Dalam memproduksi produk-produk berkualitas untuk konsumen, Saat ini PT Kao Indonesia memiliki dua fasilitas produksi di Cikarang dan Karawang serta Logistic Center.
Grup Kao mengembangkan bisnis produk konsumennya dalam empat bidang bisnis, yaitu: Hygiene and Living Care, Health and Beauty Care, Life Care, dan Cosmetics. Dalam Bidang Bisnis Kimia, kami mengembangkan berbagai macam rangkaian produk yang dapat memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan industri. Lowongan Kerja PT Kao Indonesia
1. Area Sales Supervisor (Solo, Surabaya)
Responsibilities
- Develop sales activity plan, implement and monitor the details per annum / quarterly / monthly /weekly.
- Lead, coach and direct salesman to achieve sales target.
Persyaratan :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are encourages to apply.
- Have pleasant personality, good communication skill, and strong leadership.
- Have good command in English and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Challenge achieve target, creative, able to work under pressure and independent.
- Have driving license (SIM A).
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
- Willing to attend the selection process in Solo or Surabaya branch.
- Placement: Solo, Surabaya.
2. E-commerce Marketing Executive
Responsibilities :
- Analyze Business Intelligence data to understand digital shopper’s behavior.
- Explore new ideas and insight to develop E-Commerce retail communication.
- Handle E-Commerce merchandising concept to develop shopping journey.
- Develop business strategy with E-Commerce customer.
- Support implementation for delivering E-Commerce shopper experience.
- Execute SEM, SEO & display ads related campaign.
Job requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or Engineering.
- Having 1 year experiences in related field.
- Excellent in analytical thinking and reporting skill to present insight concisely.
- Have willingness to learn and creative thinking.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite), and have excellent presentation and proactive communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiar with platform and website analytical tools (Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, etc.)
- Detail oriented person who passionate about quality and enthusiast about innovation.
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
3. Brand Excutive
Responsibilities :
- Execute & monitor brand activity & campaign (ATL, BTL, Digital).
- Manage partner (Agency, vendor, EO).
- Create brand & competitor report & analysis.
- Visit to monitor & understanding real market situation.
Job requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
- Fluent in Ms. Office (excel, words, power point).
- Ability to think creatively and innovative.
- Proactive attitude and adherence to deadlines.
- Excellent in numerical skills.
- Analytical minded, effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
4. Business Analyst – Channel Marketing Development
Responsibilities :
- Assist to develop channel strategy align with brand strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-function to get insight and generate ideas.
- Create channel and category activities, also handle the evaluation.
- Control channel spending and ensure effective investment.
Job requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferably candidates with 1 year experience in related field.
- Strong analytical skill and creative thinking, presentation and proactive communication skills as well as excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesia.
- Has ability turning data into insight.
- Computer literacy to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etc.
5. Compensation And Benefit Executive
Responsibilities :
- Oversee payroll processes in alignment with the company’s compensation and benefits strategy (include about wage standards, and salary concepts).
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies systems and procedures aligned with company objectives and industry competitiveness.
- Manage and oversee HR-related databases, including HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and time attendance systems.
- Knowledgeable about labor laws and other regulations related to employment, also PPH 21.
- Develop and implement the concept of grading systems and the mechanism for their creation.
- Manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Job requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Compensation benefits, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- English is preferred,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and capable of providing data reports.
- Accustomed to operating, verifying, and monitoring large amounts of data.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
6. Merchandising Service Executive
Responsibilities :
- Execute merchandising plan (allocation, delivery, installation, analyse).
- Handle any project from sales team that related with merchandising activities.
- Manage people allocation to optimize store coverage.
- Monitoring and analyse merchandising and people performance by doing store visit.
- Working closely with third party company and its member to have expected merchandisingservices.
- Perform periodic business review with third party company for better performance
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree’s in Engineering, Marketing, and equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related position, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills with an orientation to people.
- Capable of working effectively as a team player in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and English (both written & verbal) is required.
- Proactive, independent, agile and strong follow up skills.
7. Payroll Executive
Responsibilities :
- To control, check, process of payroll, make payroll report and fringe benefit (BPJS, Medical, etc.)
- Responsible for processing the the monthly payroll and overtime.
- To control check and check manufacturing cost related with HCD Budget.
- Maintain payroll administration and payroll system.
- Ensure compliance with company policy, labour law, taxes.
- Involve with HCD activity related General Affair.
- Able to maintain the confidentially of all employee information and payroll records.
Job requirements :
- Candidate are required from Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
- At least 2 years of payroll experience (Payroll processing, Tax calculation – PpH 21), fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Have a strong knowledge of payroll regulations.
- Have a good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and with many parts or section.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and payroll software.
- Effective communication skills, written, oral, listening and basic communication in English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang (Kawasan Industri Jababeka Cikarang).
8. Key Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales in key account.
- Monitor implementation of POP Objective.
- Manage AR and administration related with account activity.
Job requirements
- Candidate must possess at least having a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing.
- Having at least one year experience in key account management but fresh graduate still welcome to apply.
- Good character & strong communication skill, fluent in English.
- Challenge achieve target.
- Creative and proactive.
- Having driving license (SIM A)
