Fasilitas Produksi PT Tah Sung Hung berlokasi di Kota Brebes, Jawa Tengah. Fasilitas Produksi PT Tah Sung Hung memiliki peralatan dan teknologi modern yang mendukung  dalam kegiatan produksi produk secara efisien. Fasilitas Produksi milik PT Tah Sung Hung yang berorientasi pada ekspor, menyerap 15.000 tenaga kerja yang memberi nilai positif dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja di wilayah Brebes

Lowongan Kerja PT Tah Sung Hung (TSH)

1. Costing Management

Role & Responsibilities :

• Monitor manufacturing costs, material consumption, and operational expenses.
• Conduct variance analysis between standard costing and actual costing.
• Collaboration with development, sourcing, and production teams for cost optimization.
• Analyze BOM, labor costs, overhead allocation, and supplier quotation.
• Indentify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall cost efficiency.
• Prepare management reports related to profitability and margin analysis
• Maintain costing databases and ensure pricing accuracy
• Highly sensitive to anomalies and identify the root causes to make improvements.

Requirements :

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven working experience in costing or related role.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
• Proficient in Excel and costing software.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Fluent English speaking/writing as native.

2. Executive Assistant

Role & Responsibilities :

• Act as a strategic business partner to senior executive and leadership teams.
• Manage complex calendars, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up actions.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between executives and internal/external stakeholder.
• Handle confidential information with profesionalism and discretion.
• Prioritize incoming requests, emails, and business matters to optimize executive productivity.
• Organize corporate events, leadership visits, and business travel logistics
• Prepare business documents, meetings minutes, and executive presentations
• Maintain organized filling systems, records, and administrative processes.
• Represent executives professionally during meetings and cross-functional interactions when required.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Has experience working as an administrative assistant
• Fluent English speaking as native speaker.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills:
• Proficient in MS Office and communication tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

3. Client Relationship/Public Relationship

Role & Responsibilities :

• Manage costumer communications, inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate public relations activities, corporate events, and brand campaigns
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and events
• Prepare communication materials, presentations, and public announcements.
• Collaborate with internal departements to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for relationship improvement.
• Support all departement initiatives.
• Maintain positive corporate reputation through effective
• communication and stakeholder management

Requirements :

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospiltality or related field.
• Proven working experience in client or public relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Creative, proactive and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

4. Supply Chain Analyst

Role & Responsibilities :

• Analyze and optimize supply chain operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor inventory levels, material flow, and supplier performance.
• Develop demand forecasting and supply planning strategies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing/Materials, Production, Customs, and Warehouse teams.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement corrective action plans.
• Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and operational analyses for management review.
• Support system data maintenance and supply chain processs improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational optimization projects.

Requirements :

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
• Fluent English speaking/writing as native.
• Proven working experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

5. Planning Staff Planner

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Accounting, Business, or Economics
• Preferred experience in PPIC or PPC (Production Planning and Control), or experience in the footwear industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skill
• Comfortable with data analysis
• Attention to detail and good time management
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing

6. Purchasing Staff Material

Qualifications :

• S1 All major
• Experienced in purchasing footwear manufacturing
• Excellent in computer skills (Ms.Office & Outlook), Ms. Excel is preferred
• Good communication skill
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing

7. Production Management Trainee

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Engineering is preferred)
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
