Perusahaan ini bekerja sama dengan beberapa merek ternama seperti Shantui dan Maximus dari Tiongkok, serta menggunakan mesin dari SDEC (Shanghai Diesel Engine Corporation) dan sensor dari MOBA, Jerman. Lowongan Kerja PT Maximus Indo Asia
1. Sales Unit alat berat
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in construction, mining, agriculture, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.
- Promote and sell heavy equipment units (e.g., excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes, etc.).
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction & identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on leads, quotations, and pending deals.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate machinery based on their needs and budget.
- Prepare and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Stay updated on technical specifications and features of all products.
- Provide equipment demonstrations or coordinate demo sessions with the technical team.
- Educate clients on machine capabilities, ROI, and after-sales services.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and financing options with clients.
- Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Additional training in sales, marketing, or technical equipment is a plus.
- 2-5+ years of sales experience in the heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial machinery sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of heavy machinery types, applications, and performance metrics.

3. Sales Sparepart Engineer
Requirement:
- Minimum D3/S1 in all major
- Having minimum 2 year experience as Sales/Marketing in Heavy Equipment
- Have excellent analytical, negotiation, as well as communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (ACTIVE), both verbal and written
- Placement: Tangerang /Jambi/Pekanbaru /Pontianak /Banjarmasin/Tamiang layang
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities
- Achieve the monthly set target
- Introduce products to customers, follow their inquiries and all sales activities related of spare parts and maintenance contracts
- Prepare and submit periodical reports to supervisor/manager
4. SPV After Sales Service
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in after-sales service, maintenance, or product support, preferably in the heavy equipment, mining, or construction industry.
- Experience supervising field service teams or workshops is required.
- Strong technical knowledge of Heavy Equipment systems (hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, engine).
- Experience handling equipment brands such as Shantui, Sunward is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical ability and customer-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
- High integrity and commitment to quality and safety.
- Capable of working independently and leading a team under pressure.
- Willing to travel and be assigned to remote job sites as required.
- Working Placement in Office Branch Jambi / Pekanbaru / Pontianak / Banjarmasin/Tamiang Layang
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate after-sales service operations, including preventive maintenance, field service, and workshop activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and service schedules to ensure timely support for customers.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance to service engineers and technicians.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service quality and responsiveness.
- Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure the availability of spare parts for maintenance and repair.
- Review and verify service reports, warranty claims, and maintenance records.
- Analyze service performance indicators (MTBF, downtime, turnaround time) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure all after-sales activities comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Sales to provide feedback for product improvement and customer insights
5. Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Requirement:
- Min 2 years of experience in relevant field [Heavy Equipment)
- Minimum SMK/SMA.
- Understand troubleshooting, basic machine inspection,. periodic service, overhaul, remove and install components, and heavy equipment maintenance.
- Have driving license A or C.
- Placement : Tangerang/Banjarmasin/Tamiang layang
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out preventive maintenance on heavy equipment such as Wheel Loaders, Bull Dozers, Excavators, Farm Tractors, so on.
- Carry out repairs to broken down units in yards and project locations
- Document all maintenance and repair activities and report to superiors
6. Procurement (Spare PartsJ
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 1 years of experience in procurement.
- Experience in spare parts procurement for heavy equipment (e.g., mining, construction, forestry) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and spare parts cataloging.
- Familiar with procurement software (Odoo or other ERP systems).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of inventory control and supply chain principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement team for spare parts.
- Source and negotiate with vendors for the best quality, price, and delivery time.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with approved suppliers and evaluate vendor performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of spare parts to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, documentation, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for proper storage and inventory tracking.
