Lowongan Kerja PT Carsurin Tbk

1. Technician

Requirement :

• Minimum D3 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience as a technician.
• Experience in Lab equipment maintenance and repair, Genset, Air Compressor, and Dust Collector.
• Understanding of mass and temperature calibration.
• Familiar with SAP/ERP Plant Maintenance operation.
• Proficient in computer operations (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Work Location: Medan & Palembang Branch.

Responsibilities :

• Execute scheduled/preventive maintenance processes
• Perform unscheduled/corrective maintejance as required
• Equipment calibration
• Manage projects related to equipment maintenance
• Ensure spare part availability in the Laboratory
• Ensure quality and accuracy in all preventive, corrective, and calibration processes

2. Surveyor Petrochem

Requirement :

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably from Petroleum Engineering / Naval Architecture / Natural Science (MIPA).
• Preferably minimum 1 year of working experiences as Surveyor (Petrochem) in a related field, especially from Mining / Survey Inspection Industries.
• Experienced in surveyor’s tasks (preparation, survey activity, reporting, etc).
• Familiar with ISO / IEC 17020, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Able to work under pressure, neat and good interpersonal skills.
• High integrity, willing to learn and good communication.
• Work Location : Dumai & Gresik, East Java.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to conduct survey regarding to all Carsurin services.
• Create and ensure the validity of survey reports.
• Complaint handling and able to implement safety working procedure.
• Ensure to all operational tools management.

3. Field & Laboratory Monitoring Officer

Requirement :

• Possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or any related major.
• Fresh graduates with a good potential skill are welcome to apply.
• Preferably minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Familiar with Agriculture, Petrochem, or Mining industry will be an advantage.
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Work location : Kendari & Morowali Branch.

Responsibilities :

• Working Process Improvement.
• Operational Performance Monitoring.
• Creating any job report with internal systems.
• Operational Tools Monitoring and Financial Monitoring.
• Completing administration duties.

4. Laboratory Analyst

Requirement :

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or any related major.
• Fresh graduates with good analytical skills are welcome to apply.
• Preferably minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Familiar with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Have a good understanding on the wet analysis testing and instrument analysis principle such as AAS, ICPOES, Sulfur analyzer and especially for XRF instrument.
• Perform teamwork spirit, good communication skills and fast-paced.
• Work location : Sofifi, Halmahera (North Maluku).

Responsibilities :

• Implementation of SNI ISO/IEC 17025 : 2017 in the laboratory.
• Conduct testing and analysis of any samples with the following procedure.
• Documents control and making a report to Laboratory Supervisor.
• Implementation of the Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in the laboratory.
• QHSE Compliance and supporting additional tasks.

5. General Affairs Officer

Requirement :

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 year of working experiences in a General Affairs is required.
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces, Administration.
• Detail-oriented, perform teamwork spirit and good negotiation skills.
• Work location : Kolaka Branch.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure business environment neat and tidy (housekeeping).
• Manage building management and maintenance (including furniture).
• Organizing staff and functions related: office boy / office girl, driver, messenger, security.
• Manage vehicle management (service schedule, vehicle tax payment, dill)
• Organizing vehicle / operational car.
• Manage electricity management, water, telephone, office / car rent.
• Manage payment related to water, electricity, AT, pantry, housekeeping or other miscellaneous expenses.
• Reserve accommodation employee business trip (including hotel, ticketing, mess, room rental/kost).

6. Head of Field Operation

Requirement :

• Possess Bachelors Degree in Naval Architecture or ANT/ATT-2.
• Minimum 5 year of experiences as Surveyor Nickel & Mineral/Coordinator/Supervisor, preferably in the same industry.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and independently or in a team.
• Work Location: Pontianak Branch.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure that all operations activities are executed on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Identify and address operational problems and inefficiencies.
• Manage daily operations tasks, such as maintain safety and work environment, report work conditions or unsafe work behavior, and following daily briefing/huddling.
• Complaint handling and ensuring the timeliness & actual use of operational cost.
• Develop and maintain operational processes and workflows to ensure resources and the application of all SOP also EWI in field work such as sampling, survey, and inspection, and able to validate the Surveyor / Inspection report also implement SNI ISO / IEC 17020 & 17025 for Quality Management Systems.

7. GIS Specialist

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geodetic Engineering or Geography.
• 2-3 years of experience working as a GIS Support / Specialist / Data Surveyor / Survey Drafter.
• Advance in GIS Software & Survey / Cut & Fill Software.
• Advance in Photogrammetry & Lidar Processing.
• Drone Pilot Certification from Kementrian Perhubungan.
• Having knowledge in Programming is a plus.
• Good analytical, problem solving, communication, and cooperative.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Work Location: Head Office, West Jakarta.

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for UAV-related GIS data, mapping, reporting, and required platform/software processing tools to ensure the effective generation of GIS databases for UAV business purposes.
• Present spatial data, conduct analysis, and manage technical aspects of data exchange (export-import data) to and from the platform, including data manipulation for internal UV division and customer requirements to produce customized data outputs.
• Coordinate with customers to address technical issues and provide optimal solutions to their challenges.
• Coordinate with the sales team and offer technical assistance to handle customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting their technical needs,
• Responsible for customer success to retain and upsell existing clients.
