Salah satu ciri khas PT Bornoe Pasifik Global adalah kepemilikan izin IUP OPK (Izin Usaha Pertambangan Operasi Produksi Khusus) di tiga provinsi: Sumatera Selatan, Kalimantan Selatan, dan Kalimantan Timur. Izin tersebut memberikan kewenangan kepada perusahaan untuk melakukan kegiatan pertambangan yang operasional dan produktif di wilayah tertentu.

Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.
Lowongan Kerja PT Borneo Pasifik Global
1. HRGA Superintendent
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role within the mining industry.
- Strong understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, industrial relations, training, performance management, and general affairs.
- Hands-on experience in managing industrial relations matters, including dispute handling, disciplinary process, and communication with labor unions.
- Familiar with Indonesian labor law, BPJS procedures, and employment-related compliance.
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage cross-functional coordination, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and accountable in delivering results.
2. General Affairs Supervisor
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a General Affairs role within the mining industry.
- Proven experience in handling site-based GA operations, including catering coordination, vehicle maintenance, mess facility oversight, asset management, and office supply needs.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, able to work closely with internal teams and external vendors.
- Disciplined, organized, and able to respond quickly to operational issues in a fast-moving field environment.
3. Health Safety Environment
Requirements :
- Minimum D3 (Diploma) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, SMKP implementation, and safety regulations relevant to site operations.
- Understanding of Mining Safety Management System (SMKP); auditor certification is a plus.
- Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively in the field.
- Certified in General K3 by the Ministry of Manpower (Disnaker)
4. Supply Chain Management
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or Business Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in the mining industry.
- Hands-on experience with the end-to-end supply chain process.
- Familiar with technical materials such as heavy equipment parts, lubricants, safety tools, and general site consumables.
- Able to coordinate across multiple departments and adapt quickly to operational changes in the field.
- Understands warehouse operations and basic inventory control (e.g., FIFO, safety stock levels, reorder points).
5. Plant Head
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, with at least 2 years in a
- supervisory or lead role, preferably in mining.
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment, both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
- Skilled in managing workshops, spare part planning, and analyzing material usage.
- Able to monitor downtime, equipment availability, and cost per unit, with strong reporting skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability in field operations.
6. Plant Supervisor
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a senior mechanic or plant technician in mining projects.
- Solid knowledge of heavy equipment systems (Excavators, Dump Trucks, Dozers, Graders, etc.), including engine, hydraulic, and electrical.
- Ability to read and understand job orders, parts catalogs, and technical manuals.
- Experienced working in field conditions (pit) under pressure and time constraints.
- Capable of preparing technical daily reports and tracking part usage manually or digitally.
- Strong leadership and on-site communication skills.
7. Senior Mine Engineer
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mine Engineer in a coal mining contractor environment, with strong involvement in short-term mine planning and daily production control.
- Skilled in developing short-term mine plans (daily, weekly, monthly) and adjusting pit layouts, sequences, haul roads, and disposal areas based on actual field conditions.
- Proficient in using mining software such as Minescape, Surpac, X-Pac, or other relevant software.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of providing practical solutions under field pressure.
- Confident in giving technical instructions in the field and responding quickly to unexpected conditions (e.g., rain, breakdown, material changes).
8. Mine Engineer
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
- 2 years of experience as a Mine Engineer in coal mining projects, preferably with contractor exposure.
- Familiar with short-term mine planning (daily/weekly) and mining sequences.
- Proficient in mining software such as Minescape, Surpac, or equivalent.
- Able to interpret pit designs, contours, elevations, and field execution requirements.
- Experienced in recording, summarizing, and inputting daily production data accurately.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsive to changing field conditions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical plans to field teams.
9. Geologist
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a geologist in coal mining projects.
- Skilled in geological mapping, field data collection, and exposure monitoring in active mining areas.
- Strong knowledge of coal seam characteristics, sampling techniques, logging procedures, and quality analysis.
- Proficient in geological software such as Micromine, Surfer, Mapinfo, or similar tools.
- Able to interpret surface geology, structural data, and topography for field validation.
- Detail-oriented, responsive to field changes, and capable of producing clear technical reports.
10. Production Superintendent
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coal mining operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
- Deep understanding of open-pit mining processes including stripping, loading, hauling, and dump/disposal management.
- Capable of interpreting and executing mine plans (sequence, pit design, haul roads) in daily production activities.
- Experienced in managing heavy equipment fleets, optimizing cycle times, and minimizing idle times.
- Skilled in team leadership, production coordination, and operational decision-making under pressure.
- Strong commitment to safety, operational discipline, and cost efficiency.
11. Cost Control Engineer
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control or project control in coal mining or similar field-based operations.
- Strong understanding of mining project cost structure, including cost per unit, variable vs fixed cost, and operational budgeting.
- Skilled in cost tracking, cost performance reporting, and analyzing cost variances by activity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and familiar with ERP or cost control systems. Detail-oriented and analytical, with a structured approach to financial data and reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially in working across departments.
12. Community Development
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Sociology, Anthropology, or Public Relations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Community Development, CSR, or External Relations, preferably in the mining or energy sector.
- Skilled in social mapping, stakeholder engagement, and conflict sensitivity in rural or remote communities.
- Familiar with government regulations and local governance related to corporate social responsibility and community engagement.
- Able to develop measurable and sustainable community programs tailored to local needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in dealing with local communities and authorities.
- Able to work independently in the field and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
