Lowongan Kerja – PT BREXA Raya Indonesia (BREXA Indonesia) adalah perusahaan jasa sumber daya manusia yang beroperasi di Indonesia dan merupakan bagian dari BREXA Holdings asal Jepang. Perusahaan ini telah berdiri sejak Oktober 1995 dan pada 1 Oktober 2025 resmi berganti nama dari PT OS Selnajaya Indonesia menjadi PT BREXA Raya Indonesia sebagai bagian dari strategi penguatan merek dan pengembangan bisnis secara global. BREXA Indonesia berkantor pusat di Jakarta Pusat serta memiliki jaringan kantor cabang di beberapa kota besar di Indonesia.

BREXA Indonesia bergerak di bidang layanan ketenagakerjaan dan HR services, meliputi penyaluran tenaga kerja ke Jepang, rekrutmen dan penempatan tenaga kerja di dalam negeri, dukungan layanan bisnis seperti pengelolaan SDM, legalitas, pelatihan, serta pengenalan tenaga kerja asing. Lowongan Kerja PT BREXA Raya Indonesia

 

 

1. Quality Controller – Fashion Accessories (Headwear)

Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily Quality Control operations to ensure production quality meets customer requirements
  • Conduct daily inline and final inspections, including reporting
  • Update order status and quality-related reports
  • Perform quality checks based on QC manuals and technical guidelines
  • Review reference samples and provide quality feedback
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules
  • Collect and distribute inspection reports from factories and third-party inspectors
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and report to the QA Manager

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Controller in knitted garments / accessories (or related technical degree / diploma holders are welcome)
  • Experience in woven caps, knitted hats, or headwear accessories is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good color perception and normal visual health
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Willing to work at a factory in Subang with occasional travel

 

2. Japanese Interpreter (Production)

Responsibilities :

  • Provide verbal interpretation between Japanese and Indonesian during daily work activities, including meetings, team coordination, and production-related discussions
  • Translate spoken and written communication for internal and external purposes
  • Assist in translating written materials such as emails, reports, and production-related documents while ensuring accuracy, context, and original meaning
  • Support smooth communication between Japanese management and local teams on the production floor

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields, preferably Japanese Language or related studies
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in spoken and written Japanese and Indonesian
  • JLPT N2 or higher is an advantage and indicates strong Japanese language proficiency
  • Proficient in computer and office applications (word processing, email, and related tools)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of Japanese culture and work ethics is a plus
  • Willing to work in a production / factory environment in Karawang

 

3. Mandarin Interpreter (Sales Department)

Responsibilities :

  • Provide verbal and written interpretation between Indonesian and Mandarin
  • Support communication in the Sales Department during meetings and daily operations
  • Assist with sales-related tasks during idle time (candidates who are willing to learn sales activities are highly welcomed)
  • Translate written materials such as emails, reports, and sales documents while maintaining accuracy and context

Requirements :

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3)
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) – mandatory
  • Minimum HSK Level 4 or higher
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Highly motivated and willing to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attitude and professional personality
  • Experience in Steel Center / steel-related industry is preferred

 

4. Front Office Staff (Japanese Speaker)

Job Description :

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally
  • Receive, respond to, and follow up on emails in a timely and polite manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service operations
  • Maintain proper records of calls, emails, and customer interactions
  • Support daily front office and administrative activities as required

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from Hospitality / Hotel Management background
  • Hold JLPT minimum N3
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service is preferred
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented, well-organized, and professional
  • Willing to stay and work in Cikarang area
  • Willing to work in shift schedule
  • Placement: Cikarang

 

5. Accounting Assistant Supervisor

Job Description :

  • Record daily financial transactions accurately
  • Create and maintain accounting journals
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
  • Conduct bank and cash reconciliations
  • Systematically archive and manage financial documents
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Input and manage data in ERP systems (SAP, Accurate, HIRS, etc.)
  • Prepare tax documents (PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT)
  • Support the implementation of ISO 14001 & IATF in the accounting function

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (3 years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation and related regulations
  • Brevet Tax Certification A & B or other relevant accounting training is an advantage
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or auditing
  • Experience as a team leader or managing a small team is a plus
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
  • Proficient in preparing financial statements
  • Experienced in using accounting software / ERP systems (HIRS, Accurate, SAP, etc.)
  • Understanding of budgeting control and cost management is an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of PSAK is preferred

6. Sales & Marketing Staff

Job Description :

  • Handle Sales & Marketing activities for mining industry products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with mining industry clients
  • Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to support sales activities
  • Willing to travel as required for business needs

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or related field
  • Minimum age 30 years old
  • Minimum 3 years of proven Sales & Marketing experience in the mining industry
  • Willing to travel when required
  • Hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A)
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Excellent organizational, time management, discipline, and communication skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Placement: Karawang

 

7. Pre Project Staff

Job Description:

  • Review RFQs and clarify project scope with internal teams
  • Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Purchasing departments
  • Support Sales team in preparing technical proposals

Requirements :

  • Minimum education S1 in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy Engineering
  • Fresh graduates are welcome for Staff Level positions
  • Placement: Cikarang
