Perusahaan ini bekerja sama dengan beberapa merek ternama seperti Shantui dan Maximus dari Tiongkok, serta menggunakan mesin dari SDEC (Shanghai Diesel Engine Corporation) dan sensor dari MOBA, Jerman. Selain menyediakan unit baru, PT Maximus Indo Asia juga menawarkan layanan after-sales service secara menyeluruh untuk memastikan setiap produk tetap andal, siap pakai, dan beroperasi dalam kondisi optimal.

Lowongan Kerja PT Maximus Indo Asia
1. Management Trainee
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field), Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines.
- Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
- GPA ≥ 3.00 (scale 4.00) or equivalent.
- Strong interest in the heavy equipment, mining, or construction industry.
- Good understanding of basic business and engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office [Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Willing to be assigned to various locations, including remote sites.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
- Leadership potential with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong integrity, discipline, and teamwork spirit.
- Resilient under pressure and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training and job rotation program across various departments (Sales, Service, Parts, Operations, Procurement, Finance, etc.).
- Gain hands-on experience in heavy equipment operations, maintenance, supply chain, and customer service.
- Assist in project coordination, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support senior managers in developing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Learn and apply company policies, safety standards, and compliance procedures.
- Conduct market analysis, product studies, and performance monitoring as assigned during rotations.
- Participate in mentoring sessions, performance evaluations, and leadership development activities.
- Prepare periodic progress reports and presentations to management.
- Demonstrate commitment to learning and contribute innovative ideas for business improvement.
2. Unit Sales
Requirement:
- Identify and target potential customers in construction, mining, agriculture, logistics, and infrastructure sectors
- Promote and sell heavy equipment units (e.g., excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes, etc.).
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction & identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on leads, quotations, and pending deals.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate machinery based on their needs and budget.
- Prepare and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Stay updated on technical specifications and features of all products.
- Provide equipment demonstrations or coordinate demo sessions with the technical team.
- Educate clients on machine capabilities, ROL, and after-sales services.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and financing options with clients.
- Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Additional training in sales, marketing, or technical equipment is a plus.
- 2-5+ years of sales experience in the heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial machinery sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of heavy machinery types, applications, and performance metrics.
- Ability to read equipment specifications and explain technical features to clients.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to tailor solutions based on customer needs and budgets
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits
- Willing to be placed anywhere
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office [Excel, PowerPoint).

3. Sales Sparepart Engineer
Requirement:
- Minimum D3/S1 in all major
- Having minimum 1 year experience as Sales/Marketing in Heavy Equipment
- Have excellent analytical, negotiation, as well as communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (ACTIVE), both verbal and written
- Placement: Kota Tangerang/Tamiang Layang/Makassar
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities
- Achieve the monthly set target
- Introduce products to customers, follow their inquiries and all sales activities related of spare parts and maintenance contracts
- Prepare and submit periodical reports to supervisor/manager
