Lowongan Kerja – PT Kao Indonesia berdiri pada 18 Januari 1985 dengan sebuah visi menjadi perusahaan yang paling memahami dan dekat di hati konsumen dan pelanggan. Dalam memproduksi produk-produk berkualitas untuk konsumen, Saat ini PT Kao Indonesia memiliki dua fasilitas produksi di Cikarang dan Karawang serta Logistic Center.
Grup Kao mengembangkan bisnis produk konsumennya dalam empat bidang bisnis, yaitu: Hygiene and Living Care, Health and Beauty Care, Life Care, dan Cosmetics. Dalam Bidang Bisnis Kimia, kami mengembangkan berbagai macam rangkaian produk yang dapat memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan industri. 1. Area Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Develop sales activity plan, implement and monitor the details per annum / quarterly / monthly/weekly.
  • Lead, coach and direct salesman to achieve sales target.

Job requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are encourages to apply.
  • Have pleasant personality, good communication skill, and strong leadership.
  • Have good command in English and Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Challenge achieve target, creative, able to work under pressure and independent.
  • Have driving license (SIM A).
  • Placement: Solo, Surabaya.
  • Willing to travel and to be placed all over Indonesia.

 

2. E-commerce Marketing Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze Business Intelligence data to understand digital shopper’s behavior.
  • Explore new ideas and insight to develop E-Commerce retail communication.
  • Handle E-Commerce merchandising concept to develop shopping journey.
  • Develop business strategy with E-Commerce customer.
  • Support implementation for delivering E-Commerce shopper experience.
  • Execute SEM, SEO & display ads related campaign.

Job requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or Engineering.
  • Having 3 years experiences in related field.
  • Excellent in analytical thinking and reporting skill to present insight concisely.
  • Have willingness to learn and creative thinking.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite), and have excellent presentation and proactive communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiar with platform and website analytical tools (Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, etc.)
  • Detail oriented person who passionate about quality and enthusiast about innovation.

 

3. Livestream And Video Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct video shooting and editing mainly for Livestreaming & video content.
  • Manage studio property & setting to reach the expected quality for engaging communication purposes.
  • Taking a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications.
  • Reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
  • Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from production to the post-production process.
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Job requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • At least 1 year of work experience as a Video Editor or conduct video livestream.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Understand Tik Tok and other e-commerce, including its algorithm.
  • Having experience in editing footage with beauty products for Tik Tok.
  • Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages.
  • Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing on Tik Tok.
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills.

 

4. E-commerce Creative Visual Merchandising Designer

Responsibilities :

  • Develop Online store visual merchandising concept & design (branding & POSM).
  • Illustrate concept as needed prior to final design.
  • Planning seasonal promotion design to support the sales team to increase sales, engagement, & brand awareness through online & offline channel.
  • Join visual merchandising study/research to evaluate the actual visual merchandising performance & also to evaluate new prototype in order to create better visual merchandising impact.
  • Assist e-commerce sales team to develop special product image & layout material for social media, ecommerce platform.
  • Create concept & standardized visual communication throughout online media to deliver the right message to user & shoppers.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree (S1) with Major in Visual Communication Design/Graphic Design/Advertising or Media/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome but minimum 1 year of experience in online FMCG/retail design/content development would be preferred.
  • Required skill: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop (Priority), Digitallmaging, & Blender (3D).
  • Able to create design while maintain brand identity.
  • Animation-Adobe Flash & After Effect (AE), photography skill capability, & UI/UX understanding would be preferred.
  • Video content creation development & creative concept experience is preferred.
  • Superb in visual communication related design concept development.
  • Teamwork person, good in interpersonal skill/communication.

 

5. Brand Excutive

Responsibilities :

  • Execute & monitor brand activity & campaign (ATL, BTL, Digital).
  • Manage partner (Agency, vendor, EO).
  • Create brand & competitor report & analysis.
  • Visit to monitor & understanding real market situation.

Job requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Ms. Office (excel, words, power point).
  • Ability to think creatively and innovative.
  • Proactive attitude and adherence to deadlines.
  • Excellent in numerical skills.
  • Analytical minded, effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

 

6. Product Development Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for planning and implementing all product development activities (exploration stage regarding new products ideas and concepts, product development including design specifications until product
  • manufacturing and product launch).
  • Analyze and research to identify new business opportunities and trends for develop new product.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies in product development.
  • Collaborate with manager in the process of developing product development plan, budget, and schedule.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • Having minimal 1-2 years experiences in business development, product development, or FMCG.
  • Having knowledge about skincare product is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Strong analytical dan problem solving skills.
  • Good communication dan teamwork skills.

 

7. Legal Compliance Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring activities on several business process to ensure compliance to the regulatory requirements and business code of conduct.
  • Sharing and conducting activity related to the company ethics value.
  • Ensuring licenses or permits and government report are processed in a timely manner.
  • Preparing legal documentation or other legal products to support business activities.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • Having good knowledge and skill related to company ethics, legal permit, legal documentation and OSS System (Online Single Submission).
  • At least having 1 year legal professional experience.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Good communication, working attitude, and good interpersonal skill.
  • Able to work multitask, under any work situation, independently and collaboratively.

 

8. Marketing Research Field Leader

Responsibilities :

  • As a Project Leader handling marketing research in field (preparing project such as budgeting, conducting quality control on respondents and setting target, and reporting to Research Executive).
  • Supervise and organize the daily work of interviewer.
  • Scheduling research and interview.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree (D3) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or having 1 year experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Understandingof simpleprogramming languages.
  • Have good command in English.
  • Strong leadership skills and good personal skills

 

9. Payroll Executive

Responsibilities :

  • To control, check, process of payroll, make payroll report and fringe benefit (BPJS, Medical, etc.)
  • Responsible for processing the monthly payroll and overtime.
  • To control and check manufacturing cost related HCD budget.
  • Maintain payroll administration and payroll system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, labor law, taxes.
  • Involve with HCD activity related General Affair.
  • Able to maintain the confidentially of all employee information and payroll records.

Job requirements :

  • Candidate are required from Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate in Finance, Accounting, Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of payroll experience (Payroll processing, Tax calculation – PpH 21), but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Have a strong knowledge of payroll regulations.
  • Have a good communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and with many parts or section.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and payroll software.
  • Willing to work in Cikarang Factory.
