Lowongan Kerja – PT Cahaya Power Indonesia anak perusahaan PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. PT Cahaya Power Indonesia, bergerak di bidang instalasi PLTS Atap dengan teknologi terkini yang dapat meningkatkan kapasitas terpasang pada area yang sama, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi biaya pemasangan, pengoperasian, dan pemeliharaan PLTS Atap yang terpasang.

1. Sales & Marketing – Jakarta Office

Job overview :

  • Responsible for sales and marketing strategy, planning, and offering products to customers.
  • Responsible for all administrative work related sales and marketing.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams, seek and meet with potential customers, provide after-sales services service including courtesy calls and site visit, and stay updated on renewable and solar PV news and marketing.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Have 8 years of experience in the same/ related position at Solar Business Industry.
  • Understanding of renewable energy business process especially solar business.
  • Understanding sales and marketing strategy concepts and stakeholders engagement methods and process.
  • In-depth knowledge of Solar PV product, equipment, designed & installation process,
  • Sound knowledge of government laws and regulations particularly related to mining industry.
  • Strong analytical thinking and administrative skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Proficient in English (writing, speaking and reading).

2. Project Administration – Jakarta Office

Job Overview :

  • Encompasses various administrative responsibilities related to sales and marketing.
  • These duties include coordinating with both internal and external teams, managing document processes, invoicing payment processing, and procurement requests.
  • The position also involves overseeing contract agreement processes, performing financial and data analysis, and providing updates on market information.
  • Furthermore, the role encompasses creating sales offer proposals, generating summary reports, and monitoring payment invoice progress.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management/ Finance/ Accounting or related major.
  • Have 4 years of experience in project administration/ sales administration/ procurement or related position at Solar Business Industry is preferred.
  • Understanding of renewable energy business process especially solar business.
  • Strong analytical thinking and administrative skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Proficient in English (writing, speaking and reading).

 

3. Engineering – Jakarta Office

Job Overview :

  • Planning, delivering, managing, and monitoring all elements of Engineering & Operation works, activities, and teams, encompassing engineering design, process, operations, and maintenance of projects.
  • In addition, it’s crucial to ensure Engineering & Operation aspects and support align with the Company’s business strategy, objectives, and targets, and comply with the relevant regulations, HSE, quality, quantity, cost, and budget constraints.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Have 10 years of experience in engineering or project management at Renewable Energy business especially Solar Business is preferred.
  • Understanding of renewable energy business process especially solar business.
  • Strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Proficient in English (writing, speaking and reading).
