strictly.
• To identify any potential contamination issues and ensuring corrective measures are being adhered
• Implement TPM in the plants and any other assignment related to plant maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Providing on job training (OJT) to new and existing technician to ensure their skills and knowledge as per SOP.
• Involved in safety/product safety program organized by SSHE Department or management.
• To carry out any other work instructions from superior at any time.
• Responsible to support each other within shift team member during any absence by the teammates.

2. Production Engineer Refinery or Oleochemical

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical and Process Engineering.
• Related working experience in oleochemical industry.
• Placement: Sangkulirang, East Kalimantan

Responsibilities :

• Accountable for safety hazard analysis to meet zero lost time accident in relevant plant.
• To optimize plant throughput with constructive proposal.
• To provide appropriate recommendation for product quality matter
• To assist in product development and optimizing plant capability in term of electrical, instrumentation,  mechanical, piping, HEX sizing etc.
• To carry out task as assigned in capex / process improvement project.
• To coordinate annual plant shutdown activities as well as planned plant stoppage activities
• To ensure each unit of operation is working to target capacity, quality, cost efficiency, maintenance and safety standard.
• Liaise closely with maintenance and technical to ensure designated plant achieved high process reliability  and production targets.
• To perform process trouble shooting and resolve quality problem.
• Provide training to Plant Supervisor/ Operator for continuously upgrading their quality of work and process understanding.
• Plan, organize and coordinate plant maintenance works.
• Monitor and ensure Production Capacity, Plant Utilities, Production Consumables and Chemical Consumption are within target/budget.
• To meet and comply with all system requirements such as ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, ISO 14001 & OHSAS  18001 etc.
• To liaise with maintenance for plant & equipment up-keep.
• To monitor wastes generated from designated plant and propose mitigation if deviation found.
• Compliance with governmental and local regulations/ requirements such as Occupational Safety & Health
• Act and Regulations, Environmental Quality Act, Factory & Machinery Act, Responsible Care, Poison Act & Regulations, Kosher, HALAL etc.
• Comply with all quality standards and requirements set by the Company as well as meeting the product specification required by customers.

3. Electrical and Instrument Assistant Manager/E&I Lead

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years as E&I engineer and obtained at least Bachelor degree certification in E&I.
• Additional Notes / Desirable Skills

  • Data management skills: the ability to use statistical analysis tools as well as the ability to interpret and communicate the results of the analysis.
  • A continuous improvement mindset: identifying and implementing ways to continuously improve reliability.
  • Safety-conscious: the ability to identify potential hazards and take the necessary steps to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products.
• Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards.
• Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time.
• Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes.
• Perform quality and performance analysis on new and legacy IT systems.
• Summarize data and report on test results.
• Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets.
• Monitor maintenance and inspection plans.
• Guide and perform training to our E&I team.

4. Building Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years as Supervisor for Building Maintenance/ obtained Diploma certification in Civil Engineering
• Placement: Sangkulirang, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities :

• Inspecting work sites to ensure that all safety procedures are followed;
• Reporting equipment defects or unsafe conditions to the appropriate individuals;
• Conducting staff meetings, training sessions, or other educational opportunities to ensure that employees are familiar with company policies and procedures;
• Ensuring that the company complies with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances;
• Hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, evaluating, counselling, and disciplining employees
• Scheduling employees’ work hours and monitoring their performance;
• Coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other outside parties to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget;
• Maintaining a safe, clean work environment for employees and customers by enforcing company policies regarding potential hazards such as falling objects or dangerous machinery.

5. Cooling Tower & Air Compressor Operator

Qualifications :

• Minimum vocational school (SMK) or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience operating utilities equipment in palm oil or similar industrial setting
• Basic understanding of cooling tower and air compressor systems.
• Ability to read gauges, interpret readings, and follow SOPs.
• Willing to work in shifts and in mill environments.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Placement: Sangkulirang, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate cooling tower and air compressor units according to daily production requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Regularly monitor system parameters such as temperature, pressure, water level, and airflow. Conduct routine inspections to detect abnormalities or potential issues.
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks such as filter cleaning, oil level checks, and belt adjustments. Report any major faults to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs of operating conditions, maintenance activities, and any incidents or downtime.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated in compliance with environmental and occupational health standards.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance teams and production staff to ensure smooth operation and timely response to any issues.
• Monitor water quality in the cooling tower system and report any irregularities to ensure proper chemical dosing and system longevity.
