1. Senior Sales On The Road

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven sales experience in On The Road Unit Dump Truck or commercial vehicle sales, preferably with a focus on Truck Chasis, Dump Truck, Tractor Head.
• Strong knowledge On The Road products
• Passess a customer database related to logistics business operations (Especially for Cilincing Cakung Area)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned territories
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsofy Office applications.
• Fluent in English is a MUST.

2. Performance & Rewards Manager

Job Description :

• Design and administer incentives scheme for sales, compensation structures, including base salary, bonuses, and equity programs.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to rewards and performance (e.g, pay equity, bonus achievement rates, turnover vs. reward alignment
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
• Oversee performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Partner with business leaders to drive organizational change and culture development.
• Design and implement performance management frameworks and tools.
• Coordinate the annual and mid-year performance review process.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Organizational Development. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in handling Sales Scheme, Employee Benefit Design, and Compensation Program

3. Sr. Sales Manager – On The Road Truck

A Job Description :

• Develop strategies for on-the-road truck business development based on market analysis, industry trends, and profit potential.
• Ensure that revenue targets and the product’s contribution to the company’s profitability are achieved.
• Collaborate with the sales team to increase market penetration and sales volume of tractor heads, lorry, and chassis units, etc.
• Collaborate with the finance team to analyze margins, cost structure, and asset capitalization to align with the targeted ROE Company & ROA Customer
• Colaborate with RnD team to ensure that products and business activities comply with on-the-road vehicle industry regulations and safety standards.
• Lead the sales, marketing, and R&D teams in alignment with the ROE and ROA targets expected by the company.
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the sales, marketing, and R&D departments are implemented in accordance with the company’s goals.
• Resolve issues and maintain good relationships with customers and vendors for the on-the-road tractor head product segment.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiar with ROE & ROA formula.
• Understand the logistics industry market and possess a customer database for the logistics transportation segment and have a good relationship with leasing companies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager handling on-the-road truck.
• Experience with containerization and shipping of large equipment or machinery is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations, work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English is a must.

4. Procurement & Inventory SPV

Job Description :

• International Procurement :
• • Purchase Order and Requisition Management for new unit order from customers or sales.
  • Supplier Management – coordinate with external or internal supplier.
  • Parts and Accessories Coordination from sales quotation/po with purchasing department.
  • Track all progress productions of unit and all the costs tied to the production.
• Inventory Management :
  • Inventory Control and Accuracy.
  • Inventory Tracking and Reporting.
  • Stock Level Optimization.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, inventory control, or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills (reporting, data analysis).
• Experience with procurement platforms and inventory optimization tools.
• Fluent in english.

5. RnD Manager

Job Description :

• Identify and develop standardized components applicable across multiple MSI vehicle models.
• Collaborate with the Spare Parts Division for planning, procurement, and inventory efficiency.
• Analyze parts lifecycle and propose replacement or upgrade strategies.
• Identify opportunities and needs for tool development or process improvement to enhance productivity and minimize non-effective working hours (NEWH)
• Design and implement updated SOPs, technical workflows, and service tools. Together with technical department
• Support technician upskilling by contributing to technical training materials.
• Drive productivity and safety improvements in daily service operations.
• Support Design and validate custom-built Special vehicles for mining and industrial use.
• Conduct field testing and performance validation in rugged conditions.
• Conceptualize and develop value-added accessories for MSI products (e.g, Fuel tank guard, Heavy duty filter, brackets for Rig Radio, etc).
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales for customer-fit enhancements.
• Partner with Spare Parts and local vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct testing and validation before integration into the supply chain.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in R&D, technical service, or product development roles.
• Demonstrated analytical and diagnostic skills, particularly in heavy duty and commercial vehicle systems.
• Knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) systems is an advantage.
• Experienced in reviewing engineering drawings and developing accurate, standardized documentation. Prior experience in field testing and validation is highly preferred.
• Possesses a collaborative mindset, with a strong hands-on approach to problem-solving and innovation.
