Fasilitas Produksi PT Tah Sung Hung berlokasi di Kota Brebes, Jawa Tengah. Fasilitas Produksi PT Tah Sung Hung memiliki peralatan dan teknologi modern yang mendukung  dalam kegiatan produksi produk secara efisien. Fasilitas Produksi milik PT Tah Sung Hung yang berorientasi pada ekspor, menyerap 15.000 tenaga kerja yang memberi nilai positif dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja di wilayah Brebes

Lowongan Kerja PT Tah Sung Hung (TSH)

1. Technical Upper

Requirements :

• Minimum SMA/S1 in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the shoe manufacturing industry
• Good understanding of shoe upper stitching processes
• Familiar with quality standards production
• Responsible, disciplined and good communications skills
• Location : Brebes, Central Java

2. Commercialization

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the shoe manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Basic knowledge of shoe factory operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate using English (Written / Verbal)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Location : Brebes, Central Java

3. Artwork

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Detail-oriented with data management and organizational skills
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Location : Brebes, Central Java

4. Digital Creation Staff

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or Vocational High School
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in 3D modeling and rendering or product design.
• Proficient in Blender or Rhino.
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
• Able to read and write in English.
• Willing to collaborate with the team.
• Location : Brebes, Central Java

5. Digital Creation Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering, preferably in footwear, fashion, or product design
• Proficient in Rhinoceros (Rhino); Blender is a plus.
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Able to create accurate 3D shoe models based on samples or technical requirements.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to coordinate team activities and provide training to new team members
• Location : Brebes, Central Java

6. Pattern Master

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational High School in any major.
• Freshgraduates are welcome
• Familiar with Jevero/Crispin software.
• Skilled in pattern making and grading
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Location : Brebes, Central Java

7. Production Management Trainee

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Engineering is preferred)
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpesonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing

8. Planning Staff

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Accounting, Business, or Economics
• Preferred experience in PPIC or PPC (Production Planning and Control), or experience in the footwear industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skill
• Comfortable with data analysis
• Attention to detail and good time management
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
• Location : Brebes, Central Java

9. Business Staff

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in any major
• Experienced in the same field minimum 1 year
• Computer literate and familiar with data processing
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing

10. Purchasing Staff

Qualifications :

• S1 All major
• Experienced in purchasing footwear manufacturing
• Excellent in computer skills (Ms. Office & Outlook), Ms. Excel is preferred
• Good communication skill
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing

11. Industrial Engineering Staff

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering-related majors
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formula, data analysis, reporting)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work with large amounts of data
• Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)

12. JLA Audit Team

Qualifications :

• D3/S1 All Major Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, with preference for those familiar with C-TPAT & JLA
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and good presentation
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
