Lowongan Kerja Magang PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk

1. ADR Operation Superintendent (Code: PRO – ADRS)

Requirements :

• Background in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Process Engineering is preferred; or extensive operational experience in gold ADR plant system
• Minimum 8 years of experience in gold processing with at least 3-5 years in gold ADR plant operations
• Strong understanding of adsorption-desorption-electrowinning (ADR) circuits and carbon handling practices
• Familiar with Indonesian regulation of cyanide safety and ICMI cyanide code compliance
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally with related department
• Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Project site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company

Role and Responsibilities :

• Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of ADR plant
• Lead and foster safe work practices, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Lead and coordinate with engineering and vendor teams to close punch lists and ensure design compliance
• Responsible for development and review of SOPs, checklists, and emergency response procedures
• Responsible in budgeting, production forecasting, and cost control for the ADR circuit
• Responsible in availability and reliability of ADR plant equipment in collaboration with maintenance teams
• Manage and develop and all ADR personnel including training and competency assessments
• Work Location : Pani Gold Project, Gorontalo

2. Environment Manager

Job Description :

• Ensure compliance with national and local environmental regulations and maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in the mining industry.
• Manage the development and implementation of the environmental management system based on ISO 14001:2015 Standard.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential environmental impacts of mining activities, fostering a culture that upholds sustainability, CSR, and human rights.
• Oversee environmental monitoring programs (air, water, soil, biodiversity) and manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for environmental concerns and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver environmental programs on site and in the community.
• Facilitate communication and reporting on environmental performance to all stakeholders, and develop and conduct related training programs.
• Develop and manage the budget for environmental programs and initiatives, identifying funding opportunities.
• Stay current with industry trends and lead initiatives to improve the environmental performance of Pani Gold Project mining operations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (LEED, ISO 14001) is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in environmental management, with at least 5 years in a management role, within the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
• Strong knowledge of Equator Principles and performance standards.
• Proficiency in environmental software and tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address community-related environmental challenges.
• Willing to be placed in Gorontal Site.

3. Project Metallurgist – Pyrite Project

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, and support metallurgy and process definition of Tujuh Bukit Copper -Pyrite upstream and downstream project from development to operation.
• Assist TB Copper Met Manager/GM in flowsheet development/optimisation/new technology/product quality.
• File all testwork data in easily accessible manner.
• Provide data analysis to the generated data.
• Responsible in metallurgy sample selection for testwork program.
• Arrange and manage sample handling domestic and international.
• Support other depts, i.e. external affair and company initiatives such as carbon footprint reduction and tailing disposition permitting.
• Develop and lead of Jr metallurgist(s)/process engineer(s).
• Update Mining and Geoscience team with the testwork result.
• Coordinate with Wetar Growth Project on the synergy of Tujuh Bukit and Wetar project (one downstream flowsheet, etc).
• Manage and monitor consultants’ deliverables and contracts.
• Prepare draft of yearly budget.
• Lead cost reduction initiative programs (i.e. conduct testing inhouse).
• Collect and make a database of relevant regulations.

Requirements :

• Demonstrated a minimum of 5 years working experience in similar industry.
• Mandatory :
  • Flotation, roasting and hydrometallurgy laboratory testwork understanding.
  • Flotation, roasting and hydrometallurgy flowsheet development.
  • Good understanding in permitting process for flotation operation and tailing disposition.
  • Experience in plant operation.
  • Good network with labs and equipment vendors.
  • Team leading skills.
  • Project delivery/execution in tight deadline.
  • Data analysis by CANCHA or ORANGE.
  • Ability to use LEAPFROG software.

4. Strategic Sourcing Officer

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering major
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in Supply Chain Management
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Job Description :

• Analyze the user requirement in term of technical specifications, quality, and budget to carry out appropriate procurement activities.
• Analyze the commercial and technical aspects of the received proposals to achieve cost efficiency accordance with the budget allocation.
• Managing administrative processes of procuring to meet the quality and time according to needs.
• Analyze vendor specialization & performance.
• Perform continuous improvement on the procurement function.
