Lowongan Kerja PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk

1. Senior Geotechnical Engineer (Code: TS – SGE)

Responsibilities :

• Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
• Support Geotechnical and Hydrogeology projects onsite
• Validate data integrity and calculation methodologies, including the calibration of input parameters for geotechnical software
• Integrate geological data into kinematic and slope stability analyses to identify and address potential geotechnical or hydrogeological issues
• Conduct Geotechnical mapping, drilling and logging
• Conduct evaluations on operational production of drilling and blasting and final wall conditions
• Design and execute slope stability monitoring programs, optimizing the capabilities and acknowledging the limitations of various monitoring systems
• Lead and develop the Geotechnical team in equipment installation, data collection, and the maintenance of established databases
• Produce consistent geotechnical reports in strict adherence
• Proactively identify issues, formulate solutions, and execute corrective actions for the team

Qualifications :

• Bachelor or master degree in Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mining Engineering (Geotechnical focus preferred)
• Up to 7 years of experience in mining geotechnics and/or construction earthworks
• Familiar with geotechnical Mining software (Gem4D, Qgis, Rocscience, Leapfrog, Slide 3D, etc.)
• Familiar with QAQC Compaction Process
• Strong fieldwork capability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in pit/construction/Mine areas under various site conditions
• Possess at least POP certification (POM is an advantage)
• Possess valid driving license (SIM A)
• Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Mine site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company

2. Geotechnical Field Foreman (Code: TS – GFF)

Responsibilities :

• Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
• Install monitoring equipment and collect data downloading geotechnical data collected in to established databases
• Assist and lead crew member to conduct data collection, data entry, process, and field monitoring inspection/mapping
• Complete field inspections and associated documentation, in compliance with established procedural controls
• Ensure such of monitoring slope movement (Surface – Subsurface) and ground control as per recommendation geotechnical engineer was applied in the field
• Provide technical input on land clearing, cut-and-fill activities, and earthwork operations to ensure ground stability
• Create a material list and order materials for slope stabilization
• Produce consistent geotechnical reports in strict adherence
• Provide QA/QC embankment compaction on all data collection and setup and maintain the database

Qualifications :

• Minimum high school graduate (higher education on geological engineering, civil engineering or mining engineering with focus on geotechnical, is preferred)
• Up to 7 years of experience in mining geotechnics and/or construction earthworks
• Possess knowledge in geotechnical field investigation and basic geotechnical design principles
• Familiarity with MS Office and electrical maintenance is an advantage
• Strong fieldwork capability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Possess valid driving license (SIMA)
• Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Mine site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company

3. Senior Mine Planning Engineer (Code: TS – SMPE)

Responsibilities :

• Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
• Prepare parameter of all planning aspects required for reliable and optimized life of mine planning schedule and designs
• Provide the life of mine plan
• Run iterative optimization process with constraints to maximize the economic value mineral reserves
• Equipment schedule and calculation as per scheduled requirements
• Provide LOM plan and schedule for quarterly forecast, annual budget, and mine plan studies with timely manner
• Provide mining fleet requirement calculation for quarterly forecast, annual budget, and mine plan studies with timely manner
• Develop ultimate pit design, pit stages design, ultimate waste dump stages design, ore stockpile design, haul road design
• Assist and provide documents preparation for RKAB such as actual production data, mine physicals, and maps
• Assist and provide documents preparation for FS & AMDAL; such as actual production data, mine physicals, and maps
• Lease with Geotechnical to ensure all parameter design development
• Lease with Geo-Hydro for water management plan

Qualifications :

• Bachelor of Mining Engineering
• Minimum 3 years on same position or 8 years on mine planning for overall
• Experience in Gold Mining and as Mine planning
• Strong understanding of LOM (Life of Mine) development, mine scheduling, fleet calculation, and production forecasting
• Strong proficiency in mine planning software such as Whittle, Minesight, Micromine, Vulcan, Surpac, or equivalent
• Skilled in pit optimization, ultimate & staged pit design, waste dump and stockpile design, and haul road design
• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and problem-solving ability
• Familiar with mine operations cost drivers, equipment capacity, and budgeting process
• Experience preparing documents for RKAB, Feasibility Study (FS), AMDAL, and regulatory submissions
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification is an advantage
• Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Mine site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company

4. Asset Protection Supervisor (Code: CSR – APS)

Responsibilities :

• Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
• Implement the National Vital Objects Security System (SMP OBVITNAS) at the Pani Gold Mine site
• Ensure that all company assets, both movable and immovable including employees are fully protected
• Coordinate and collaborate with state security forces (TNI-Polri) to maintain an effective security system
• Ensure there are no operational disruptions caused by security issues from internal or external parties, whether individuals, groups, or third parties
• Ensure that the delivery of production outputs is carried out according to plan and in compliance with security procedures
• Provide procedure for security management system, investigation, Risk Management, SMP (Security Management System) System
• Audit and Security Electronic System (CCTV and Drone Patrol)
• Support social issue handling and assessment to make recommendation for conflict solution in less then a year

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in security operations and have held the sampe position for at least 5 years
• Experience working in Obyek Vital Nasional (OBVITNAS) environment or mining industry is a strong advantage
• Proven experience collaborating with TNI-Polri and government security agencies
• Strong knowledge of Sistem Pengamanan Obyek Vital Nasional (SMP OBVITNAS) and relevant government regulations
• Ability to manage and implement security risk assessments, emergency response, and incident handling
• Skilled in planning and coordinating asset protection, secure transport of production materials, and access control systems
• Familiarity with security technologies (CCTV, monitoring systems, access control, perimeter security)
• Capable of analyzing security threats, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing mitigation strategies
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments, external partners, TNI-Polri, and emergency response units
• Excellent decision-making skills, especially in high-risk or emergency situations
• Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Mine site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company
